Like always, stuff goes out when you least expect it, like our old gas water heater. Hickman Plumbing Services was recommended by a friend. Tony came out on a Sunday, and installed our new gas water heater. What a life saver! Tony was very professional, and did an outstanding job! If your looking for a company to do a profession job, I highly recommend Hickman Plumbing Services.

Tony and Juan are the best plumbers in town!! Not only are they very knowledgeable in what they do, their personality and client interaction is superb. They strive to make sure their work is done perfectly, review the work until it gets to be as good as new. Tony Hickman repaired our gas leak on December 1st. Our problem had been discovered a week earlier during routine annual maintenance of our furnace. We initially had another plumber (a large operation in Rockwall that sounds like food and claims everyone loves them) who began the repair, but what started as a one-leak repair turned into two, then three. Each leak was running up the cost, and at that point I put a halt to the work until I could talk to my insurance company and get some other estimates. After finally taking some time to examine the rest of the pipes (they ended up being at our house for about 13 hours), that first plumber claimed we had 8 additional leaks that needed repair, quoted us a 5-digit amount for the repair, but couldnt guarantee that more wouldnt be needed. They recommended a total replacement of our pipes at a cost of $29,000!We reached out to Tony at the recommendation of a longtime friend and neighbor. He came out the day after I dismissed the first plumber and gave us a much more reasonable estimate. He found 5 more leaks (not 8.) Tony was a godsend. He worked very efficiently and charged us about a third of what the first company wanted for the 8-leak repair. The system passed the citys inspection, and we were able to get our gas back on. I found Tony Hickman to be honest, fair in his pricing, and friendly. We have decided to make him our go-to for future plumbing needs. Thank you, Tony!

I had a water heater replaced. Tony was excellent in diagnosing the problem, correcting prior work, and being very informative. The crew is very courteous when working as well. I have used many different plumbers in the past, and Hickman Plumbing is among the best in the area. He will clearly state all charges and provide e-mail receipt.

I had what I thought was a severely clogged sewer pipe. Called a plumber out to unclog and we found out there was a break/collapse in the line. They gave me an estimate to do more work than was necessary. Called Hickman Plumbing for a second opinion. SO GLAD I DID!! Not only were they way cheaper, but we found out about the work we did not have to do. Tony is a hard working and very honest guy. He even came out and did the emergency work on Sunday for us. I would definitely recommend Hickman Plumbing!!

Tony is the best plumber in the Dfw area. He’s honest and dedicated to quality work. He is the only plumber my wife and I call. Recently we had a pipe freeze and then burst, and Tony was able to locate the leak with minor cut to my ceiling and walls. He’s very responsive and always explains everything in detail to you. Tony and Juan are professionals through and through. I contacted them near midnight with a semi-emergency because my water was turned off. They came out the very next morning. They were respectful when entering my home, wore shoe gloves on the carpet, diagnosed and repaired my issue, and billed a fair price for their service. I will be happy to call again if I ever need their service

I had a large leak in the yard from the main line and I scheduled service with Hickman Plumbing after calling several places. I called in the afternoon and he was able to come out the next morning, which I really appreciate so I only had to spend one night without water since it had to be shut off.He was prompt and professional. He quickly identified the leak and fixed it. After that he did a pressure test to make sure there were no other leaks in the house. He showed me the pressure was holding in the right range and it was stable, which is a huge relief to me as I have dealt with so many leaks since moving into this house that has so much older plumbing. Hopefully this is the last one finally!The final price was incredibly fair and reasonable. On my invoice he wrote me a description that I could give to the utility company to adjust my bill and hopefully will save me quite a bit on the high bill for water use.I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone, wish I had found him sooner!! Mr. Hickman was prompt in his arrival time, pleasant and professional. He was thorough in his diagnostic as to be certain he wasnt just fixing something to charge for in the hopes that it would work. I have to say, Im really glad I called Hickman Plumbing Services! Our water heater gave up the ghost overnight some time last week. With as busy I have been, I could never find time to figure out what I was going to do, but after a few days of cold showers, I had to do something. When I searched for repair services, I noticed the office location was literally in my neighborhood. Cant get more local than that, and even thought they only had 25 Google reviews, they had 5 stars. I called, and Tony scheduled me for the same afternoon, showed up early(a good thing), and within 30 minutes we had talked about what needed to be done, how much it would cost (total, the number he qouted is the number I paid), and then he and his employee were off to get the parts. I had some errands to run, but Id say maybe 3 hours after that, the job was done! Looks good, waters hot! I know its only been 2 days, but there are no signs of stopping! Thanks again, Tony!

These guys were great! I called about a water leak and they came out the next day and discovered my issue quickly. There were very prompt, polite, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. While they could not pinpoint the exact location of the leak, they had a great referral of who could and were able to answer all of my questions about how to fix the leak, once its location is discovered. We will definitely be using them for all of our future plumbing needs. Including fixing this leak.
