    I found Mr. Handyman of Frisco through an online search as I needed someone to help find a leak at my patio door frame, which had caused some damage to my baseboard, door trim and floor. I only choose to call them because of all their 5 star reviews. I will have to say they probably arenā€™t the least expensive option, but the money I spent was well worth it! As soon as I put an online request in, I received a quick call, and was immediately scheduled for a time that worked with my schedule. Plus, they clearly articulated on the call what I would be charged for the first hour and each hour after that (each hour after the first hour was charged in 15 minute increments). I received a call on the day I was scheduled about an hour before my handyman showed up. When he arrived, he immediately assessed the situation, saw the problem, and went to work. It only took about three hours to do the job, which Included him having to go and pick up the supplies and molding specific to my job. The handyman who showed up on my job was Joey Sparks. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and did a great job. Based upon my experience with this company, I would highly recommend them! I forgot to take the before pictures, but Iā€™m including a picture of the finished work.

    We recently had John from Handyman come out to repair a few items around our home, and we couldnā€™t be happier with the results.John was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions, which we really appreciated.     Loved Mr. Roger, he came in and was very professional and efficient. He did my drywall and concrete foundation in back yard.     Shout out to Joey Sparks, the handyman extraordinaire, who masterfully repaired our custom door that had rot on the bottom few inches of the jamb and the sill. The repair looks great and saved us tons of money and time as sourcing, installing and staining to match wouldve taken forever. Joey told me exactly what needed to be ordered to complete the repair.     Jim did an awesome job with hanging several pictures, including 7 that were heavy and difficult to hang and line up evenly. He did a great job and they look fabulous! He also hung a clothes drying rack and an awesome wrapping paper organizing system, a plant rack and my cordless dyson vacuum hook/charger. He was very friendly and professional as well!

    We hired Mr Handyman to repair/ replace some tile work that was demoed after we had a leak in our shower pan. Joey Sparks was amazing! He was so kind (even nice to our sweet dog) and communicative the entire time. He was exactly on time every morning of our 4 day job and his work is impeccable! Our shower looks better than we thought it could since he had to search high and low to find tile that would match the existing tile in the shower. We are 100% going to request him for our next home project! 10/10 recommend him and Mr Handyman!

    Very professional company and can do all jobs. We have had them put a dog door a few years ago and had a cabinet replaced recently. Concern was cabinet color matching. They were able to match it like the others. Highly recommend. Not cheap but you get professional work and they work around schedule.

    Roger did an amazing job on our house today. When we moved in, the front door was an absolute disaster. He took his time sanding and painting it, and now it looks so good! He also took care of additional things around the house such as kaulking and touch ups. If you need a handyman, Roger is your guy!

    Mr. Handyman of Frisco did provide notifications and reminders and showed up on time ready to work. We had a small exterior project, where some wood pieces over the garage, under the windows, and a small porch pillar needed to be replaced and repositioned, then repainted for cosmetic purposes. Some small caulk work was also involved. The quote ended up being competitive and the manager was very responsive due to our issue. Overall, we ended up being happy customers and positive experience due to management. However, we will not be working with this company any further for future projects due to our 9/3/22 experience.     Roger and Ikaya were very pleasant to work with. They came over with a smile on their face and were very respectful. They took on a very complicated job, hauling in ladders into my attic where access was very difficult. They had to intelligently figure out how to reach the area of the problem and build a platform. They took care of the issue (broken collar tie) others turned down. And at the end they cleaned up everything and re fluffed my insulation. I was very impressed and happy to say the least.     I personally had a poor experience with the particular handyman that showed up at my house. Long story short he simply did not know what he was doing and it took way longer than it should have and he needed to come back the next day to finish. Not ideal when youre charged by the hour.I told him to not bother, because I thought the quality was really bad and Id call someone else to finish the repair.The five star review is for the customer service. They stand behind their work and if you arent satisfied theyll make it right. Send them photos, tell them what happened and they will work with you. They arent just trying to take your money which is a refreshing change.

    Really pleased with the siding and window trim repair their team did on the home. They had given me an estimate over the phone based on the work outlined and they stayed well within the that bid.     We had a whole house water filter replaced and two front door handles removed and new ones installed. We had all of the parts, so I do not understand a $60 ā€œmaterialsā€ fee that was added to the hourly rate. There were no materials provided by Mr. Handyman. This fee was not mentioned when I received my original quote and it was not mentioned by the repair man.The repairman was courteous, but when my wife showed him a misalignment in the two handles, he tried to tell her it was a defect in the handle. She had to explain what he had done wrong and when he checked the handle again, she was correct.The door handle on the right sits higher than the one on the left- they should line up. One handle was scratched and touch up paint was used that is noticeable. The repairman did not point out the scratch, my wife saw it. The base of the two doors now has a gap showing and rain came in that today.We had a third technician out today to work on the door handles as the latch would not close. Richard determined that the latch did not line up with the door. He adjusted it and everything works now. I would recommend him, very professional and skilled.

    I called handy man as they were referred to me by a coworker. The service over the phone was pleasant, quick and an easy process. I booked a handy man to replace an exterior door and place a dog door in that door. The handy man that came was awkward when he came (he didnt introduce himself and at one point I was in the office working and he just started yelling from where he was to talk to me, at first I didnt realize he was even speaking to me). I understand he is there to do a service but being a female alone having a man in my home, I would hope he is more of a professional to put me more at ease. There was no timing quote like I was told there would be. He had to leave to get a hole saw attachment to put on the door hardware (I would think a handy man coming to replace a door would have this basic piece of equipment). I was told on the phone ~2hours (but they clarified that the handyman on site would give me a more accurate quote as this is difficult to do over the phone with little information), it took 4 hours and he didnt even put on the dog door.
