Michael Petzak supervised a radon remediation system for our mountain home. The service provided was excellent. Michael and his crew were very professional, knew what they were doing, showed up exactly on schedule, and were very friendly and helpful! Michael was always available by phone when we had questions, and he explained the process they were performing. When the initial install didnt completely solve the problem, Michael returned with his crew to enhance the system to meet speclfications, all without complaining and at no extra cost.I highly recommend Deeper Green Consulting and thoroughly enjoyed working with Michael!Steve McEachron

We highly recommend Deeper Green. Michael is very knowledgeable and professional. We have worked with a lot of contractors and these guys are by FAR some of the best out there. They are worth the higher price tag. Deeper Green air sealed and re-insulated our attic, for the first time ever our house is comfortable. Michael went above and beyond and provided suggestions for additional measures we could take to air seal our home. His team member, Ivan, treated our home with respect and left it clean at the end of every day. Awesome job!

This is a MUST for anyone who owns a mountain home. Lets face it, this environment is extreme with temperatures, wind, snow, and UV. Improving the efficiency of your home can save thousands.Michael did an incredible job. He was extremely professional and provided a very thorough assessment while answering all of our questions. I learned things about my home that Im so glad I know now. What I appreciate most is his approach to real effective solutions.Michael pointed out that Deeper Green is on the higher end of cost compared to competitors but their knowledge, professionalism, and recommendations are more than worth the investment.

We had Deeper Green do a home energy assessment for us and had a great experience all around. Scheduling was easy, Michael was on time, friendly, and super careful with COVID precautious. He walked us through everything he was doing, and explained possible reasons for leaks and inefficiencies. The report was super detailed and thorough. Though our old Minturn house requires more fixes than wed care to undertake at any one time, this helps us to prioritize where to focus our immediate attention. Plus through the partnership with Walking Mountains the assessment was affordable and highlighted opportunities for rebates on future work. Highly recommend Michael and Deeper Green!

Deeper Green conducted an energy audit of our townhome in Vail. They were timely, thorough, well informed and helpful. I re-contacted them about completing some energy efficiency improvements, including encapsulating a crawl space and re-insulating our basement. Despite some Covid related challenges, Michael Petzak kept with it, and got the project done to my complete satisfaction. Michael is one of those rare contractors who understands that communicating regularly with a client is how you develop trust, even if your local pandemic is making things difficult. DG also completed all the paperwork for energy rebates, which was greatly appreciated and successful.

Matt and Michael oversaw upgrading the insulation of our ceiling, attic spaces, and crawl space. We are quite pleased with the overall results. They substantially reduced air leakage, and loss of heat through the roof, which has already reduced utility bills and ice dams. They and their workers were very thorough and professional. Things went a little slower than hoped in places, but we consider that to be a minor concern. We recommend Deeper Green.

So amazing! Our home was built about 10 years ago, so we werent sure there would be much to find. But Deeper Greens friendly, professional staff pointed out ALL KINDS of opportunities to make our home more comfortable and energy efficient - many of them pretty affordable. I knew I needed insulation because i had pipes that would freeze every winter. But I got so much more than just insulation from Deeper Green Consulting!Matt and Michael are very knowledgeable not only about insulation needs, but more importantly about energy efficiency and helping home owners save money! They also gave me information about available rebates and local programs for homeowners trying to reduce our carbon footprint. Matt explained what was needed to improve my heating and AC to the master bedroom and bath and to stop my pipes from freezing. Michael walked me through what the project would include and the staff, who are all background checked and experienced, were so personable and professional and great with our little dog. I have been recommending Deeper Green to my friends. Great experience from start to finish!

Deeper Green did an energy audit on our 10 year old home and were very thorough finding some significant issues. They were able to address these issues in a timely process. Everyone was very professional and respectful of our home and paid attention to small details. They are a total package, which appealed to me and saved a lot of energy and time by not having to find my own contractors. The second audit showed a significant decrease in energy loss and qualified us for the largest Xcel rebate category, which was a nice bonus. Thanks for your time Mike and Tom. What I learned was my gas fire place that did not work was letting so much cold air into my house and that was why it always felt cold in that room. It was an easy fix, plug the chimney and the the intake vent and remove the 25 year old gas fire place insert and put a fun picture in front of the opening and now that room is warm like the rest of the house. Thanks Guys.
