    I used On Time Experts today for the first time. It was a great experience from my very first phone call to schedule the appointment. The office staff was friendly and very efficient. My appointment was confirmed several times to be sure I would be home and I received updates concerning their exact arrival time. The techs George & Marcos were awesome . Very polite and friendly with both me and my dog . Every step of the inspection and cleaning was explained and documented . I signed up for their yearly maintenance plan and feel confident about that decision . I highly recommend this company .

    The service technician, Marco, arrived on time and thoroughly inspected and cleaned both my units, the inside unit and outside unit, including the furnaces. Our prior company did not clean as thoroughly.Marco was courteous and did something I havenā€™t seen before: he cleaned up after himself even vacuuming the floor where a little insulation from the attic had fallen.Marco pointed out two things that he recommended we keep an eye on and recommended we correct. He took apart the systems and cleaned everything, including the internal blower fan that was pretty dirty.I would recommend the On Time Experts without hesitation as the value is truly there along with the technical expertise.

    Weā€™ve used On Time Experts a few times and have been pleased each time. Our heat went out in the middle of winter and they sent out George and Dennis immediately to fix it. They were polite, respectful and very quick! Thank you!!

    I really love using On Time Experts. As there name states they always on time. Kevin was the plumber they sent out to assist me in the leak under my kitchen sink. He had great customer service and was quick in getting the work done. I appreciate his help and he let me know everything before he proceed. I definitely recommend On Time Expert!!

    I love this company. When the AC goes south its great to know that they are there same day when you need them! Ive been using them for several years now...for heating,, AC and plumbing and I recommend them highly. Lately Ive been really appreciating the communication I get from them prior to the techs arriving at my house. Its really helpful because Im always updated on their arrival time. I also appreciate the fact that they are there for the consumer on nights and weekends. Several times theyve saved the day on a holiday weekend. Today Joseph and Sean did a great job of servicing my HVAC unit and getting it to 100% efficiency for the hot summer weather. All in all an awesome company that is built on integrity and top notch customer service.

    My technicians Kenneth and he did an excellent job with my ac and furnace. He explained to me each step along the way and the condition of my equipment and his recommendations. He took pictures of the parts he cleaned and gave me a final summary on the equipment. He did a great job and I was very happy with him and his work. He was friendly and easy to talk to.

    Our tech Dominic was a lifesaver. Extremely professional and took the time to explain what he was doing and educate me on the maintenance of our system. Out of the 4 or 5 companies I called over the course of 3 days, On Time was the only one that would arrive within hours of me reaching out for our emergency.     Bernie was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He showed me step-by-step the work he was doing and allowed me to see his level of detail and excellence in taking care of my units. He also explained the maintenance plan to me without being pushy. I ended up purchasing it because I think itā€™s a great deal and he did a nice job explaining it.

    We had a great experience with the technician coming in and diagnosing the problem with our water heater, she was quick and efficient. Only thing I would caution others on is the pricing, the quote to replace our water heater was DOUBLE from several other companies in the area. We ended up not going with this company- so just beware of pricing and get multiple quotes

    Dominic came out to give us a quote. He was very friendly and extremely professional. He came in and listened to me extensively explain our issue, asked questions, checked out every part of our HVAC and duct system. Checked out parts I didnā€™t know existed! He saw an issue in our attic unrelated and let us know about the problem. He was also very patient and forgiving when he discovered there were rat traps in the attic heā€™d been crawling around next to! We bought the house 1.5 years ago and did not know! I felt so bad, luckily he was unharmed. Dominic spent 40 minutes crunching numbers for us with his boss Matthew trying to get a quote for us that both helped us and worked for them. They were thorough in explaining the problem, explaining the work that needs to be done, and were honest that even if we didnā€™t go with them, donā€™t do any less than that because the issue will only reoccur. They did a few other things too, really went above and beyond as best they could for us. Dominic and Matthew were both super great and I highly recommend giving them a chance.

    This was my first experience with On Time Experts. I had seen multiple commercials on a local DFW station about an AC check up special. When my AC went out, I decided to give them a call. I was told that the diagnostic charge was $95. A bit later in the conversation the woman asked if I was interested in learning about the membership. No pressure - just the information. It turns out that the membership is a really good deal (more than pays for itself!!) The technicians, Joey and Chase, arrived on time, were very courteous and answered all my questions. This was a great experience. I am having to wait on a part - I might update this as the process continues. So far - so good. Im posting a pic of all that is included in the membership.

    Great experience with On Time Experts- MJ was amazing. They do a free checkup for military- and we are happy about that! Their expertise was very apparent, and thatā€™s ultimately why we ended up going with them, well, that and their great customer service. I had to spend quite a bit of our savings to get new systems installed, but i felt confident they were getting the job done right. They come back in 30 days with a diff crew to check on the first crews work! So thatā€™s great! We will continue to use their services.

