Ive used Rolf Griffin for years for HVAC service and maintenance. Scheduling appointments is easy, availability is excellent, and their automated systems keep you notified. Technicians will call to give you a heads up when they are close and are extremely friendly, patient, and respectful of your home.If theres ever an issue with a new installation or a service they performed, just a call is all it takes to get them back out at no charge or hassle. Furthermore, technicians are always happy to answer any questions and are very informative.Occasionally they will send a sales associate to your home which Im usually not fond of but they are NOT pushy. Same with recommended service options - you can always say no without being hassled.Recently I had a brand new furnace, AC unit, and water heater installed and Ive been extremely impressed by both the quality of the install and function of the equipment.Shout outs to Cooper my sales associate who has been to my home on multiple occasions who went above and beyond ensuring that payment options were given and correct. To Chuck who is my absolute favorite technician - patient, informative, and a joy to be around. And finally, to Steven Grimm for the beautiful installation work in the photos. Keep up the great work!

It was Friday evening and our water heater stopped working. I placed a call to Rolf after evaluating several other companies. I had never worked with Rolf before so was hoping this would be a good experience. I’m happy to report that I give this experience an A+. Joel Acosta got to our house Saturday morning with a smile. He was extremely kind, polite, and most of all knowledgeable. He informed me that our water heater was over ten years old and was not fixable and showed me why. I learned that water heaters need to be serviced like anything else to extend their lives. I never knew that. He gave me a couple options on new water heaters and I decided to get a similar one to what had broken instead of upgrading to more expensive tankless style. He got to work and had it all replaced and functional several hours later. He was a very hard working, respectful man who kept his workspace clean. He was very thorough and we appreciated all of his hard work! Thanks so much Joel! I highly recommend this fine young man for any service needs!

Have been a loyal Rolf customer for 22 years. We have been on the maintenance program and take advantage of our AC and Furnace tune ups. Damon and Brendan B did a thorough inspection of our furnace today. They did a clear explanation of their process and I feel comfortable knowing my furnace is in proper working order.

We called Rolf Griffin for a quote on a mini split. They were able to get us on the schedule the very next day, Brendan came out and was very thorough. He took his time and made sure what we wanted was adequate for the space, and even verified with their vender that it would be the correct unit for the space. Rolf Griffin is reasonable priced, and a great company.

Damon arrived on time after the notification call. Brendan and Damon breezed thru my annual maintenance service. I had a couple of questions, which were answered in a very concise manner. I recently installed my 3rd HVAC system with Rolf Griffin after living at my current residence for 38 years, and couldn’t be happier. I have used Rolf since Day 1 to service and repair my system, which has provided reliable heating and cooling for all these years. I especially appreciated Cody explaining the new A/C requirements effective 1/1/25 and the related cost. It provided for an informed decision on whether to replace the system in 2024 or 2025. He was very helpful in that decision, and the related HVAC equipment specs. As a former car mechanic, I also appreciated Rafael, the service tech. He knows how to explain repair details to the customer and recommend best options. Cody and Rafael make a great team. When the new system was installed, I discovered Dennis, the service tech, was the same tech who installed the previous system 16 years ago. He did a great install. Neat and tidy. Very clean. I’m glad I use Rolf Griffin.

I have had both a bad and excellent experience with Rolf Griffin. I pay for the maintenance plan and had someone out servicing my boiler this past fall. I was told incorrectly that I would need to eventually replace a primary switch as it wasn’t working. The next time I turned the heat on, a loud noise started coming from the garage and the cover was on the floor. The same tech came out and was unable to fix the situation so another tech, who was an expert in boilers, came out later that evening. He diagnosed and performed the servicing again as it was not done to standards. There were some other parts that were needed and he needed to come back at a later date, but the boiler was able to work until that time. A couple of weeks later all was fixed including a tiny gas leak. The reason I gave 4 stars is because of the second tech, Abe. If not for him I would not have allowed Rolf to come back. I will be requesting for him to come out to service my boiler from now on. SO impressed with his professionalism, pride in his work, and desire to make things right. Rolf Griffin, you’ve got an EXCELLENT employee in Abe.

I really appreciated Drew‘s honesty and letting us know what the repair might be for our boiler. Upon approval, he then began the repair which led to other items that needed to be serviced. He also called upon Abe to assist in getting parts. Both Abe and Drew are very knowledgeable and reputable technicians.

This is my first time calling and I was horrified that on a Sunday , I would be over taken advantage of so close to Thanksgiving. I called and spoke with an absolute professional who said that Gavin would call you and be on his way since my home has no heat , quickly I received a call back from Gavin who was in route an hour away .When he arrived he had Vanessa with him as a sales rep who was educated on the prices of new equipment and available products . Gavin was professional in demeanor and knowledge he quickly was able to troubleshoot the situation , we settled to just fix the existing issues . We were left more knowledgeable about the issues, and products available if we want to buy new products . I highly recommend this company . Thank you Gavin and Vanessa for assisting us .

