Let me first say that I almost NEVER leave Google reviews and only take the time to do so when a business REALLY makes an impression on me. Atlantic Green did just that today and is well worth a few minutes of my time.Im a two decades plus service industry vet in restaurant and retail and have been a manager in a handful of these positions, so Ive dealt with many, many contractors called out to service facilities in the businesses Ive worked for. The people Ive come into contact with this way are unfortunately all too often varying degrees of surly, and in many cases patronizing, condescending, and/or dismissive as well. So, when I called in a request for emergency maintenance to deal with a fairly horrible plumbing issue at the business Im currently managing, I had a tentative expectation that I would have a similar experience.David arrived well within the window I was told to expect him and exceeded my expectations immediately. He was not only professional and courteous but also upbeat and pleasant in the face of a pretty unenviable job, even when he discovered he would need to leave and drive over an hour in the rain to pick up additional supplies he needed. He kept me informed on what he was doing and on variables that might (but thankfully didnt) arise. He ultimately completed the work quickly, then took the time to remark that he appreciated MY pleasant demeanor on the way out, despite the fact that maintaining a positive attitude was clearly much easier for the one of us sitting and curiously observing the job from a safe distance.My experience may sound unremarkable, but again, Ive been in dozens of similar situations and this is one of only a handful that have been this overwhelmingly positive. So I just wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for Atlantic Green, and particularly for David, for being a generally awesome human being today and for doing quality work. Ill also mention that the price the job was completed for seemed incredibly reasonable for the work involved. I rent and dont personally have current plumbing needs, but I will ABSOLUTELY be recommending Atlantic Green to anyone I know in the area who does.

David was excellent! He was not a pushy salesman trying to find things wrong to get me to buy more than what I would need. However, he was thorough in a plumbing inspection, making sure I understood the concerns surrounding some of the fixtures that may need repair sooner rather than later, and suggested some alternative options that would give us time to be able to afford the more costly repairs, like a water leak alarm! He took his time replacing our kitchen faucet and made sure everything worked effectively! Thank you, David!

Everyone at Atlantic was extremely professional. Barbara ensured we got our chandelier installation scheduled appropriately. Tate came out and gave us a free quote and outlined everything appropriately. Tate and another employee came out and did an amazing job installing our chandelier and the chandelier lift (winch). This was no easy feat, as the chandelier is extremely large and heavy along with being loaded with crystals. Tate ensured everything was installed properly (to included our ceiling medallion) and was very neat and clean. They took as most of the boxes and trash from the chandelier as possible and were very neat with what they couldnt take. I highly recommend them for any electric job. Ill be getting recessed lighting and upgraded electrical panels done in the near future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We chose Atlantic Green to do the plumbing rough-in and finish work for a very ambitious bathroom remodel (new piping and drain rough-in for a walk-in shower, freestanding tub, toilet, and two-sink vanity, as well as installation of all of the fixtures once the rest of the construction was done).The people they sent were skilled, personable, and communicative; they ran into some challenges we had not anticipated based on existing ductwork in our home; Tate and Carl helped us figure out a solution to make everything fit and work exactly as we wanted it to. On Thursday evening, I sent a request for service to Atlantic Green. They called me first thing Friday morning to set up an appointment, and had a crew available between 10 & 12 the same day.Tate called me before the appointment time to let me know they were on their way to my house. When they rang the doorbell, both gentlemen were wearing those protective coverings on their work boots.I explained the problem, and in less than 15 minutes they had located the source and started to fix it.My only complaint is that they were TOO good! Seeing that I paid for an hour, I would have like them to work a little longer so I felt like I got my moneys worth. Not only did the tech own the mistake they actually came to my house three and made things right. Brought in 8 fans/a huge dehumidifier after cleaning up the water. Even professionally cleaned 3 of my rugs.Update: 12/6/2024. Had David - software technician come to my home and help me out. It only took 15 mins and he was very helpful. He needs a raise

I love the work Rick and the crew did. They were able to preserve my flower beds even though a trench needed to be dug to replace my sewer line. I had two other companies come out and explicitly state the flower beds would be casualties. The crew dug around and under and even saved shrubs. This may seem small but speaks to how Rick, the crew and ultimately the organization value the customer. Customer appreciation and satisfaction are diminishing these days and it is hard to find an organization that cares. The project turned out great and I was never without service throughout! They took the appropriate time and did the job right. I was able to watch as they progressed and talked to the crew. My son was with me and the guys took time for both of us. I know it had been a long day and the work wasn’t easy, yet they gave us a few moments of their time. I’ve always said I don’t mind paying more for quality. Somehow, I was able to get a good deal and quality service with your company. The estimate beat the company I was originally selecting, by about $2,000. My next plumbing project will be sent to you and I will gladly recommend your services to anyone! The guys even put my home security sign back.

Everyone was polite, work was done on schedule with no delays. Tate and Carl where knowledgeable and worked together as a team to install a built in microwave, dishwasher and do all the plumbing for my new kitchen. No obstacle was an issue as they knew how to get the job done and maintain a smile. Another great experience with Tate of Atlantic Green. I woke up this morning to a leaking water heater. I called Atlantic Green at 7:30 and Tate arrived just after 10. He made a solid recommendation and I agreed. He went off to pick it up and came back to install. I am pleased with the service and highly recommend Atlantic Green.
