    Milestone was great to work with, especially our electrician, Michael, who performed a thorough inspection of our home and offered a fair solution to install a 50 amp EV charging station. The price was competitive when including their membership services which consist of many benefits throughout the year that our 50 year old house will no doubt take advantage of for $20/month. The installation was same-day, timely and was finished with a smile (in 105+ heat no less). We recommend Milestone and look forward to working with them this year for our electric, HVAC and plumbing needs!

    I called in the morning about the temperature balancing service I heard advertised on a popular Dallas sports talk radio station. They had a technician out that same day! They gave me a 45 minute “heads up” call about my technician being on their way. Thomas and Charles showed up right on time, and were very professional throughout the whole service call. They addressed the issues I had called about, explored the problem, then gave me a detailed explanation of what was going on (with pictures and video from my attic) as well as a solution to fix the problem. They gave me an estimate on sight and also mentioned 0% financing for a year, which is always nice to know about for a slightly larger expenditure. There was no pressure to say yes to the repairs right away, and there was no charge (as advertised!) because they weren’t able to balance the temperatures due to other issues. I would definitely recommend giving Milestone for any issue, and will be using them to complete the necessary repairs.

    Just had my first heating tune up as a Milestone Advantage member and it was a great experience. They literally rolled out a red carpet when I opened the door to put covers on there feet before stepping into the home. Piper was very kind, professional, and efficient! Everything wrapped up in about an hour and they even made a video of the visit showing me everything they inspected on the unit! Highly recommend!

    Mr Lynch was on time for the service. He was polite and courteous during the visit. Most of all he was able to get my heating system up and running and blowing warm air. It had not been blowing warm air and was need of a tune up. Everything is working great now!! Thank you

    I have been a Milestone client for several years.The times that I have had to have a service done, I was very pleased with the service. Today, I was scheduled (again)for a free service of my HVAC unit. I oringinally scheduled June 24,2024. NO ONE SHOWED UP. When I called to see why no one came, I was told that there had been so many emergency calls that their techs were all busy. OK----could someone not have called me to let me know? Today, Sept 03,2024 I was scheduled again, 10:00-2:00. After 3:00, I called Milestone office to see why no one came. I had received an e-mail earlier introducing the tech that was coming, and another e-mail at 12:52 to see if his service was satisfactory. So when I called Milestone at 3:20 to see why no one came, I was told that she would check to see where the tech was. Came back on the phone to tell me that the tech came to my house, but I did not respond to knocks at my front door. I have a door bell and heard neither the door bell ringing, nor a knock on my glass door. He could have called me to let me know he was here. I have not left the house since last Saturday, so I feel something isnt right. Since this is the second appointment missed, I have lost faith in the Milestone Company. I am two months shy of being 91 years old and dont need this kind of stress. Would NOT recommend their service contract.

    Eurique replaced surge protector twice but two days later the line 2 light went out. I called Milestone and it says it is defective. I spend a lot of $$$$ almost $38k to get cheap products (surge protector, breaker panel, breakers , switches, outlets and more). I am not happy with this company. The 3rd surge protector will be replaced this Friday July 5th instead of now.

Samuel Garcia was very professional and conducted a comprehensive evaluation of my issue with my air conditioner. He kept me informed of his findings, explaining what he was doing as well. At the end of his exploration, he gave me a thorough explanation of the problems with the A/C unit and called his manager to get estimates of costs of repairs.I would highly recommend Milestones and Sammy Garcia.

    My air conditioner unit stopped working on one of the 🥵 hottest days imaginable. Marcus from Milestone was dispatched to service the call. He checked everything out and conducted testing and affirmed that my motor was not functioning. Knowing that my current a/c unit was 20+ years of age. His recommendations were to replace the motor (no guarantee it would last, due to rust buildup) or purchase another unit. I was hesitant about my options but the following day the unit caught on fire 🔥 inside the house. Marcus mentioned that this could occur, but … I thought it was a bomb with the sound, smell and smoke.
