I was in a bind and needed a plumber as quick as possible for my rental unit in Fredericksburg. My cousin recommended calling Dustin at the Plumbing Police. They came out the next day, and got everything completed so I could get my rental on the market in time. Excellent quality work and extremely reasonable prices.I was very impressed with everything. Searched extensively for a “professional and honest” plumber who could do well pump work and finally found Plumbing Police! They are responsive, available and knowledgeable. We live in Stafford county and/or the Fredericksburg area and there are so many plumbers many of whom cannot or do not have the equipment to pull a well pump nor do they ability to accurately diagnosis the problem. Heather, who is in the office, immediately returned all of my calls, provided needed paperwork for a reimbursement and scheduled plumber to come out right away. Pricing is fair and service calls reasonable. Highly recommend😊

I highly recommend Plumbing Police for all of your pluming needs. Be it repairs or new installations. They have been my go to plumber for over 20 years now. I can always count on them to respond quicklyto fix and repair whatever pluming problem I have and know that it will been done right..They were here yesterday to complete the hookup to Spotsylvania County water system due to VDOT widening the road in front of our house from 2 to 4 lanes resulting in having our well condemmed and unusualable. They worked the entire day and had us disconnected from the well and connected to the county water that afternoon . Transition was smooth and thanks to their hardwork, we had no interruption of our water. Thank you Plumbing Police.

This company is amazing! I have an older home with an old leak that surfaced recently, so it Is like finding a needle in a haystack as to its origin. Plumbing Police refused to let it hide. From manager Heather to her spectacular plumbers Jonas, Kaleb, Dustin, Sean and Malachi, they tested each line to solve the cause of the elusive leak. When you call, you have a technician there in less than 12 hours (non emergency) and the work is done correctly. Addtionally, they love animals, as my 13 year old dog never barked at them and adored the attention and petting! This is the type of company you stay with, as your satisfaction comes before their profit - like it used to be in this country!

Absolute lifesavers. We bought a new washer and dryer for the holidays, but the washers pipes needed to be replaced before they could be installed. Plumbing Police are a fantastic company and they care about the customer. I called two companies - the first one talked only about pricing while the Plumbing Police asked about the problem to determine whether it was an emergency or not. When I scheduled with Plumbing Police they came by and identified that I had a cracked sink, not aplumbing problem. The gentleman was super polite, informative, and didnt charge me for the visit. After I later got a granite company scheduled and new sink install set up, Plumbing Police was incredibly helpful and cooperative when the granite company failed to show and pushed the job out of schedule. They adjusted, showed up, fixed not only the hook up but some past plumbing done prior to my purchasing the house. They do the work, they are so helpful and informative, and the work is top notch! Plumbing Police is saved in my phone as THE plumber now. I wont use anyone else. I highly recommend them!

I generally dont leave reviews, but after my interaction with this company I couldnt not tell my story:My water main busted, I found the leak in the evening. I called two plumbing services that claimed to be 24 hours service. Plumbing Police was the first to call me back. Bob called me and asked what the situation was; After I told him he asked me if I could dig, he said it would save me a lot of money; I respond I sure can. He told me what likely caused the leak and told me once I saw it I could probably fix it my self, but if I didnt feel comfortable to give him a call back. I dug the ditch, I found the line and it was exactly what he said it would be.I didnt feel comfortable repairing the line myself; so, I called him back. He had someone out in about 2 hours to fix the line. The guy who showed up was very professional, knowledgeable and had the line repaired in no time at all. Everyone I dealt with at Plumbing Police was courteous, helpful and about customer service. I really appreciated the honestly and not being taken for a bunch of money like horror stores I heard from my neighbors from a different companies.I absolutely recommend Plumbing Police to anyone needing repairs done!

After calling several other local plumbers and not getting any help for an after hours emergency, Dustin was very responsive when the cartridge in my shower nozzle broke one evening. To help save me some money for a costly emergency repair, Dustin talked me through the steps to mitigate the problem until he could come out the next morning to fix it. He arrived on time, took care of the repair, and checked to make sure everything was working ok. Dustin was very professional and did not charge an outrageous price. Thank you! I highly recommend Dustin and the Plumbing Police for plumbing repairs.

He has over 30 years of experience in the plumbing trade. He is always helpful in giving me the knowledge of how to diagnose and fix the problem. If I am not comfortable doing it myself, they are the only ones I trust to do the work. I wouldnt call anyone else for my plumbing needs.

