Not sure what the fuss is about. Or maybe they just got better but we had an outstanding experience with this company. We had an outdoor feeding water pipe burst in the attic. Thor, the serviceman, did the repair. Seems it was a winter freeze bust. Thor swiftly made the repair then clearly explained to me the proper Winterizing procedure, including the pipe bleed. Thor was personable and professional. We’ve saved this company for use in the future if needed.

I had an appointment window from 10am - 2pm. I received a tracking link and my technician Clayton arrived around 11:49 am, which I believe was a decent time. Clayton was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He was able to assess and diagnose the issue within minutes and replaced a valve on my water heater. He visually showed me things as he explained. Clayton’s customer service was great!

All of the folks I worked with at C&P Plumbing were fabulous. Despite having a hang up with my home warranty and facing the potential of not having hot water for two weeks, C&P worked with me and the warranty company. They were kind, helpful, understanding, and patient every step of the way. After sorting out the warranty business, C&P made time to come replace my broken water heater the very next day. My tech, Gary, was awesome. He was knowledgeable, efficient and professional. He did an excellent job for a very fair price. Thank you so much C&P Plumbing!

I was extremely happy with this company and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Lou from C&P did a great job repairing 2 leaky sinks, leaking faucet, broken disposal, snaking out a very slow drain, and replacing a stuck and leaking shower cartridge. His experience allowed him to make the repairs quickly, after arriving on time and with a warning text message preceding him. Gary was very helpful and communicative in resolving the issue. The garbage disposal was jammed up and caused leaking to the dishwasher which he cleared up but also explained to the tenant how to prevent in the future and made sure the dishwasher was working again as expected. I have rarely experienced such great customer service (sadly).From the start Rosa was excellent - polite and responsive. She kept us updated on progress and expected arrival times.Jack and his team were excellent when it came to doing the replacement. Again, we know exactly what was happening and where they were with the repair.We had some minor issues afterwards and Kyle came out to fix them. Again, very polite, great communicator and he knew his stuff.I would absolutely recommend C&P Plumbing and I will be using them myself when I need any plumbing work done.

Clayton came out to do service under my home warranty plan. He addressed issues a previous plumber was not able to do. He even had the parts on hand and didnt have to drive to the hardware store which was impressive. Clayton was knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. Literally am so excited to take a shower since he fixed the diverting issue. I recommend this company to anyone who has had challenges with other plumbing companies fixing something and if you have a new issue.. dont bother calling anyone else except C&P. I know they will get it right the first time and explain the issue in details anyone could understand. Clayton took pictures to show me the exact issues, handled the issues, and respected the fact I had an important meeting to handle during his visit. Just amazed how simple this company made the entire process for me. Really hard to find this type of service.

Under my home warranty this company arrived in a timely manner to fix my plumbing issues. Thor was professional, friendly, and efficient. He replaced the insides of two toilets and unclogged a bathroom sink. Thor was efficient and answered my questions about the toilet tank. Very happy with his service. The receptionist whom took my call was also very friendly and efficient. She was helpful in keeping me updated. I like this company.

I also appreciated that he informed me on how to correct a separate plumbing related issue in the future. I personally requested C&P plumbing through my home warranty because I received this same level of customer service during their initial visit in November 2019.

The plumber who came to fix a leaking issue with our bathtub was very friendly and informative with each issue he found. He was very efficient with time and completed the task in under an hour. And I also want to mention during the current pandemic, he observed all recommended safety protocols such as wearing a mask at all times while in my house. I am very happy with a company who values the health of their customers and employees. I will definitely keep this company in mind for any future plumbing needs.

