    This was not my first experience with RightNOW Plumbing so I expected great results.Recently, Andy, of RightNOW Plumbing came to install a descaling device on my water heater. I could not be more satisfied with his, and RightNOW Plumbings service.From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, their customer service was top-notch. The representative was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating to my schedule.Andy was punctual and well prepared as I expected. He quickly diagnosed an issue with my water heater and explained the problem in a way that was easy to understand. His professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the whole process.     RightNow was great to work with from start to finish. I enjoyed the conversation from scheduling to installation. Andy came to provide me an estimate and installed in the same week. He provided his advice and shared his knowledge about the best application for my job. I ended up with one tankless gas hot water heater to replace two hot water tanks that included one gas and one electric. Very pleased with the instal and clean up performed.I had him update my whole house shut off as well.

    RightNOW Plumbing is aptly named! Technicians and office staff are timely, professional, and personable. I highly recommend RightNOW Plumbing based on their performance and attitude in repairing problems with our water tank and (well) water filtration system.Andy promptly showed up within hours at 07:45 AM in response to my request for help with a leaking water heater. He assessed the obvious problem and did other tests to identify contributing factors. His water tests showed that our (well) water filtration system had contributed to the water heater leak. His whole approach reflected calm expertise and competence, but he modestly let his actions do his talking. When he did speak, he was clear, forthright, and personable - in short, highly professional.His estimate to repair our water heater (with a better heater than others offered) was very competitive. Not surprisingly, his work to replace the water heater was quick and efficient. Fixing the water filtration system is deferred until ordered parts are available.RightNOW Plumbing is spot on!

    We would absolutely recommend Right Now Plumbing!We had to have a propane hot water heater replaced.     Nick went above and beyond coordinating same-day access to equipment so our laundry room pipe could be repaired, and we could finally have clean laundry again.     My experience with Right Now Pluming was wonderful.When I called the office about our problem we were able to schedule an appointment to fit my schedule.On the day the plumber came out to look at what we needed done I was nervous because a week prior I had another company come out and they left me very disappointed. But when I met Andy he explained what needed to be done and how he would do it in a way that was easy to understand.     Our water heater, 12 years old, failed this weekend. Made multiple calls to the large firms, none would give a price range to replace over the phone. The one that did show up quoted a crazy high price that required buying their 6 or 10 yr warranty. Rightnow was courteous, asked for pictures and quoted a competitive price and same day service. They kept me informed of delays they were having on the appointment prior to ours, and even though they were delayed into the early evening they came with a smile on their face and completed the job at the price quoted.     I had purchased a replacement water heater and decided to have it installed by a professional. I got referrals from Angie and RightNOW could do what I needed done right away for the best price. I had drained the old heater so when Johno, the installer, arrived he got right to work removing the old one and minutes later the new heater was installed and starting to heat the water. He cleaned up the packaging, removed the old heater, and briefed me on the control panel. The whole process by RightNOW plumbing was efficient and friendly.     Very Professional. Highly recommend. My 65gallon gas tank water heater broke and was kind of an emergency. They answered the call after office hours, and showed up first thing next day and gave free estimate which was very competitive. After accepting the estimate, they installed the water heater very next day. The quality of work is commendable. The comms from starting to the end is so seamless. As 65 gallon capacity gas tanks are no longer produced, we had the option to either go with 50 gallon or 75 gallon. The space available for the heater is very limited, and all other company technicians mentioned that door has to be removed to make the 75 gallon unit fit in the space available. But Right Now team (Bryan and Johno) installed the 75 gallon in the tight space successfully, saving me the hassle to replace the door. It was pretty obvious that they take lot of pride in the work they do. Thanks to Right Now team for going the extra mile. Would definitely recommend Right Now Plumbing.

    I needed a new hot water heater and used Angie’s List ( now called Angi ), which gave me four responses almost instantly . The company’s business receptionist was very courteous and efficient. The presentation from this company was made by the owner who offered choices of several different products. The owner was affable, articulate, and very well versed in his business. The installer arrived promptly within the service window and was genuinely friendly and provided high-quality workmanship. The installation was completed quickly and correctly. The Customer Service in the shop was also first rate. This company offers easy to use automated payment methods, including financing options. Given what responses for repair you usually get today ( mediocre , half hearted at best ), I was blown away by the courteous professionalism of this organization. They are first on my list if I ever need a plumber locally.

    Right Now Plumbing came out same day to give me an estimate on an installation of a tankless hot water heater I already had. They don’t hesitate. They were super experienced with Noritz heaters having installed hundreds of them. On the day of the install they came out and did the job in about 3 hours. They hauled out the old heater that was 18 yrs old and left my home in excellent condition. I would use them again. Also, their cost was several THOUSAND dollars less than another company for labor who was less familiar with this brand. Super happy. This was a no brainer.

