I had a positive experience with Brooks Plumbing from beginning to end. A sewer line leak was recently detected while having foundation work done. My plumber who’s helped with smaller projects did not have the equipment or skill set to take this on so after some recommendations and checking reviews, I hired Brooks. Jaclyn @ Brooks patiently answered my questions, explained the process, costs and timeline. They completed the project with minimal disruption in 3 days. The crew was professional and conscientious. By the time they left, my flowerbeds were returned to normal, my patio was meticulously cleaned of all dirt. I highly recommend their company. Home repairs are expensive so you definitely want to hire the right team. They’re the right people to get it done. Thank you Brooks Plumbing.

The plumbing leak was fixed, but due to it being in the attic, insulation was wet. They did not put a drop cloth down. Wet insulation was left on the on the hardwood floor for quite sometime. Also, theres a hole in the ceiling allowing cold air to come in.After the above post, Jaclyn called and was very concerned. Her dad called and sent another crew out to patch the hole in the ceiling.I’ve never had a problem with BrooksPlumbing until this episode. They messed up and did what they could to fix the problem. I’ve raised the score from 2 to 4. I appreciate their integrity as a company.

I have worked with Brooks Plumbing for 11 years now. Its family-owned and I still talk with the owner and his daughter regularly when I call in. They are the only plumbing company I call to work on my own home, including a recent water heater replacement and replacement of our sewer lines, which are big jobs. As a real estate agent, theyve done work for many of my clients as well. The pricing is fair, and I know I can trust them. I see the same employees again and again for years, so I know they treat them well also, which is important. Highly recommend them.

He left to get material to repair the tank in the toilet in the second bathroom. The service was the usual good quality by Brooks Plumbing.

Thought my water heater busted, so I called Brooks Plumbing and they sent someone out as soon as possible. The plumbers that arrived were super friendly, professional, honest and funny. They explained every detail to me of the process of repairs they would do for me based off the issue they heard and what they think they will need to do to resolve the issue. They pretty much had a good understanding of what the issue was already which was a plastic water heater drain valve failing. They replaced the water heater boiler drain valve from plastic valve to all brass shut-off nipple so that problem would never happen again and testing was done throughly. It was like the valve never failed in the first place after they installed new valve. Job ended being way cheaper than I expected. Overall I can say I have never had such a pleasant experience with a plumbing company till I called Brooks Plumbing and will use them again. Alot of companies should look at Brooks as an example for value of the customer, care, honesty and integrity that was displayed from this company starting with the customer reps to the plumbers themselves! Amazing job and thank you for the service!

I cannot speak more highly of Brooks Plumbing. They were contracted by our insurance provider to diagnose a mystery leak in our home that half a dozen other contractors had failed to find. After their thorough diagnosis, the team discussed, came up with additional ideas, then returned to the site and solved the mystery which allowed us to proceed with the insurance claim after weeks with no luck. After my wife explained the situation she was transferred to the owner who my wife says was a very nice man. Kyle showed up on time and was a complete professional. He did an inspection and determined only the expansion tank needed to be replaced. He ran over to Home Depot picked up a tank and was done within 20 minutes. Found Brooks through the Good Contractors List, and called them out for a water leak found out about through a huge utilities bill. They came out the same day to help fix the issue. The leak was under the foundation and very difficult to find, and at first they pinpointed an area in the garage. They performed a good deal of work replacing several lines in the garage, only to find that the work did not fix the leak. After continuing to troubleshoot, they finally found the real leak at the front of the house, and repaired it immediately. The reason for five stars even through they didn’t find the leak the first time? They owned the mistake and didn’t charge for the extra work they had to do. They only charged to repair the leak. The quality of the work was excellent, and the guys were friendly and open. I love finding a contractor who is fair and honest. I hope never to need a plumber, but if I do, it’s these guys I am going to call!
