My first experience with Jon was when my 91 year old mother had a plumbing problem and my husband called Jon who came right over. After assessing the problem, Jon came in to inform mother what he needed to do. Mom was confined to a chair and could not see well, so Jon got down on both knees to her level and began to explain what he would do to fix the plumbing. He was so kind and he patiently answered every question to her satisfaction. After he finished the job, he gave mom a card with his name and phone number and told her to call him any time if she ever needed anything.The second experience we had with Jon was at our own home. He brought out his crew to run new sewer and water lines. Brian, Mike and Paul were some of the nicest, politest and hard working men weve ever had work on our home. The weather was windy, cold, rainy and not the weather anyone would wish on outdoor workers, but these men kept up their hard work and never lost their smiles.....even when confronted with stubborn limestone!!! I cant say enough about Gillis Plumbing Solutions. Jon and his employees treat you right. They are honest, caring, polite and reliable. A good Christian group of men!

Great customer service. My call was answered (by a real person!!) late afternoon on a busy Friday. The woman who took my information was extremely helpful. Kyle, Ryan and Thomas were wonderful. They were polite, trustworthy, and arrived on time to fix my plumbing issues. I would highly recommend Gillis Plumbing.

Jon did a wonderful job installing our new water softener. He was on time, very polite, and made sure I had a complete understanding of what he had to do. Everything was done in a timely manner and he made sure I knew what to do in case the water softener had any technical issues. He even gave me a price reduction since the job was done so easily!

Jon & Mike were both courteous & professional while completing a water softener & reverse osmosis installation in my home. They finished both jobs in a timely manner [under 3 hours] & Jon [the owner of the co] also took the time to explain the operation of these systems and to answer any questions. I plan on using Gillis Plumbing Solutions for any future plumbing projects that may arise. So if you are looking for an honest, fair & hardworking plumber, Jon is your man!! Good job guys!!

John does great work. Hes friendly, on time, and works quickly. We needed some minor plumbing work done on our RV and he came out to the RV park where we were staying and did the work on-site! He did a far superior job than either of the 2 mobile RV repair guys who have done work on our 5th wheel in recent months! We highly recommend John for your plumbing needs...hell do the job right at a fair price.

Jon is a great plumber and a great guy. I had a complete plumbing replacement in an 100 year old house and Jon has knocked it out of the park. His estimate was extremely competitive, hes exceedingly competent and does what he says he will when he says. All in all working with Jon has been a really positive experience.

Owner and Service Manager showed up within 20 minutes to review the issue and provide proposed solutions and a estimated cost. They went above and beyond to get the work scheduled in next day. I was very impressed with the entire staff at Gillis Plumbing Solutions. Our relatively new water heater developed a slow leak that was creating quite the mess. Not only did the staff at Gillis Plumbing, specifically Melissa and Bailey go out of their way to get a crew out the next day, they even managed to acquire a replacement unit under warranty. Ryan and Mat showed up on time and had a tremendous attitude. By far, the best plumbing service in the area. I highly recommended giving them a call for you all your plumbing needs. I know I will.

As a small business owner in the construction field, I know how important honesty, quality, and cost are to customers. Jon recently performed work for my brother in law which I was involved in. Gillis Plumbing Solutions bid was lower than the competition. His quality was top notch, he gave a start date and was there that day, and Jon was on the job at all times. Rare to have a master plumber on-site rather than leave the work to his helpers. Give him a call. You will not be disappointed.

What I expected to be a small plumbing problem, was actually a pretty major plumbing problem. Jon got back to me quickly and was on the job soon after that. He and his team were very knowledgeable and made sure I was informed about every detail of the process. They did a great job and even came in under the quoted estimate. My call at about 1:00 pm on a Monday was answered immediately by a live person (no voice mail!) and when I explained my problem, the lady responded that she was sure they would be able to help and would have their field manager call me back. I received a call-back within 15 minutes and Dennis told me that they were close to finishing another job and he was sure they could get to me later in the afternoon. He also asked if the water to the leak had been shut off and, if not, he would come by immediately and do that. I had been able to shut off the supply line as soon as the leak was discovered, but deeply appreciated his offer. He sent a very competent plumber, Ricky, to my house at about 3:00 that afternoon and by 4:00 the repair had been made. Superior customer service!! Will highly recommend to anyone.
