After several great experiences with the electricians at Light it Up Electric, they are now my first and only call when I need electrical work done at my home. Most recently, Zach came out to install a new outlet. He was prompt, professional, and did a great job ensuring everything was cleaned up as if they werent even there. Light it up has a reasonable pricing structure compared to other larger companies. Highly recommend!

The Light It Up electricians are the best. They just finished another job for us installing 5 new (quiet) bathroom fans today. Previously, they pulled two additional electric circuits in our kitchen and counter area so we dont pop circuit breakers. Before that, they added plugs in our attic and installed Ring cameras in front and back. Every job was on time, at a fair price and done by true professionals. We recommend them 100%.

Fast. Reasonable rates. I used them for my business in Frisco.Zach was awesome and very good to us.We had an odd bulb stuck in the socket and he got it out and sourced these hard to find bulbs for us.I will definitely use these guys again soon for my house.I highly recommend them and I would try to get Zach if he is available!

Called based on the Google reviews. We only wanted them to add an outlet to be used for a towel warmer hard wired install. They visited to evaluate the area and upon seeing the towel equipment offered to do a full install instead of just adding an outlet and me completing the rest of the install for a reasonable price. Installation was punctual, clean and precise. We are very happy with the results. This is definitively a very professional company. Highly recommended.

We just had DJ install another two ceiling fan/light/heater combos in our baths and a surge protector at the box. We used them 3 or 4 times previously for reno electric work. These guys are top notch. They are pleasant to work with, communicate on arrivals, etc., provided fair quotes and stuck to them, and have done excellent quality work-and cleaned up after themselves. Hung several TVs. I had them also put LED light conversions in my 1999 home can lights that spruced it up. So you can for sure say they Light it Up ha. Love the name ! From the time on the phone with the receptionist to the professionals that arrived at the scheduled time in my home. They did very good work, on that particular day was the owner Todd and his son Blake they put down plastic to help prevent any messes. They worked on several rooms adding plugs for behind the tv they mounted. All done in a day nice and timely probably would of took me a week then would of had to get dry wall repairs done I am just not as handy as i used to be in my fastly approaching senior years. Not them they are like magicians! Can’t wait to get them back out to my new house for the big projects i have planned.

I am super happy with this company.They are very professional from the moment I called for an estimate.The office manager always called me before they showed up for a free estimate and an actual work.The owner, Todd was friendly and personable.Their technicians, Red and Blake took care of the work.They did superb job!One area was installing a new light fixture under the arched ceiling in the hallway that the other company did not want to do (or not confident enough to do?!) but Red did it with no problem and it was done beautifully.Blake installed a chandelier at over 20 feet high ceiling.It has 14 glass glove lights and he did it with extra care.They also installed lights inside cabinets and a can light.I was so impressed how efficient, polite, friendly, and professional the whole team was!I would definitely use them again and I am recommending them to my friends!!

I used Light It Up well over a decade ago in another home, and they immediately came to mind recently because of the good impression they left all those years ago. Nothing has changed ... they are still awesome!!! Personable, professional, and punctual. They added a couple outlets, installed ceiling fans, upgraded some light fixtures, added a can light above my sink and were very respectful in handling my vintage chandelier. This is our second time using Light it Up Electric. They did a great job once again. Their pricing was reasonable. They added an outlet, moved some light fixtures, moved switches and added can lights for our bathroom remodel. They were courteous and made extremely minimal damage to the drywall upon request saving us $. They cleaned up after themselves and did the job efficiently. When they came to give the estimate we had a dilemma because we needed to relocate some switches and they came up with a solution that would be safe and still get the results we needed. They were overall very easy to work with.

This was the second time using Light It Up Electric. My wife and I are amazed at the quality of service they give each and every time. We had a ceiling fan, a chandelier from a 20 ceiling and 10 other light fixtures, along with a couple of dimmer switches replaced. To me a daunting task, but to Mark and Blake, an easy Friday on the job! We were given up front pricing when booking the appointment and no up selling once at our home. Mark and Blake are not only fantastic in their craft but great guys to chat it up. Absolutely no reason to use any other electrical service provider!

I interviewed four electricians before hiring Light It Up. They did an outstanding job. Jerry was very professional and PLEASANT and talked through several things I wanted to do until he came up with the best solution. He was the only one to offer one dimmer switch for all three under-cabinet lights, and the price was half of what one other company quoted, but with the added dimmer switch. He recommended the dimmer because the ribbon lights are bright. I am so thankful that he did! On the day of installation, he saved me from having to install three new lights by showing me how bright the the new can lights could be by choosing the correct setting on the back of each light. The savings allowed me to ask him to do other jobs that I wanted but was putting off. The company was extremely busy the day of my installation, so the owner himself came and helped the last two hours! This is clearly a company that puts the customer first, even when it doesn’t seem to pay them. I will be calling Light It Up for every electrical job that I have in the future!