I am extremely pleased with the work of the Plumbing Police, LLC. I scheduled a visit by phone yesterday and they came out early this morning. Their technician Will resolved my issues with a leaky toilet and broken toilet seat. He quickly diagnosed the source of the mildew staining on my vinyl flooring and made recommendations to my landlord to address that problem. My landlord will be following through with those recommendations. I highly recommend the Plumbing Police, LLC for their responsiveness, courteousness, efficiency and hard work. Cant say enough great things about this great local business!! My water heater went on the blink Superbowl Sunday! I called Plumbing Police and Robert swiftly called me back. Instead of charging me an arm and a leg for emergency service, told me exactly what to do to stabilize the water heater until the next day. He even called me back after some time that very day to make sure everything was ok. Wow! The next day I called around to shop a new water heater, and not only was Plumbing Police the cheapest, they were able to replace and install a new heater THAT DAY!! And this wasnt a baby heater, this was a 75 gal beast! Kudos to Kelsey who answered my phone call and provided superb customer service. Robert and his team arrived when they said they would and swiftly and professionally got that old one out and put the new one in, adding insulation to the pipes that wasnt there before and the proper expansion tank. In addition, after they were through, I had a moving kitchen faucet and one of the guys was so kind enough to come up stairs and tighten the faucet. I messed up because after he tightened the faucet, I then asked him if he could tighten the handle which meant he had to undo the work he just did! But he didnt miss a beat and just said no problem and went to work and refixed everything for me! I really appreciate also that they cleaned up after themselves and put everything back the way it was, even wiping the floors after everything was done due to a little water spilling as the old tank was removed. Just a top notch, superb, job which compelled me to write this 5-star review! Thank you Robert and the entire Plumbing Police team! Youre definitely my goto plumber! Thank you so much for saving me money, aggravation, and time!

Plumbing Police was great. We were working on my elderly father in laws house and had a sewer line backup. They came same day that we called and worked hard out in the snow covered back yard to find the cleanout and clear the clog. They also gave me some great advice on how to clean up some sewer spillage in the basement. And their fee was very reasonable.

These guys have been fabulous since the start. The owner came out and the estimate gave us the BEST and fair price for installing our tub facet and waste line for our new tub we self installed. He also answered all the questions we had. On install day the workers came out a great time. So knowledgeable and answered questions I had about things with the facet and tub install. I heard a drip after they ran my shower to insure they had the right line for hot and cold water for the tub. He fixed it right then and there. After everything was done they filled the tub and made sure everything ran and drained with no leaks.Also scheduling was soooooo easy.I can not say it enough that I am thankful for the plumbing police in Fredericksburg, VA. We will continue to uses them as long as we are here in the area and will refer our friends for sure. Thank you to the plumbing police team

I placed a call after 11:30 AM about a frozen/burst pipe and they had someone at the door at 12! I was blown away with how quickly they got there. The guys were very helpful and informative. They walked me through what had happened and what the solutions were and even took the time to show me what all the different knobs and valves did. I really appreciated that because when water is gushing out of broken pipes it’s very easy to get overwhelmed. Gabby in the office was also super nice and friendly, and the price for an emergency call was very reasonable and much less than I anticipated. Will definitely be using them for all of our plumbing needs in the future!

The gentleman I spoke with told me to 1) not waste my money without 2) following some troubleshooting steps to determine if we actually had a problem. He was honest, professional and incredibly helpful. We followed the steps and it turned out not to be anything major. If we ever do run into issues this is the ONLY place Im calling. Truly exceptional customer service.

I called a few other company and I asked the very same questions. One company didn’t offer a free estimate and other company gave me a ridiculous estimate over the phone. I wasn’t too happy with them but scheduled them to come out for an estimate anyways. I called Plumbing Police and Heather (?) was very pleasant to talk to and scheduled me right away. I asked the same questions, but she advised me that she will have an owner call me so he can answer any questions/concerns that I may have. Robert called me right away and gave me a reasonable ballpark estimate over the phone and he also told that there will be no fees to come out for an estimate. I cancelled the first two companies after talking to Robert. Robert and one technician showed up right on time at 08:30am. They were in my crawl space which has black molds due to moisture, however this is nothing to do with why I called them and I am taking care the moisture problem the following week. Robert came back in about 30-45 minutes with mud all over his clothes. He advised me that I do not need to worry about anything as everything is fine and don’t spend money for something that I really don’t need. I had a future project and he also told me that it was not necessary and gave me an advice to purchase a tool that costs $50. He is so honest and didn’t charge me anything. I can trust Robert and will call Plumbing Police to use their service in the future for all plumbing services.