    As a first time homeowner I can’t recommend RightNow Plumbing enough. My house had a 11+ year old gas hot water heater that had started leaking (and wasn’t vented properly and had no drip tray installed). I called a few other local companies for estimates and all of them were much higher than I anticipated and sounded like a daunting amount of work. From the very first phone call with RightNow I was assured that what seemed to be a big job for other companies would likely be another day’s work for RightNow who specializes in hot water heaters. Andy came out and gave me an incredibly reasonable estimate for a tankless gas hot water heater that was totally inclusive of all venting, drip tray, and new gas line installation and included a first year servicing appointment. I ended up scheduling installation for a couple days later and was very impressed that Andy who had done my estimate would be the one performing the job himself. He did a wonderful job installing my new tankless hot water heater in my utility closet (a couple other plumbers were skeptical that it would fit) and on top of that he went into my crawl space to check out my old cast iron pipes I was worried about and even went out of his way to fix a shower handle that had been installed incorrectly. I don’t often write reviews but my experience from start to finish was absolutely worth five stars!

    Updated 5/2/2023Andy and the team at Right Now came through again!!! We had a basement pipe burst at midnight and RightNow was prepared to come out immediately but instead helped us to make a temporary fix to avoid emergency rates and save a little money. Andy then worked his usual magic fixing the pipe, replacing a non-working sump pump and adding a backup system to help avoid future flooding. Couldn’t be more pleased with the work and professionalism!Extremely happy with RightNow and it has been a pleasure working with Andy on several occasions. Super professional!Most recently, we needed a repair on our tankless water heater. Parts were slow to arrive from manufacturer and when they were finally delivered, a part was missing.     Right Now Plumbing was excellent. They exceeded my ideal of what service should be. Unclog drain doesnt begin to explain the difficulty of the job and the effort it took to fix. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

    Sunday afternoon I happen to go into my storage room and saw that my water heater broke & water was everywhere. I called around to a few plumbing companies in the area, everyone charged a fee for the technician to come out and said they wouldnt have anyone available until Monday. I came across RightNow Plumbing and spoke to Johno. He was very nice and offered to have a technician come out within 2 hours. He also said that they dont charge a fee for a tech to come out. Dan came within the two hour frame as promised and was very honest. He told me I needed a new water heater & he also explained in detail what all the replacement would entail. He offered to check my water pressure for free as I express concern that the main water valve was leaking at one point. He gave me a discounted fee should the main water valve needed to be fixed.I contacted Home Depot and Lowes to get additional quotes. The representative a Lowes wasnt very friendly or helpful which is surprising as I always shop there. The representative at Home Depot was helpful and had one of their contractors contact me. The quote given was cheaper than RightNow Plumbing, minus the quote for the main water valve. They would not give me an exact quote, stating it would be between $250-$400 extra.I checked all basis (checked DPOR, BBB, and all reviews online) I work for Business Tax in Fairfax County and encountered plenty of homeowners upset about being jipped or the quality of work done. RightNow plumbing had the best reviews and only one minor complaint compared to the other company. Needless to say, I contacted RightNow Plumbing and they were able to get Andy to come out (I had accidently asked for the wrong tech) and he was just as good as Dan. I recommend RightNow Plumbing as they are all about the customer, quick, efficient, and honest. They are about $50- $100 with the cost of getting a permit but its worth it. You get what you pay for.

    They do business the right way. Theyre good at their work, and fair to their customers. RightNow did a major project for us, and were outstanding from start to finish, especially on communication. The scope of work and line item costs were made clear from the outset, and when there were unforeseen challenges, they went above and beyond in absorbing all the cost overruns at personal expense to ensure that the agreement would be honored. When a question came up several months after project completion that required man-hours to look into, they willingly provided the additional service free of charge to ensure a good experience and because they stand by their work.Im truly grateful for their tireless support and integrity throughout the project and afterwards.

    They go beyond the job to ensure all of your plumbing is working properly saving you worries and money! Called them for a simple under sink leak and they discovered a leaking water tank!     We had a somewhat complicated problem with our sump pump. TJ from RightNOW Plumbing showed up on time. He took the time to figure out what the problem was and give two possible courses of action and prices for each. He carefully explained the options. There was no pressure to pick the more expensive solution but we decided to completely replace the 26 year old sump pump and clean out the sump. TJ did an excellent job - cleaning the sump. It was obviously a messy job but he cleaned the area very well.I am very pleased with the service from TJ. The new Zoeller pump is much more powerful than the original. I expect years of trouble free service from the pump.I would strongly recommend RightNow Plumbing. Not only was TJ excellent, informative, professional and friendly, but the office sent emails informing us every step of the way. It is a pleasure to work with a good contractor.

    We used Home Advisor to search for a plumber and got RightNOW Plumbing in a few seconds...we got a call back from RightNOW Plumbing in just a few minutes to schedule a plumber. Absolutely pleased with their service, promptness, courtesy and professionalism Would turn to them again in a minute!! Have had bad experiences.in the past with plumbers and cant tell how refreshing it has been dealing with RightNOW Plumbing....call them for your plumbing needs!!!

    RighNOW did a great job with a purchase and install of a new tankless water heater. No pressure sales, and did exactly what was needed. Excellent service, excellent install, excellent cleanup and excellent advice! Look forward to RightNOW being our go to plumber from now on.