This is a family owned business and I cannot say enough good things about them. We have an older home that needed a new electrical panel, new exhaust fan for bathroom, new outlets, switches, etc. While we found cheaper electricians we quickly found that some were uninsured and many did not want to pull a permit for the electrical panel. I have read that this could cause problems with selling a home later on if the work isnt done according to code, and also this could be a safety issue if the work was not done right. All work was done promptly and we are completely satisfied with everything. The city inspector easily signed off on the work so that was outstanding. I highly recommend Light it Up Electric!

We have used this company extensively for quite a few projects. They installed a 240 volt line for our new HVAC system; replaced all of our outdoor lighting; repaired/ replaced outdoor plugs; added additional outdoor plugs; replaced indoor lighting fixtures and ceiling fans; upgraded our electrical service to 400 amps, relocated it, moved all the circuits to the new panels; installed a whole home surge suppressor and installed an exterior transfer switch for a generator. Everything went very smoothly, everything works perfectly. We had no issues at all with any of the work they did - which they did over a period of 2 years. They were a delight to work with. They spent quite a bit of time showing us how things worked (especially our back up generator system). We have done quite a few remodeling projects over the years and this company is definitely one of the best we have encountered. We will continue to use them for all of our electrical needs.

Just finished having a well pump wired, and wanted to note how impressed I was with the service. Having used bigger chain electric companies like Milestone, I was not looking forward to needing to call an electrician, HOWEVER, these guys were insanely good. Booking took a few minutes, was very organized, free consultation, and as promised, I got a call 30 minutes prior to their arrival (and of course they were perfectly on time). I was also given a free estimate, and my total came out to exactly that, so you should have a good idea of what some standard services cost before they even get there. They arent the absolute cheapest, but they are very much affordable, and the quality of the work and service by far justifies the price (you get what you pay for!). The two electricians that came out were WELL prepared and didnt need to run out for anything, which is also something I appreciate. The work was done in great timing, and they checked everything over several times before leaving.On a side note, I also really appreciated how friendly and courteous these guys were, as that stuff goes a long way. They were a pleasure to work with, and I will be sure to use Light It Up in the future!

Transparent price and professional service! I called other electrician companies as well such as Milestone, Arrow, Electricians that were listed as best picks. Others told me there is a charge of $69 or $79 for the trip plus service charge that to be determined on-site. How cant they tell me price since theyve been doing it for 20+ years?Surprisingly, only Light It Up gives me reasonable quote on the phone and waives the trip charge and they did their work perfectly!Definitely recommend its service.

I hired Light It Up because I had some issues with a couple of fans, but I had also lost power to several outlets in the front of my house. The issue ended up being that another local electrician had botched the job installing my outside lights and that was tripping my breaker. Unlike the aforementioned company, Light It Up did NOT charge me an arm and a leg and the technician was AMAZING! He gave me some great ideas for new light fixtures in my house that I am definitely going to get done soon!! These are the guys you need to hire if you are in the area and need a great company that is not going to overcharge you! Their work is impeccable and they are my new go-to electricians!

I could have shopped around but we needed a light installed in the backyard asap as we had none and expected guests over the weekend. We had a fabulous experience with Light It Up Electric! They were recommended to us by our interior designer, and they definitely exceeded our expectations. We had a number of electrical needs related to an ongoing project, which included new canned lights, chandelier and pendant light hanging, sconce installation, under shelf lighting, new switches, outlets and dimmers. Red, Manny and Todd did a meticulous job on all of the work, were always on time and were so nice to work with! Natasha was also super helpful in getting us scheduled and communicating with us throughout the process. The pricing was very reasonable. We will definitely be calling Light It Up for any future electrical needs!

Had these guys out to add three circuits to our game room to handle a bunch of full sized arcade machines.Red was on time, professional and a super nice guy. Job went just as described and the price was fair. (He even changed a light bulb for us in a hard to reach fixture.) Will definitely have them back out again next time we need something.

Both Red and Kai are really professionals with details! They put carpet underneath the ladder, clean up the surrounding areas around the bulbs as well as the floor! I have a 20-feet tall ceiling but they were able to replace my 15 light bulbs very quickly with very reasonable price. Highly recommend their service!

My experience with Light It Up Electric was one of the best. I could spend some time naming names of other service providers that seem to just want to upsell you or scare you into spending more than is needed, but I will save my breath. After one electrician looked at my problem, they had me needing to dig up lines around my pool or run a new dedicated circuit. Jerry and Blake with Light It Up showed up on time, diagnosed the issue in less than 15 minutes, discussed the problem and cost with me and had it resolved in roughly an hour. Very professional and definitely knew what they were doing. A shout out to Natasha for setting my expectations on cost and giving the courtesy call 30 min prior; excellent customer service! The money was well worth it, I was without power to my island all summer and now all is well. Definitely recommending this company to my friends and colleagues.
