I recently had a flooding in my house at 11 p.m. and had NO IDEA what to do or who to call, I googled 24 hour plumbing service and RPS came up as well as a few others. They werent the first ones that I called BUT they were ONE of the ONLY ONES that answered AND the ONLY ONE that said they would be at my home within 30-45 minutes, NOT by 8am!!!! RPS Plumbing is my company to utilize from this point forward and it should be yours as well!!! By the way their pricing was about $100 less than their other 2 competitors who answered their phones BUT couldnt(WOULDNT!!) come out until 8am the following morning!! Thanks Thomas Tucker for your fast and friendly service!!

I appreciate the fact that they took time to explain what was wrong with our plumbing first rather than just charging us right away. They answered all my questions and did a great job with locating and fixing our leak.
