The first time I called Triple Crown/DNA Plumbing for an emergency on a Sunday, Dylan got there right away and had it fixed less than an hour after I called. The second time was a scheduled installation, and Miguel showed up right on time and again was done in an hour. Both times the prices were reasonable, they left zero mess, and the work quality was excellent. Recommend 100%.

These guys came out to replace my water heater that busted during the freeze. I talked to Bobby on the phone and he got someone out for emergency service within an hour of when I called!! The guys were knowledgeable about each type of water heater and helped me understand which would be the best for my home. They even gave me an 8 year warranty hot water heater for the price of a 6 year water heater!! I will use their services for everything going forward, great job guys you earned a lifelong customer right here! I recommend this company to everyone needing any type of plumbing service.

Our upstairs bathroom toilet wouldnt flush and the sink had a constant drip, called Triple crown spoke with Bobby and he got Aaron out to my house in a timely manner. He was very courteous and efficient, he even cleaned up behind himself. 10/10 would recommend and we will be using Triple Crown again

Had a busted pipe after the freezing weather this week and called several plumbers as soon as i got home. Being 5pm (or later) before I called, I either got voice messages stating someone would call me back, answering services that stated they would have them call me, and one who said the didnt have an appointment for 3 days I resolved to wait and see who called back and try again the following day. Contacted Triple Crown the next morning and they were able to come out the same day. They were a bit pricey for what I needed done, but I got a text message minutes after getting off the phone with them including a link to view the appointment online. I also got a text when the techs were en-route and they arrived within the 1hour appointment window. Finally, instead of having to wait for them to fill out a bunch of paperwork in their truck or my dining room, I signed 2 quick forms on the techs phone and my invoice was emailed to me. Glad to see someone taking advantage of new technologies in industries still stuck in the pen and paper days. Both techs were very nice and got to work quickly and made sure I was happy with the work before they left. They will be my first call the next time I need plumbing help.Side note, I have not heard from any of the other companies I left messages with. I guess they just didnt need my business.

I had a tub/shower faucet that would not turn off. I called another emergency plumber (after regular business hours) and they couldn’t get to me that evening. I called DNA Plumbing/Triple Crown Plumbing and they were able to send Alex and Ryan over right away. Alex and Ryan listened to my explanation, assured me they would fix my faucet, and had it repaired quickly! They were friendly and courteous! I also will add that their prices were highly competitive when compared to the estimate I received from the first plumber I contacted. I highly recommend Triple Crown Plumbing and specifically Alex and Ryan.

I called in and Triple Crown had me scheduled on the same day. Richard G. was assigned to my job and sent me a text when he would be at the house. When he got within 10 minutes of my house, he called just as I had requested. He arrived right on time. He listened to my explanation of the clogged drain symptoms and thought it through. He gave me two options and told me the cost of each. He got on the roof and unclogged the drain within a half an hour. Prompt, courteous, and honest. Top notch plumber.

Wonderful Service! I needed some water shut off valves replaced and called this plumbing company. Scheduling was a breeze and they arrived at my house at the time they said they would be there! I was very impressed that two plumbers arrived and had plastic booties to wear over there shoes, as I had just cleaned my carpets. They were very professional, didnt disturb me as I was working and the work was done fast and correctly. Very please with there service and would definitely call them again!

It wasnt an easy location for them and they were very courteous and professional and had a great attitude about the tight space they were working in. Finished up quickly and cleaned up everything. Richard did a great job. We called at 6 pm on a Sunday night after trying to fix our clogged line ourselves all weekend. Richard was there in an hour and had the problem fixed in under two hours.Weve had a couple major plumbing issues in the past few months and it always occurs on the weekend. Triple Crown is the only company weve found that sends someone right away and gets started right away. Definitely recommend!

We had a bathtub faucet cartridge broken at 10:15PM and found Triple Crown plumbing via Google search. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had with plumbing service. Professional and personable, I got the text message on the time window and Asa and his father (it is family owned business) came to our house before 11PM and solved the issue really quick. Will definitely use the company again for future plumbing projects.

Triple Crown Plumbing save me!!! I originally called a #1 company, whom I will not name. I had a minor leak on an external faucet. Waited 3 days for them to come out. The evening before they were to show up them canceled. I had to search for a replacement plumber as I had scheduled to work from home the next day. Triple Crown Plumbing took the call, very professional and understood. The next day they called, texted and was on their way. They were even early. They explain the job and cost before working. They ran into a problem where the pipes were solder on. They show it to me and explain the extra cost as the new piping is to be screwed on and not solder. When the work was completed it looks very good and the wife was happy. The company called after Triple Crown Plumbing fixes my faucet want to come out. All I could say if you cancel an appointment with someone and you had 3 day to call do not call them the day before the original appointment and asked can you come out to fix the problem, Its to late as your customer not waiting and moved on. Next time I have a plumbing problem I am calling Triple Crown Plumbing.