    The On Time Experts were out today to complete preventative maintenance on my HVAC system. George did a great job. He explained what he was doing each step of the way and got the work done efficiently. The On Time Experts perform PMs twice a year on my HVAC system and provide Plumbing checks and inspections as part of being a member of the front of the line family with them. Best of all, I get these services completely free being a veteran. So thankful for this company and their wonderful employees like George.

    Very professional and hardworking individuals. I was happy to have them as my installers. Unfortunately, I discovered in a casual inspection of how to change the filter, that the door that you open to change the filter has been cemented closed. I immediately called to reach the rep that sold me the unit, and was told that he was in the field, and they would leave a message for him to contact me. I have been waiting yesterday afternoon thru today. I am not nearly as happy as I was when I wrote my first review.

    I couldnt have asked for better service! They arrived at my house a little over an hour after I called. I was in a panic thanks to two clogged sinks and a clogged washing machine drain line. I feared the worst! Charles arrived and was quickly able to troubleshoot the issue based on my description and the current situation. He was able to get the main line snaked and unclogged on the first try!!! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. Now my sinks are draining perfectly! 10/10.     LIFE SAVERS! My AC unit conveniently kicked off at 7pm on a Saturday, and on time experts promptly sent somebody out (within an hour), to diagnose and fix the AC that night. I dont hear the AC come on, I just feel the cool air. If you need service, request Collin.Im writing this review at 1:30a. Its a Sunday. I had my HVAC system serviced on Saturday. Im not sure what they did, but the AC isnt working. Its holding a temperature of 80Ā°F. I called the emergency 24-hour service line, and there was no tech available. Now, Im leery of using them to replace my HVAC system.

    AC went out on Friday; Bernie with On Time Air came first thing Saturday morning; he took everything apart to find our problem, turned out it was a leak in the coil...he said they would get the necessary parts and complete the job Monday or Tuesday; he offered to put freon in as a temporary fix to keep us cool until the work could be done....for whatever reason (maybe delirious from the heat), we said we would think about it; he left to take care of other jobs....this is the best part, at 5pm Saturday, the end of his work day, Bernie called and asked again about putting freon in for us. The temp in our house was 90Ā° at this point; he came back to our house and filled us with freon to at least see us through for a few days...this guy was concerned about our well being and put that ahead of his own quitting time...We will ALWAYS On Time Air exclusively...and will always ask for Bernie when hes available...we truly cant thank you enough for your concern!!!I cant say enough good things, if you need AC repairs...dont waste time calling anyone else!!!

    My elderly friend called to let me know that her temp in her house was 95 degrees at 8:30p in late August. I tried to convince her to spend the night at my house, but she insisted that her a/c company would come out tonight to check on it. I really didnā€™t believe it until George showed up & repaired her broken wire on the condenser. 10:03pm she has cool air again! George was a life saver!!

    The test of a companys customer service doesnt happen when they get it right, its when mistakes are made that companies have an opportunity show their commitment to the customer. I had a troublesome install, and some performance issues that followed. I can attest that On Time Experts has absolutely lived up to their whatever it takes promise. Sincere thanks to Josh, the install crews, techs, and management who went above and beyond to made it right.

    I called On Time Experts to get a second opinion on services needed to fix my HVAC. Liam was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He walked me through each step of running his diagnostic testing and educated me along the way. On Time Experts are HONEST and trustworthy!!     Bernie and Sean were respectful and knowledgeable and wanted me to go through the process with them so they could explain everything as they went. There was no hard sell on anything and no push to buy anything else, but they did provide everything I needed to either keep things how they are, fix them up temporarily or replace. I felt supported and informed, and Iā€™m glad they were the guys who came out.

    This company was so great! Joey our technician was amazing. He just spent several hours at our house throughly inspecting our system, taking his time answering our questions about it and providing thoughtful recommendations that met our needs now and in the future. He was also incredibly flexible waiting until I could return home from an errand to open the door. When they say theyā€™re on time they mean it- the window was 10-11 and they were at our house at 10 and I was the one who wasnā€™t off once. I highly recommend you call them if you need assistance with an inspection or repair.

    Update: requested Kevin out for a pipe leaking in a wall. He looked for every way to repair it without having to cut into the wall. Ultimately, a small hole and an expert repair fixed the issue and stopped the leak. Thank you again Kevin!Kevin and Zac were phenomenal. Got a whole house water system installed today.     The most honest and in-depth HVAC company out there! We have yearly maintenance contract with them to clean our system to make sure everything is in working condition. If there is any concerns they discuss and show pics of everything from normal to concerns. I have the same guy( Dominic) every time so Iā€™m not working with different people every time they come out.

    George Fowlkes arrived On-Time, Saturday, 8/31 (Labor Day Weekend), and inspected our HVAC system, determining it to be a leak in the evaporator coil. He provided photos from the hot attic of everything that was checked. He also provided a video of the evaporator coil leak. The evaporator coil was ordered and replaced within 2 days. I was impressed with the professionalism of George and also the provided photos and video of our system check. I will use On-Time Experts for my future HVAC needs. Thank you.
