Friendly plumbing service at a fair price!Had a rotted main coupler as well as needed new shower faucet, handles, and new line up to shower head.They were professional and understanding as I have an elderly father with Tourette’s syndrome that kept pestering the crew.Would do business with them again

Going into the service, I thought I know what was happening and going to happen because of Google. When I brought up my findings, I was politely corrected, explained everything, found out why I was incorrect, and educated. Not once did they make me feel dumb. Everyone was friendly. Bob Downey, plumbing company is absolutely magnificent. Mike the plumber and his apprentice. Noah were absolutely amazing very attentive to all my needs extremely friendly and welcoming 10 out of 10. I had a really bad Shower Faucet issue. Bob Downey Plumbing came and gave an estimate and then ordered parts to fix the problem instead of making me get a whole new faucet which would have cost a lot of money. They even had to cut of a part off of my faucet to get the new part on. They were very persistent to make sure that they repaired it correctly. Both Bob & Ted came to my home and are very courteous. My problem was a bad one and they fixed it like new and made me very happy. I plan on using Bob Downey Plumbing again. Thank you guys!!!!! Youre the best.

Bob Downey Plumbing just replaced our water heater. They came out on a Saturday to verify the issue with wet ceiling tiles and water on the floor was from the water heater and returned early Monday morning to replace the heater. The job was completed quickly and done well and they everything was cleaned up.

Had major leak Sunday night to the point I had to turn off the water to the house. Monday morning I called around 7:00 a.m. and they were here around 8:00 a.m. This was the only plumber that advertised as 24 hour service that actually answered the phone.Bob was upfront about the cost, professional and dedicated to getting the job right. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Great job!
