Brendon and the team at OHA never disappoint. Brendon came earlier than expected (nice surprise) as it was a same day appointment. He assessed and fixed the issue right away. Brandon and Christopher did a fantastic job replacing our fire place. It was a tricky installation due to the age of the house, the marble surround and it being the coldest day of the year but they got it done. They were very professional with the prep and clean up. Matt and Ricky visited our home on 3 December to perform a whole house duct cleaning service. I had never done this before and the OHA Team did not disappoint! After explaining the process to me, they took their time to thoroughly clean all the ducts, which had never been cleaned. OHA employees are thorough, polite, easy to deal with, and leave the area spotless upon departure -- and anyone wanting a professional business and team which knows how to deliver first-rate customer service, OHA is the one to select! I could not be happier with the service that Angel from OHA provided. He was very knowledgeable on our situation with the kitchen sink and gave me in-depth detail about what caused both drains to clog. He then gave me details about the work that will need to be done as well as the price before starting to snake my drain system and reinstalling new pipping that was my efficient. While he was doing the job, he explaining what he was doing so I understand the work that he was performing. I’m 100% satisfied with his quality of work. I’ve been using OHA for all my home services for years and will not consider using another company.

Fantastic company with awesome people. Technicians arrived on time. Mike and George were extremely polite and explained the process for the gas furnace and air conditioner install. Protected the floor in and out of the house, cleaned up once complete, happily answered all my questions. Install required two modifications due to system sized differences and the install of a second intake and two room vents. Highly recommended for your next install or an existing system care. Will be contacting OHA for any, and all services related to my HVAC, water heater, gas fireplace, and any other home maintenance care, service or repairs the company does.

We suddenly had no hot water just as the weather was starting to turn cold, so we called OHA which installed our water heater a few years ago. Mr. Richards came as scheduled and quickly identified the issue -- a malfunctioning water mixer valve -- and just as quickly fixed it. I was pleasantly surprised because a couple years ago, we had a bad experience with another well known local company which took 4 technicians and four months to properly diagnose and fix a problem with a sensor, so this was a huge contrast. OHA has truly knowledgeable professionals.

We appreciated that fact that he wasn’t a “hard sell” salesman and we decided to acquire a new garbage disposal from OHA. He also unblocked several drains and a shower head. Made an appointment with OHA on a Saturday. They take calls themselves and walk you through the scheduling. No call service. My appointment was for a wood burning chimney sweep and gas fireplace inspection. They were available the following Tuesday. Technician (David) arrived on time and took his time explaining everything. He answered my bazillion questions, was super helpful and did a great job on the fireplaces. He was also extra careful laying out a drop cloth to collect debris and cleaned everything up. I also needed a roof inspection near the chimney done due to a long time leak. David said he would have someone follow up. Later that same day I received a follow up call regarding the leak and chatted with a knowledgeable guy. Being outside their roofing service area, he gave me a name of a local company that he trusts. OHA goes above and beyond. Definitely recommend this company.

Jeremiah went above and beyond the maintenance visit for our HVAC units today. During this time is was informative letting us know what was going on. He even replaced the burnt out light bulb in the crawl space for me! He went up and beyond of what was expected to get our pilot light back on. He had an idea, followed through and got the gas back to our fireplace!!!!!! We LOVED having him here as well as our 15 yr old dog (Princess) as she loved him and had to help him and wash his ears. Today OHA Heating and Air installed a new HVAC system in my home. I was originally informed that the water heater would need to be removed first in order to conduct the work because the storage space was so tight. I was prepared to not have any water for 6-8 hours during the installation process. Kyle Thompson was the lead technician who came with his assistant Preston. They both provided superior service! They were professional, respectful of my home, and very quick and efficient. AND, Kyle was able to install the new system without removing my water heater! Im sure it was a tight squeeze maneuvering the equipment in that small closet but he was able to accomplish the installation without any problems. When they were finished they completely cleaned up their work space to even better than it was before. I had a new tenant move into a rental home I have and I knew the fireplace and vented wood stove had not been serviced since I moved out, 8 years earlier. Called on the 8/30/23 and spoke with Jonathan. This was the first place I called because they offered “Free estimate Consultation”! Jonathan said they would honor that but they were also having a sale to get the fireplace cleaned for $245 & the wood-stove cleaned for $188. I did explain that they were both gas logs ( one just looked like a fireplace and the other looked liked a wood stove. Simple, right?). Would i commit to the cleaning, if that’s what i needed? Of course, if that what the tech says i need, appointment made for 9/12/23 between 8-12pm.Appointment reminders were sent on numerous occasions and we were sent a pic and a text when Ashgar Joya was to arrive, SUPER! The gentleman was very nice, prompt and had super people skills. A+++ Enjoyed talking to him and showed him what I knew about the fireplace since my father had built the house. He was unaware of the conversation about the “wood-stove”, he was sent to clean the fireplace. Ok, thought maybe it was a lack of communication and I would call the office back later to get it figured out (I am very OCD and had the notes from my phone call).Worked with Ashgar to get the fireplace to come on, pilot light lit but would not fire up. Tech explained that with it being 23+ yrs old, rusted on the black section, that it would be time for a new insert. Ashgar went over the options and the price $6,995 fully installed, included old one taken away, vent cleaned out and up and running with no problems. Ashgar offered financing and I gave him a deposit of $500. Super guy! He will schedule us for a replacement and a tech will contact us. He was to email me a receipt with all my info and a receipt for the $500.Looked at it this morning and I am having second thoughts on the price. I thought my initial phone call was communicated properly to Jonathan, but it seems like he just wanted me to commit to the 2 cleanings of my fireplace & wood-stove. My tech was not properly prepped by the office on what we were in need of. Now instead of a free consult as requested, this young man thought he was doing a cleaning on a fireplace, no questions asked. Good thing I ask too many questions. I will do some research today and see if the “price is right” and go from there! Might be calling for my deposit back.