Furthermore, Alex gave me all my options and never pressured me to make a decision. We decided to replace the water heater with the same style of unit we previously had and the installation went perfect. I highly recomend Alex and triple crown plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

When I had a leaking refrigerator water line, I did a Google search for plumbers in the area. Saw that Triple Crown had 5 stars and gave them a call. Reuben was extremely friendly and was able to have a tech, Jerrod, to our house within a few hours. Jerrod, just like Reuben, was very friendly and did a great job with the repair. I would not hesitate to give them a call for any future plumbing issues.

He requested I come look at the video camera in the pipe snake and showed me the pipe was clear of any obstruction and then quality controlled is work with me to ensure the problem was resolved. When we bought our home 2 years ago, we never dreamed that our water heater was on its last leg. Last night before going to bed we realized that it had begun to leak water. The drip pan was filled to the brim and water was flooding our kitchen. We panicked and could not figure out how to get the water to shut off. I googled emergency water heater flooding and called the first number that popped up! (In an emergency, you really do not have time to research companies!) Man are we glad we reached Asa on our call! He was calm and very professional. He helped walk us through the steps to get the water shut off and how to drain the water out of the water heater. Today, Mario and Anthony came to install a new water heater. They were both very knowledgeable and professional and took the time to explain everything they were doing. They also explained how to maintain our new water heater annually. Afterward, I received a follow up call from Asa who answered some additional questions I had. I couldnt have asked for a better experience to come out of such a horrible beginning! Thank you Triple Crown Plumbing for saving the day!!!

We had a emergency after 5pm, Triple Crown answered my call, listened to my emergency; and told me they would send a plumber before 7pm. I received a text that my plumber would arrive shortly. Even though our problem required specific parts they didnt have on the truck; and it was running late; I figured they would try to upsell me and do a major repair. NO these guys came up with a plan, and one drove to the local Home depot. With no luck, they contacted me, told me the situation; and promised they would arrive early next morning. They arrived that next morning, no additional costs, did more then I asked for, and left me feeling satisfied that the repair was solid and complete. I will defiantly recommend this company to all.

I received a personal call from the GM of this company.He explained how things got out of hand with a new trainee (without going into every little detail) and how a mistake occurred.Final word...the company has offered to refund and hand deliver the entire amount charged.This is customer service at its finest!

Hooray for Rhyan and Dillian who came in to save the save the day! Two days before Thanksgiving, the pipes below our sink in our NEW home suddenly became disassembled while I was washing dishes. I had a FLOODED kitchen and was nearing a nervous breakdown. Our general contractor was out of town but contacted his pals at Triple Crown. They were able to fit me in the same morning.Received txt message notifications regarding on time arrival and service status.Richard Garcia, head tech, and Troy explained up front initial costs of preliminary work needed to be done and possible scenarios for advance situations. Walked me through what they were going to do, showed the work completed, and offered to come back to follow-up if gas company did not test and turn on gas to all appliances. Finished all work in a short window of time. Had City Permit Inspection scheduled immediately.Overall, top notch service, professional technicians, highly communicative, and transparent business practices. Happy with the service performed and impressed with their professionalism.

DNA Plumbing is a life saver!! I had a pipe burst from the freeze. Everyone I called wanted to either charge me $500 + just to come out or they were booked for 2+ weeks. Even the city said I would have to wait 2 weeks since the line was so long. I was referred to DNA by a friend and they answered the phone on the first ring. Excellent Service I called for a toilet replacement they had me scheduled for 10:00am, they were able to come by way earlier which is a plus for me. Upon arrival Montana and his associate Brian brought to my attention that I had a sprinkler leak from a past sidewalk repair job. They replaced the toilet and took out an old bidet hose for no additional cost. This is the third time I’ve used Triple Crown Plumbing for repairs and I will continue to use them because of their professionalism and great service.

Our hot water heater quit working. I called Triple Crown Plumbing on SUNDAY and they answered the phone and set up an appointment to come out first thing Monday morning to look at the hot water heater. Cody came out and he was very professional and gave us detailed information on what the problem was as well as what the cost would be upfront. He also thought there might be a leak. However, he said we can watch and see if the hot water heater has any additional problems. He did not try and sell us a new unit. Most other companies would have tried to do that. He even gave us an estimate on a new unit. We will absolutely call them back and will be purchasing our new hot water heater from Triple Crown Plumbing. I hope this post helps anyone looking for a reliable plumber.

After foundation repair in my house ,dirty water from washing machine was coming out through kitchen sink and water leaking in garage floor to the alley.Two different plumbing company was not be able to fix a problem . I call another large company, but they made appointment for me for next week . I tried to call Triple Crown that afternoon, they came in the next two hours. That day was very cold and already dark outside, but they went on the roof with camera and had not left until 8pm that day until determine reason. My piping system underneath my house was damaged and need to be re-routed, also water heater in garage was leaking. All work was completed in a week: rerouting and water heater changed. I want to thank everyone of you, who dig tranches and re-piping in very cold weather. You have done an excellent job. Im so happy, everything is back to normal. Just want for you to know, that you are appreciated
