We couldn’t be more pleased with your technician Don. This was the first inspection since we moved in six months ago and knew very little about our heating system. Don was very patient as he checked the furnace and pointed out things like there were no filters used! Good grief! It hadn’t occurred to us to check something so basic. We’ve decided it would be economical and in our best interest to sign up for regularly scheduled checks’ Thank you!

He was supposed to clean our dryer vent but since it’s longer than 10 feet was unable to do this service. He did recommend another company that would be able to help with that oh I thought was nice. I’d have them come back to service our AC.

Correcting my nuclear 1 star review to reflect the truly 5 star service Daniel and United Air Temp provides!Went to bed last night with a warm house and spent this morning uncomfortable in an 80+ degree house. When I spoke to United Air Temp this morning I was already frustrated and hung up and then left a 1 star review here.Not more than 5 minutes later Daniel was giving me a call asking what was wrong. First off if you have ever met and talked to Daniel you know he really does care. After explaining my frustrations he immediately came over -on his day off- to get me taken care of! Turns out I had a capacitor go bad most likely yesterday afternoon from my guess.Daniel really went above and beyond today. Talked me down from heat induced hysteria, got my unit fixed, and even had some laughs.Some clarification on my issue that has been on going, not United Air Temps issue.... My unit does cool well 80% of the time. the other 20% is on the hottest days of the year, and easily attributed to the builders of my house. Daniel offered me several options including ways to test which options would be best and things we can do now to make our A/C work smarter while we make a decision.Daniel, you alone could keep my business. United Air Temp never let Daniel go. He is an absolutely amazing person!!!!

United Air Temp Tech, Brandon Murphy, was assigned to inspect our air unit. Brandon was nothing but professional from the moment I got his courtesy call saying he would arrive to my home in “x number” of minutes to begin to the job to the moment he walked out of my home when the job was finished. Brandon listened when I explained the problem we were having with our air unit and, after his inspection, he explained AND showed me what was causing the issue with our air conditioning.
