Clog Heroes helped me untangle issues on why my basement laundry wouldn’t drain. After buying a 1950 house this year, I expected some plumbing issues to crop up. While drainage issues are never fun or inexpensive , it was clear that this company goes above and beyond to find the best solution at a fair price.Austin and his helper went above and beyond when issues arose with the pump installation, and they came back the next day and spent extra time making sure everything was perfect. My crawl space and basement were completely cleaned up and looked better than before.I didn’t take before pics but it was not to code and a mess of pipes that didn’t work correctly. As you can see, it’s all tidy and ready for laundry. Highly recommend!

As a first time homeowner this company puts my mind and worries at ease. Reasonable pricing, honest workers, and very reliable. I had a backed up drain. Called them in the morning and he was here by the afternoon and a little earlier than the given time. I’m so thankful for their work. He gave me tips on how to keep my maintenance up on my hvac in between scheduled visits and kept me up to date about the work he was doing. They are my new go to company for all drain and HVAC issues. Thank you once again!!

Professional, clean & respectful of the office space and our employees . The crew showed up to our office which had a major clog that another plumbing company couldn’t get cleared and referred us to CLOG Heroes! The technician confidently explained our options and management went with their recommendation.We were amazed to see a fully stocked drain cleaning truck. They used a hydro jetter and everything is better.In the end they informed us how to prevent this from happening again and offered preventative maintenance options.

Austin is awesome! He is extremely knowledgeable and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Our maceration machine (not sure that is the exact name) downstairs stopped working and he had it ordered, replaced and in working order in no time. Highly recommend Clog Heros!!

During our kitchen renovation, we encountered a setback due to the new sink not lining up with the existing drain bringing the entire project to a halt. It had also been draining pretty slowly the past few months (requiring regular use of DrainO) so we called Clog Heroes. Jessy came out the same day to save the day! She displayed the utmost professionalism, letting us know all of our options, some of which I wasnt even aware of. We opted for the drain cleaning service including the camera and hydro jetter machine since the drain was already open.The transformation was astonishing! The grease build up was much worse that I ever imagined from years of use. Now every drain in the house flows as quickly as when we first built the house.To streamline future maintenance and address potential clogs, Jessy installed a clean-out at the kitchen sink while she was in there.What sets Clog Heroes apart is their genuine professionalism, honest feedback, transparent pricing, and the absence of pushy sales tactics. Thank you Austin for your excellent, professional and fast service today. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! My sump pump stopped working and Austin assessed the situation, gave me a choice of possible solutions, and fixed my problem in a few hours. He went above and beyond by assessing the outside drainage and upgrading the necessary parts to accommodate the water flow. I will always call these heroes for my plumbing needs!!

My sinks and tubs were not wanting to drain. I called another company and was told I needed a new sewer line. A friend of mine told me before I did anything to call Clog Heroes. I’m SO glad I did! They came out same day, did a camera inspection and found the issue right away. The technician gave me different options to address the issue and had my drains flowing free within an hour. Love how these guys treated me like a valued customer and gave me options to address the problem without having to needlessly dig up my yard.

Excellent customer service that was given. Austin responded to our call within one hour of us calling the company to request service to be done on our sump pump. The next day he arrived, diagnosed the problem and offered several solutions within the first 15 minutes of his arrival. Then he finished the job less than 45 minutes later. I was very impressed with the service and how prepared he was prior to arriving at my home. I will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing issues.

Only review I have ever done online. As a business owner of over 26 years, never had I had such an awesome experience from any type of service vendor. We called with a major main sewage blockage in our main line that shutdown our business and a pediatric medical office in our building. This after Roto Rooter made the matter worse and decided not to come back and actual fix the blockage. Austin diagnosed the issue, gave us options on how he could correct it, told us what the cost would be for each, gave us advice on how to make this issue easier to solve if it occurs again, and STAYED UNTIL AFTER 9:00PM to remove the the blockage. Then, even came back the next day and checked up on us. Unbelievable. This company is the real deal (the office manager was also on seen, shes awesome as well). What a great experience with Clog Heroes Sewer and drain. We had a huge plumbing mess, called a few plumbing companies but they were unable to send someone until the following day. Luckily I called Clog Heroes Sewer and Drain. They were able to send Austin out who showed up promptly. Austin was very professional and was able to identify the problem and had it fixed in no time. I truly think because of their quick response time and Austins ability to identify the problem quickly may have saved me a bunch of money on costly repairs.
