    Jim and Logan were here to help me with my garbage disposal leak, shower faucet and leak in our vanity. Very professional and did the job well. . . Explained the problem and the best solution they implemented. Will call them again when we need the expertise of a plumber.

    Jim, Alex and thier team did an amazing job remodeling our bathroom and laundry room for us. Everyone was very professional and did a great job communicating with us throughout the entire project. We appreciated that they were respectful of our time and budget too.     There was a garbage disposal issue that arose in my house. Alex was the plumber that came to service my home. From the very beginning he was great. First things first I have a very large and timid dog around new people. He immediately felt comfortable with him. Even watched him work. Once the garbage disposal was fixed there was another issue that arose and now any other person I feel would have just up and left because now we were close to 5 pm and it’s been three hours in the home already. This man said I’m not leaving a family without running water overnight and will try and fix the issue. He fixed it, showed me exactly what he did, what the problem was and made me feel very comfortable having him work on something so important. As far as pricing, I have had some work done in the home and I lost a few hairs and grew a few greys from having to empty my pockets, but for the amount of time and work he did in my home I thought my heart would sink, Not for this company, quality work and great pricing. If you’re reading this, I highly recommend using this company if you’re looking for high quality work at a great price point. It’s very hard to find people who put so much time, effort and that human factor of caring into the job.

    We had Suburban Plumbing install a kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal. They had someone come out within a day to evaluate what was needed for the job. We were fit into their schedule about ten days later. Alex and his apprentice, Logan, were here on time. They expertly installed everything, which involved new drain pipes, altering the existing water pipes and polishing them, and slightly altering the cutout in the countertop. We were kept informed of everything that had to be done. The job was completed efficiently and the area left clean and tidy.Overall the service was superior, Alex and Logan were professional, detail oriented, helpful, and courteous. We would definitely hire them again.

    Jim runs a top notch business. Professional, EXTREMELY punctual, expert plumbing knowledge. We remodelled our kitchen, down to the studs and installed a new bathroom, which Jim helped me properly design. Son/partner Alex is truly a Master Plumber, several of my contractors commented on his skill level, ie; that guy is one of the best plumbers I have ever seen. Looking forward to my new Laundry room Jim!! 🚽🪠🛁🧺

    I would recommend Suburban to everyone. Had somewhat of an emergency at my daughters home and Alex showed up as soon as he was finished with what he thought was his last job of the day. He was very friendly and professional. He even allowed me to watch over his shoulder as he was working. They were also very fair with the price. Thanks again to Jim and Alex.

    No one better. Anywhere. I rated them the maximum 5 stars. I wish I could give them 10. Highly recommended. The best of the best. First of all, communication was excellent. Jim always answered my calls and stayed in touch up to the time of their arrival at my home. We had them re-pipe our entire home. No easy task. They handled it with ease and professionalism. These guys are real pros. They stayed 12 hours at my home and gave up their Friday night to complete this job due to an unforeseen problem. They didnt have to do that, but they did. You just dont find contractors like this anymore. Great crew! If youre looking for a plumbing contractor, I would highly recommend Suburban Plumbing. Thank you, Jim, Alex, and Chris.

    If I could give Suburban Plumbing Services more than 5⭐ I would. I spoke with Jim at 11:30am and we had Jacob at our home by 2pm to replace our water heater. The fact they had product in stock and could reroute a qualified technician in 3 hours, especially these days is impressive. Jacob also walked me through draining the water heater once a year that no other company had explained. The service was prompt, thorough and done quickly . Give them a try!

    I highly recommend Suburban Plumbing. Alex, Jacob and Rich spent the better part of a week at our house repiping our old pipes and fixing what the previous homeowners redid. They gave a fair quote and worked with our insurance agent to help process our claim. Throughout the whole process, they were respectful, and trustable. Alex answered all the questions we had with patience! And they were fantastic with my dog who can have extreme anxiety at times! While I hope to not need their services again, I wouldn’t use anyone else after this experience.

    This company was recommended by Angi’s List. They were prompt in responding and coming to my home to quote several projects i needed done. The plumber’s name was Jake and he did a great job, was very courteous and professional, and cleaned up everything before he left. I’m very pleased by the outcome and will use Suburban Plumbing for any projects in the future.

    I called Suburban Plumbing because of my water heater not lighting! As soon as I told him what was going on, he tried helping me OVER THE PHONE! Didnt even try to force anyone to come look at it for the money. Just truly felt like I was talking to a family member trying to help me!I got my water heater working, and called back to cancel my appointment.     Fast and extremely courteous. Excellent workmanship and follows the codes. Jake did a wonderful job on a quick replacement hot water tank and went the extra mile to help get a replacement tank when I purchased the wrong size initially on my own. Went through Lowes service. I highly recommend to suburban plumbing to anyone in the Fraser, MI area.

    What an amazing experience we just had with “Jake” from your company! He installed a hot water heater in less than 24 hours. He is honest and good as they come. The lead time for your company is unheard of, especially since there is flooding everywhere in Grosse Pointe.
