After months of worsening water quality, stained laundry, rust stains and foul odors, I purchased a whole house water filter, thinking it would solve the problem. It didnt. So I spent a lot of time researching, including talking with local plumbers, to find the best solution. Best Water of Virginia came out #1 on everyones list. Kenny Hughes, the service manager, came to our home, did a free water analysis, and explained the Entek system. His team set up the system and gave me step-by-step instructions. After 3 months, I can say that this was the best purchase weve made in a long time. Laundry is much cleaner and showers dont leave our hair feeling dirty.

Amazing, Honest, and Reliable company, saved us $7,000.00. We are on well water and had several quotes on having our treatment system repaired. Other companies said it needed to be replaced with a new system, average cost being $8,000.00. Called Best Water because of their great reviews and longevity. Jerry came over and within a few minutes diagnosed our problem. A few days later the system was repaired for under $1,000.00 and works great.Thanks to Jerry, and repair men Dave and Toby, for a job well done.

My water treatment system was installed by another company but I was unhappy with the service I had been receiving from them. I thought Id be out of luck finding a company to come in and correct another companys work. I called Best Water and to my surprise, they sent Kenny out to assess the possible issues and recommend a fix. He was on time and very courteous during the visit. I decided to move forward with the recommendation. My additional equipment install was scheduled for the same week. Toby and Dave came to do the work. They were great! They wore protective booties while in my home and took them off and on every time they had to go back outside. I appreciated this effort very much. They were very polite and explained the work to me as they went. They didnt mind me hanging around to ask questions like some people do (the ones who cant seem to work if someones watching). My water heater was different than what they were used to so they followed the directions in the manual to do the draining and refill. This made me very happy as I was concerned about it being damaged. They ran hoses to an area outside my yard so the gunk wouldnt be in my grass. They noticed the previous company had installed the pipes in a way that caused them to be stressed and without any support blocks. They corrected both issues and it looks very neat and professional. When everything was installed they flushed the deposits from my water heater and refilled it as instructed by the manufacturer. They showed me how to use the settings and answered any questions I had. They did a great job cleaning up before they left. So far I am happy with the quality of my water. I am also happy Best Water answers the phones instead of requiring you to use a website to submit concerns or schedule appointments. Everyone Ive talked to in the office has been nice and helpful. I definitely recommend them to anyone wanting better quality water.

Have yet to write a review until now! Highly recommend this company!! Pricing was great compared to other local companies. Had a system installed a couple of years ago. Our water had a HUGE amount of rust in it, prior to installing the system. You could taste it, whenever you showered. Now, you wouldn’t even notice if you’re drinking from the faucet or filtered water. Taste is great! And our appliances will thank us later. They worked all day on the install to make sure everything was good. Ran into an issue with the discharge, but they figured it out no problem! Very friendly, great communication, and happy to support a small business! Just received a call about scheduling the yearly service. Thank you again!

Kenny came to do an estimate for new conditioning equipment. He was courteous, and very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and gave some ideas we had not considered. When we asked for a revised estimate for some additional work, he replied promptly. I found the price to be good and the installers of the new equipment were prompt and efficient. I heartily recommend Best Water!

The owner Jerry came out quickly when we called, he was friendly, and did a thorough job testing and explaining what he offers. After getting a quote from him and one other and doing my own research and water testing, I found Jerry to be more accurate with my research and testing. His quote was reasonable, and he listened to what I said I needed and wanted. I would highly recommend this company. Not to mention his people were out within just a few days to install my water system. They were polite and respectful.

Excellent customer service and reasonable price! We had another local company come out and they told us we needed to replace our water softener or the entire system without doing any type of work and left in about 5 minutes after getting to our house. I called Best Water to get a second opinion. Johnny was our tech. He was very thorough and took the time to figure out our issue and explained everything as he went along. From setting up the appointment to getting the work done, everyone was professional and provided exceptional service.

Highly recommend Best Water VA. We moved in our house early last year and had no documentation on the well pump or filtration system. Kenny came out, checked over everything, explained the current state of our system and our options, making sure we understood everything. They did great work setting up the new filtration system and provided an easier option for filling the salt tank. Top notch customer service.

This is the absolute best and most honest company I have ever dealt with. We thought our system was broken and at the end of its life because it is old. We called Best Water to come out and replace it. They show up with the new equipment to install. Once they get in there and start looking at it they realize we don’t actually need a new system some settings just needed to be changed and adjusted. They could have just installed the system and made a few grand off from us. Instead they had integrity and looked out for us, saving us a lot of money! I appreciate the honesty and high integrity!(I should note we had another company come out before Best Water and they told me the whole system was bad and needed replaced. Not only were they wrong. Their quote was significantly higher than Best Water.)Thank you Best Water!!

After the work is done, theres been no issues with our water, and the system that was placed in the house, such as leaks, alarms, all is great! If you want quality work from a great small business this is the place to go. Jerry is very professional and will work to save you money, he fixed a sulfur smell in my water without charging me a dime; he briefly spoke about the system to remove sulfur but was not trying to sell me anything I did not need. Great business, Ill stick with them for all my water needs and recommend to anyone who needs water treatment.