I read a few negative reviews for perspective, because my experiences with C&P over the past 7 years have been good. I called in a claim with my 2-10 Hbw and C&P was dispatched. They called later the same day and scheduled my appointment for the next day. Window was 12-3, he arrived a little after 12 and was friendly and efficient. I had questions about what caused the faucet to leak and he addressed them fully (my faucet-mounted water filter was placing extra weight on the assembly and wearing out the rings). He answered a lot of general plumbing questions in regard to my queries about replacement sinks and other faucets-- which doesnt always happen when a female is asking, and I really appreciate getting tech-level responses.On a previous service claim, I did have a tech cut into my ceiling to access and assess a tub drain leak...And the tech let me know beforehand that he didnt repair drywall. Now--my warranty coverage includes rough finishing of drywall. I didnt ask further, as I am capable of cutting, furring, taping, etc myself. I had it ready to tape in a couple of hours. This is not true for everyone. It is my hope that had I needed such assistance, that C&P would have had a person to come do it in order to meet the specifications of the warranty company. I read at least one review saying they didnt.These things said--I have had all positive experiences with C&P for seven years. Their answers to my questions have often saved me money. I will continue to call them for services.They were back again to fix another plumbing issue and here is how I rated current work:Nov 2017. 5 stars[Service, Price, Timeliness, Technician] C&P was easy to schedule, showed up in the time window they set, completed the work quickly and according to the estimated cost. Technician Billy was helpful in advising of the work I needed to do to prepare ahead for the installation. He left the workspace clean.

My home warranty company sent C & P Plumbing out to fix some leaking pipes I was concerned with. Billy showed up on time, was very polite, helpful, wore shoe covers, and answered all my questions in a professional and intelligent way. He is obviously a great plumber with alot of knowledge, which he was kind enough to share with me. He even took the time to explain to me how the changes in temperature can effect your pipes and fittings. When I asked him why my bathtub faucet was so loose, he took it apart and showed me how there are two parts that needed tightening. I cant tell you how appreciative I am to Billy and C & P Plumbing for fixing my plumbing issues and teaching me things that will help me maintain my home for the rest of my life. I would recommend them to anyone who needs an honest, professional, and reliable plumber. I would also like to note that the two times I spoke with the receptionist, she was very nice and helpful in scheduling my appointment and I had no problems with her.

However, I was called 5 minutes later and due to a cancellation, had an appointment the same day. Our technician was kind and was able to fix our water heater in under 30 minutes. I would highly recommend C & P Plumbing.

The plumber did and excellent job replacing my soaker tub faucet. He arrived on schedule, wore a mask and booties, evaluated the situation and had the part on the truck. UPDATE! 11 NOV 2020 C&P Plumbing installed a water heater 2 days ago. Professional, courteous, an hour early. Took the old water heater out; installed the new one in no time, very little disruption to my day. Very quiet, their cleanliness in taking the packaging and old water heater and pipes out was very impressive. I observed on cameras in plain view of course. I have recommended to a few friends and family for future considerations. Not the least expensive but, definitely one of the best IMHO. Our home warranty company assigned C & P Plumbing to fix our kitchen faucet and one of our upstairs toilets. Our appointment time was between 12-4, but at 4:08, the technician still haven’t arrived. I called C&P and the lady on the other end apologized and told me that the technician was behind on calls and said that he would arrive shortly.The technician, Mr. Eddie arrived probably around 6ish and when I answered the door he immediately apologized for being late. He had no excuses other than being super busy with other customers throughout the day which I completely understand. No worries, an apology is enough for me.Mr. Eddie was very polite, personable, and professional. Thank you Mr. Eddie, we appreciate you!!!!!

Submitted a claim through our 2-10 homebuyers warranty, and C&P called that day to schedule an appointment. They were very friendly.Eddie, the plumber, arrived within the allotted window, and was very friendly. He inspected all areas, and was able to troubleshoot a few of the problems, and he fixed everything. He even had a few suggestions for if/when another issue may arise. Hes great, and I would definitely use C&P Plumbing again (and request Eddie).UPDATE: one part of our job wasnt completed during the initial visit, since I had to call Moen to get parts. 1-2 weeks later, Steve came to install the new parts, and the handle ended up being stripped - so he couldnt complete the job. An additional 1-2 weeks later, after Moen again sent updated parts, Steve came back to complete the job. Even though it took a long time, everyone at C&P was very nice and professional, and the job is now complete. We are pleased.

I placed a claim and a technician, Kyle, was able to come out the next day. Kyle was excellent! He knew what the issue was almost immediately (the overflow gasket was worn out & needed to be replaced) and he fixed it in about an hour!

The technicians showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. They had a camera that was able to find a pinhole in a pipe (due to previous owner making a hole with a screw when installing the thermostat) and quickly repaired the hole by cutting out the bad part and inserting a sleeve to fix the spot permanently. They even worked with our painter contractor to arrange for the patching and repainting of the necessary cuts into the drywall (on our dime but thats OK).
