Outstanding! The AC stopped working - I called shortly after 5pm Monday and they had it up and running before 11am next day. Pricing was more than fair and they did not try to upsell anything not needed. I will contact BIM for all heating/ac and plumbing.

This company provided a reasonable quote, didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, and completed the installation of my new HVAC unit in a timely manner. Both the owner and the technicians were friendly and professional. Also, they answered all of my questions in a satisfactory manner and even took care to close my back gate. (That was the main thing on my mind the entire day, as I have dogs that I take out to the backyard. But the technician had thought about it too, which was very sweet.) The HVAC unit works perfectly.

BIM made special arrangements with me to upgrade the standard maintenance agreement (I pay more for it). Its a new HVAC system and the installer does not do routine service because they are not local. BIM, on the other hand, has done an excellent job maintaining our newly installed HVAC system, including finding a problem with the installation done by the original installers (which the installation promptly corrected). BIM heating and cooling is a good, insured company that also insure their work and products. I almost forgot what a heated house felt like.... ONLY COMPANY I COULD FIND THAT WORKED ON OIL/ DIESEL FURNACES btw... These guys worked past hours untill I had heat. The owner came out twice to make sure it was done right. And is following up on one more item that is needed. We had an old oil furnance. I only paid for a new heat pump (electric) to be installed and they even disassembled the old furnace and removed it free of charge (it was big, broken, and almost 20 years old). I have electric heat now! A whole new heat and ac unit installed for much under 10k. Now, my house is smaller, so of course it may differ for you, but they are fair priced. Oh, and at first, they attempted to fix the oil furnance, it cost $1200. Since it still didnt work after the parts installed, and they found other electrical issues, they went ahead and applied that to the overall cost of the new system completely taking a loss on a whole day of work and 2 parts so that I didnt feel like my money was wasted in anyway. Before, we were spending roughly 2 thousand dollars a year in diesel to keep the house heated. They DID offer to continue to repair the oil furnance, however, we decided to just go electric to save money in the end and also up the house value. It was time... All around, the owner seems very nice, down to earth, and not a shark or snake whatsoever. He runs a good business, cares about his customers, puts in 16 hours work days, is EXTREMELY knowledgeable in ALL the heating and cooling systems, makes sure his teams lay down floor protectors, closes doors and gates, very aware of the dogs, and cleans up after themselves. All around, they are fast to respond, fair priced, clean, professional, well dressed, quick to work, dont take many (or any) breaks (I do not think they even ate all day now that I think of it) So far a really good experience. They were also the cheaper of 3 companies, including competitor HHFur. Super quick to respond via text and calling as well- super easy to get ahold of any time of the day. They offer emergency services 24 hours I believe. The owner even called on Sunday to confirm everything for Monday. Im fairly impressed. As a prior manager and wife of a business owner, I can say with confidence that this company is in the right, caring hands. His employee Nick is so nice and very knowledgeable as well. I now know he went out of his way to try to fix my broken down old furnace to save me money knowing I needed a knew one, he gave it everything he had to try to save it and get it going again. Bless his heart. Such a nice guy too.