Weve had RG as our HVAC provider for six years and theyve always been thoroughly professional, friendly, and helpful. I couldnt more fully express how competent they are and how comfortable I am with their work -- I never have to waste time second-guessing their recommendations, running around for quotes, or wondering if were getting a quality service. When they fix something or do maintence on our appliances, I know that its back in business, and Im able to relax and trust them. Recently our furnace stopped blowing because I forgot to change the filter and the techs they sent out -- Raf and Vanessa, two fantastic professionals -- went above and beyond to help us. They were patient and understanding, friendly and helpful. It is freezing today, and I wasnt expecting them until 4pm (so we thought wed bundle up and stay out of the house for most of the day) but they surprised me by making themselves available first thing in the morning, by 8am. They answered my questions about the filter, showed extreme sensitivity to me concerning pricing and bargains, and made helpful recommendations about what to do in the future. We absolutely love RG and always know that our appliances -- and our familys safety and comfort -- are in good hands when they pull up.

Business owner here and Betty did an excellent job ! Very clean professional friendly and knowledgeable. My service call was a difficult one she knew the minute of inspection the entire cooling system was wired completely wrong.Anticipating a one day turn around it became 4 (not due to any fault of Betty’s ,but the systems) which she got me onto her schedule to make sure it was done properly and quickly. Chuck 1567 came out to do the regular maintenance on my AC. He was careful to cover his shoes when he came in the house to check the thermostat which I really appreciate. HE took time to explain what it was he was checking and how he would go about doing it. He was through in going through the check of the system and found something wrong with the humidifier which impacted the humidifier and was able to fix it and then explain to me what it was he found. I appreciated his explanation.Ben H. And Andrew came out to install a new garbage disposal during the same time period. They first checked the system to be sure that it was in fact in need of a replacement and not just some button that needed to be reset. Once they verified that it did indeed need to be replaced. They were then able to take care of replacing the garbage disposal while here.They too were very polite and personable and told me to be sure to register the new disposal today. When I was unable to get down to see the serial number or model name, they came back and read it out so that I could register my new equipment. I really appreciated them being able to do that for me. The Company in a whole has been very helpful and professional and went above and beyond. I needed a 6 head 2 condenser mini split AC system but could only afford to get half the system done. So thats what they did for me. They gave me the same great service they would have if I were able to get the whole thing at one time. I didnt think I could afford them because of their name. Its because of techs like Chuck (and the front office support staff) that I will continue to have RG/SE as my go to provider for my homes maintenance needs. In addition to my HVAC system, Ive had Team Rolf replace a sump pump and a hot water heater. I highly recommend RG/SE to consumers within their area of operations. Happy Holidays!

I loved how Chuck explained to me what was the process he was going to do to our AC unit before he did it and he used basic language to explain it and I appreciated that!More, I had been smelling gas every now and then when I walked passed the furnace and I asked Chick for help and he went above and beyond to help me find the gas leak and FIXED IT 👏👏👏 That was honestly very kind of him to go the extra mile and make sure my family is safe!!Vanessa was SO sweet with my toddler who was being a little difficult in the moment they were wrapping up their visit. Highly recommend Rolf Griffin to anyone looking for quality work, especially if you own an older home/ have atypical systems. Live in a 98 year old site built home with a steam boiler. Chuck at Rolf is one of the few technicians out there that even knows how to fix/maintain this type of system and is a consummate professional.Our A/C, boiler and hot water heater all failed within 6 months of one another. Rolfs Advantage Program was a lifesaver to replace these systems. I now am worry free when it comes to these systems. I recently had an issue with the water heater and Rolf fixed it without delay. All repairs and preventative maintenance are included in the Advantage plan. Any issues have been handled quickly and professionally. And we skip the line for any emergency call outs.

I can’t figure out how to post a new review for the service yesterday, so I’m editing my review from a few weeks ago. My water softener was not working properly. Ryan T and Bryan K responded to my service call. They explained all the testing that they were doing while analyzing my system. I needed to have the softener replaced. They were excellent about explaining everything to me and I also decided that I wanted a whole house water filter put in. They were able to install all of that the same day AND hook up my refrigerator to the water supply. Again, everyone that I’ve talked to or met from Rolf Griffin has been so professional, friendly and seem to really enjoy their work.Denny, Ryan and Kevin installed a new boiler and water heater for me. UPDATEMy gas water heater stopped working on Thursday July 11and I was unable to relight the pilot light. Drew Davis was our technician today along with Vanessa Kline. We have been with Rolf Griffin for about 40 years and so have had many technicians but Drew was outstanding! Very personable and very efficient and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC services!

The service I received from Rolf Griffin was too notch! Ryan was a great reference from a friend; I was in need of a new furnace right after Christmas. Not really how I was wanting to spend my new year.Ryan let me bug him with all my questions and concerns. Answered all of them. He even came by on Saturday to chat with me in person about all the details. I made my decision to go with Rolf Griffin, Ryan got me all set to have a new furnace installed by Monday!The two techs, Corey and Brandon? Pretty sure thats their names. They were very polite and didnt mind my overly friendly, super curious, pit bull. 🤣 all he wanted to do was make friends with the techs. The whole time they were at my home working they didnt mind Odin bothering them. They loved on him. They got the work done, went over everything with me before they left. Told me if I have issues, questions, or concerns to reach out and they will take care of me. Also, Ryan came by twice during the day to check on the progress the techs were making and make sure I had everything I needed.Rolf Griffin provided great customer service to me. I am super happy to have heat again in my home.
