We called Reeh Plumbing after a bad experience with another local plumber. I explained the issue and they were able to get our problem resolved and quickly. We were then advised about their VIP program that gets you same day service and discounts. I could not be happier with their service and professionalism of each and every person we’ve had out here. They have all been kind, friendly and knowledgeable. We’ve had many issues given our home is 40 plus years old. We even had a crew out to change our gas water heaters to electric…. They always clean up awesome. I give Reeh Plumbing 5 Stars….. for every step of the way. From the young women who have taken my calls to the plumbers and their helpers who have always been a delight to deal with.Every plumbing issue is a hassle but I know it will be handled promptly with one phone call! I have a 1000sq foot county house in the Hill County. My water heater went out and because it is under the house I couldnt find any body to work on it. They all said that they could move it to the inside of the house, but thats still a lot of work under the house? Reeh came out and with in three hours my water heater was replaced with a warranty. This company did the job great and for a very reasonable price. They are my plumbing company from now on. Great job, Great company. very professional and I am very happy.

Reeh Plumbing will forever have my business.Brian and Jaime were given the ultimate challenge... finding 2 diamond rings and a set of diamond studs that had been accidentally flushed down the toilet.There was a 50/50 chance that the jewelry had already hit the septic tank.Not only did they work well together, they were so kind to our family.They dealt with crawling under the house to get a better look at the pipes, using the snake camera, digging up the yard.... not only did they make very little mess (never knew plumbing could be so tidy!)They recovered the JEWELRY!!! I love the way Reeh’s is set up to take care of their customers!! Every person I’ve talked to is super friendly and knowledgeable. One of my biggest pet peeves is for a person to speak or act before they truly know the answer/what they should do. I really appreciate how the company holds their employees accountable to be prompt, honest, prepared (trucks are stocked for unpredictable repairs) , and enjoyable to interact with. Most companies claim to be honest experts, but I can say (with a clear conscious) Reeh’s is a rare gem in their industry. You won’t be disappointed!

This is the best plumbing company in Fredericksburg. We have used them for the past two years. Theyve done everything from running new water lines to putting in a tankless water heater to putting in a water softening system, and running a gas line for our stove and fireplace logs. They are always prompt, courteous and totally professional. Weve had several emergencies that theyve taken care of. They are the only plumbers I would ever use and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

When a piece of plumbing equipment with a long guarantee failed, the plumber who came consulted the office and promptly replaced the defective equipment-charging only for the service call. We have been pleased with the quality of work and plan to continue to call on Reeh Plumbing for work in the future.
