I cant say enough great things about Berrett Home Services and specifically Dan, who came out to my property. I heard a noise in the attic and called Berrett yesterday evening. By 10:30 AM the next day, Dan was on-site. He was incredibly professional, kind, and transparent throughout the entire process.Dan thoroughly evaluated the situation, taking the time to explain and show me every step of what he was doing. I wish I could say the same about Barrett pest controls people that answer their phones and the way they relay information. The company needs work but their technicians are great!

He kept the floors clean by putting on plastic on his shoes and really sprayed the house heavy to kill off any pest that may be hiding. He even went above and beyond to spray my little shed outside. Tech, Austin Ellis remember that name… left me speechless. Let me explain, a buddy of mine owns a pest control company out in Tennessee, and after I explained to him the inspection work and due diligence that Austin did, he had a few but very impactful words “that tech is the best of the best, that is what you are suppose to do.” In addition, I had a home inspector there also at the time who stated “I have never seen the extensive inspection work done by any other guy in my 15 years of doing this. “ apparently normally pest control gets in and gets out but not Austin. He digs deep, communicates and teaches about the importance of his profession. This guy is a beast and the customer service I received from Berrett was amazing also. I will be a long customer of this company as long as they got people likeminded as Austin, he is a staple of an inspector. Thank you Austin again!

I contacted Berrett Home Services on Friday to inquire about some work to remove several wasps nests that had formed on my property, and was able to schedule an appointment for the very next Saturday.The technician who arrived at my home was named Fareed, and he did an excellent job getting rid of the nests. He first called me to let me know his estimated time of arrival and was very punctual, then explained the treatment plan and even went above and beyond by circling the perimeter to look for additional nests that I had missed.Within about twenty minutes, Fareed had immobilized the wasps, removed their hives, and double checked his work to make sure he didnt miss any areas. In all, I was extremely pleased with the quality of service and efficiency provided by Berrett Home Services and would fully recommend them to anyone looking to perform pest control work on their homes. We had our home sealed for pesky rodents that came into the roof space earlier this year. Dan did an excellent survey and provided prescriptive instructions for their techs to seal up the ingress holes as well as place catch and remove traps over a 4 week period.Fast forward to Nov and it looks like the critters may have found or made new ingress holes in prep for their winter migration. :-). Dan was able to inspect the same day I raised my request with their team and we are working through new options to thwart this new group that are working to make our roof / attic area their new home.Dan is thorough, detailed and knows his critters and how small a space they need to work their way into one’s home. 200% recommend Dan and Berrett to handle any roof rodents that may be camping in your home !

Ive had a great experience with Berretts. Had a difficult situation containing the humpback fly. Ive had two lengthy conversations of roughly half hour to 45 minutes with the service manager Keith who gave me tons of helpful ways to get rid of this pest. This was over and above the spraying and typical service they offer. He went out of his way to help me get this figured out. Tony is one of their top if not their best exterminator. He came last week and this week and spent extra time with me explaining how to get rid of this particular fly. He looked up some items on the internet and suggested products to use and did a very thorough inspection of my place all of which was over and above their normal protocol. Extremely helpful. Its rare in this day and age to get a service company to do a good job much less go the extra mile. I highly recommend.
