I cannot express how grateful I am to have found Cuellar Plumbing Service. My water Heater burst and flooded my home. I was so stressed worrying how I was going to afford to replace my water heater. After many days of praying for a solution, I am certain that there was an intervention from higher powers that connected me with this company.Jose thoroughly explained everything to me. Came out and instead of having to replace my Water Heater he did an Outstanding job of fixing the issue at a reasonable price. I now have my go to person for all my plumbing problems. Jose Cuellar is responsive and professional. Jose made the time to answer our all our questions and make recommendations. Cuellar plumbing installed a Moen Flo leak detection and cutoff valve in our home. He assisted in ensuring our gas appliances were functioning properly when Atmos changed our gas meter. We are very satisfied with the work performed.

Jose and his team did an amazing job with detecting a leak in our sewer system under our home. The professionalism and the time he took to make sure the leak was found made our day. Knowing we are selling our home he went above and beyond. Jose had a great team dig under my home Jose did the repairs and then the team filled the whole and it looks like they never Dugout anything. This Plumber answer his phone at 3 pm on Christmas Eve! And responses promptly, exactly as He said he would. Then repairs are made fully and at a reasonable price, and the ruptured pipe is repaired and the water back on! Thank you Jose Cuellar Jr. for your skill, kindness, and empathy for an emergency. I have new plumber!

Our gas appliances were failing during cold weather events. Jose quickly identified the problem as the gas line regulator supplying the appliances. The repair was completed quickly, and the appliances were then tested. He thoroughly tested for leaks, cleaned, and painted all exposed piping following the repair. His explanation of the problems cause and repair need was clear, and his attention to detail and safety were appreciated!
