Great Team and Great Service! I am pleasantly surprised that Home Depot has a contract with such a stellar team. They were the best price by far to replace our water heater and Gina explained all of the options, pros/cons and pricing to get our heater replaced. She was knowledgeable and didn’t sound like a “used car salesman” trying to nickel and dime you. Our tech, Portius was equally as stellar during the install. He and his teammate worked together well and got the water heater installed in about 2 hours and took the time to go over all features of the heater and explained the work he completed. I just had an electric 80 gal Rheem Hybrid water heater installed in my basement by FEPG, replacing my 20+ year old Rheem heater. The whole team from the, office to the installers, are VERY knowledgeable about the products and services. Most importantly their customer service and follow-up are the best I’ve encountered with any plumbing organization. They specialize in water heater installations, and you can purchase your heater from FEPG. They will deliver, install your new heater and remove your old heater. My install only took about 2.5 hours, start to finish. Finally, I had obtained estimates from full service local Plumbing companies and with FEPG I saved up to 50% in the purchase and installation of the exact heater.

I can not say enough good things about this company and their employees! My 15+ year old water heater died on me shortly after Covid-19 started shutting everything down. After a week of the runaround with my home warranty company I decided to just get it replaced on my own. I contacted Home Depot who put me in touch with Fairfax Electric, Plumbing & Gas to coordinate the purchase and install. Kim and Angie were extremely friendly and helpful getting the install scheduled ASAP (unfortunately, it wasnt the same day but it was next day, likely due to how far I live from their location and timing of my call) as well as coordinating contract signing and payment via email/phone. There was a bit of shock at the price quoted but after calling around for estimates and looking online for prices of similar models to what I had chosen - their prices proved to be around the average. I am terrible with names so I sadly do not remember the two install technicians names but they were both incredibly friendly, professional and timely! They ensured there was no damage or mess at all during removal of my old unit and install of the new unit. After the install was complete they showed me what was done as well as explaining how everything functioned and proper maintenance to care for the unit. After install, I was sent the paperwork needed as well as instructions on how to schedule an inspection of the new unit with my local county from Michael. Michael continued to follow up with me with periodic reminders on scheduling the inspection which was greatly appreciated since I continued to forget to schedule it!

I rarely write reviews for things that arent products but this company more than earned it. Ive used them for my parents water heater, my in laws, and now mine. Every time they were prompt, courteous, and accurate on the original quote with regards to the final bill.My most recent install - the tech came out, noticed an issue in that the new gas water heater was too tall to vent properly, he showed me and explained in terms I could understand.Without me lifting a finger, I had a new quote in my inbox that same day for a short model of the same heater, same cost as my first quote, and scheduled again for the very next day. Techs came out and swapped it out in about an hour, showed me how to adjust settings, etc.I generally dread having to deal with utility/service companies but this team made it seamless. Thank you! This was one of the best experiences we have had with any contractor. Their tech Mr. William Peyton came right on time, the price was the most competitive. They are a contractor for Home Depot, so I knew the cost of the 75 gallon water heater and their installation fee was extremely competitive. They brought the water heater with them, the pan etc and installed in less than 2 hours, cleaned up. I received a final receipt from Home Depot and I must say the process was very hassle free.They also scheduled the work the very next day that I called them for. No messages, they always pick up. Highly highly recommended ! Mr. William Peyton, the technician requires a special word for being very courteous, very knowledgeable and most importantly very efficient in his work. Good job. Its very rare for me to write a review for anyone. This team deserves five stars and more.

Bought water heater from Home Depot at 4PM and 2 installers arrived the following morning at 8am after calling first 30 minutes earlier. After a few simple questions both men worked hard and completed removal and installation in roughly 90 minutes. There was zero mess left when they left. Would have been a 5-star rating if the service had been scheduled when request in mid-December. The team replaced my water heater today (after it leaked into the home over the weekend) and the technicians - Dre and Keith - were top notch. It was a difficult install into a cramped utility closet on the 3rd floor of a townhome and they had it done in 1.5 hours. They cared for the wood floors and carpet and walls of the home while moving the tanks, and Dre answered all of my engineering-like questions. He offered solutions to other challenges as well, but did not miss a beat on the install. Again - if Ellen (sales rep) had gotten this installation completed before the leak caused damage to the laundry room floor and 1st floor ceilings - this would have been a 5 star rating. Thank you, Kim, for making this happen.

Everyone who i spoke with was professional, polite and service oriented! My water heater broke after 12 pm….. poor me… had the issue occurred prior to noon they would have been able to provide same day service. I received a call as promised the following morning at 6:30am from the extremely knowledgeable and helpful technician informing me that he was enroute and would be at my home in 30–40 minutes. He arrived on time and immediately assessed the situation, provided me with an update, and went to work replacing and old leaky unit with a new one. The work was efficient and excellent. He even explained that I had an additional issue with my AC that was also causing water leakage. A very trustworthy team, the pricing was very fair, even competitors agreed that I had a good deal!

They had to bring a 300 pound 75 gallon water heater down my steps and used a special hand truck that did not leave a mark on my uncarpeted wood steps. They then hauled the old one out. I think the entire project took 2 hours tops. The plumbing looks fantastic too. I could not be happier—price was good too. I’m a harsh judge too btw. Wouldn’t just give a good review to be nice. She was very quick in her response and will get back to you with answers if she doesnt have it already. She followed through the process from start to finish. We went through step by step what was the right model that needs to be replaced. I was given three different options based on my budget. I chose the best model with warranty and still their rates were $300 less than what my very own plumber would have charged. Everything was handled in an professional way. I highly recommend them.

Today I had Fairfax EWP come in to replace a water heater. I had a very complicated and tight spot the water heater was going in, not to mention a house that is 40 years old I expected problems but received none. They did have to add $90 for a valve outside of my quoted price but still cheaper than three other companies Ive received quotes from. There are a few things things I felt they could have done better. One, I would have preferred a written quote (email would have been OK) vrs verbal. Although I probably could have requested it but never bothered. I would have preferred to receive some sort of receipt immediately after the work done. I was told something will be emailed to me later when the office processes the payment. The guys who did the install were very curtious, quick, yet effecient. They probably should have stuck around to ensure the unit was doing its job but I understand why they didnt. Im just thankful I can finally get a hot shower and didnt break the bank to get it. For what I paid they did a darn good job and were very responsive to my inquirys.
