    My experience with Coe Heating & Air Conditioning was as pleasant as possible. They were professional, knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. Just as their TV add claimed they provided a quality service at a fair price. I have used Rolf Griffin and they were terrible and I was gun shy about who to choose next. My experience with Coe was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone needing heating or air conditioning service. Excellent, excellent, excellent!!!

    Coe Heating is the best heating and air r conditioning place in town. We have been using their services for almost 10 years and have no complaints. Their technician, Jeff, always does a great job.     I had an issue with my furnace and called to see if I could get a technician to come out. He was there within an hour and got it all fixed quickly. I think the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use their services again and refer friends to Coe heating and air.

    I have had different technicians come out and service my heater and AC and everyone has been super professional and helpful. I love that they give you an appointment and are always on time, even sending a text message when they are on their way. I recently had a mini split installed and the salesman and the technicians were fantastic. I would highly recommend.

    I called COE Heating & Air because our 16 year old hot water heater finally broke. It took us a whole day to figure who to call. We were reading reviews on multiple companies and had know clue who to call. A friend, who previously had the same issue, referred us to COE. Everything has been exceptional and it’s hard to receive great customer service anymore, but they have been wonderful. Everything was prompt and went smoothly. I love the text message they send to notify when they are coming and we even received a photo, which is a nice added touch. Stacey set up our appointment and Jeff and Kenny were our service techs and Joe helped us with which hot water heater to get. I wanted to mention all of their names, because they were all really great!

    We have used COE for years for our heating and AC needs. They did a complete install at one of our houses and have serviced our AC/Furnace at our current house. Not once have we ever had even the slightest issue with them. We have had Jeff and Justin both do work for us and they are both top notch guys. And Stacie has always been very nice and helpful.     Replaced our a/c unit last year. Coe was by far the cheapest cost for the same product. The sales man that came out to quote was a real down to earth straight shooter. I thoroughly appreciated that. The installers were prompt and professional. Installers gave me a good tutorial about the unit. Fast forward to this year, just had a tune-up and cleaning done to the a/c unit by Coe. Tech was great. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommended these folks.

    I had a catastrophe on my hands Tuesday night during the time we were watching the news on the progress of the 2024 elections. Everything seemed to be find in our house when suddenly we hear a loud explosion that startled both of us. We start to investigate around th house to see where it came. Then we saw it. Our kitchen was suddenly flooded. There was water everywhere. The water rapidly found it way into the living room and other parts of the house. We finally came to the utility room and found a gusher invading our home. We quickly called COE for help and they came as soon as they could. Once their techs arrived they quickly and efficiently took care of the problem. They quickly and efficiently replaced our old water heater, which had exploded, and replaced it with a shiny new and more efficient one. We hope we never have to go through this again. However if we ever have another problem like this, we will certainly call on COE to help us again. I would recommend COE to everyone.

    Have been pleased with Coe heating service. Jeff is a very knowledgeable Technician and very personable individual. I do have an issue with the bill for the service call. The return trip charge, you did not have the replacement part and had to order one. Had to wait for a week or more for the part. Why should I pay a return trip charge when if you had the part in stock, I may not have been charged for return trip.

    As a commercial and multifamily property manager our company has used several different HVAC vendors in the Fort Wayne area over the last decade. Coe is by far the leading company. Everything about Coe is professional. From the initial phone call and booking the appointment, to the actual service call. On the phone Coe was organized, professional and courteous. (Rare today). On site for the appointment, it was the same. Our experience with Coe was specifically on our boiler system. Jeff C is extremely knowledgeable, he identified the problem immediately and had a game plan to fix it. He also identified several other issues with our system that needed long-term preventative maintenance. Unlike many vendors, Jeff was willing and encouraged our maintenance staff to hang out with him while he made repairs so that they could learn a little bit more about the boiler system and learn how to complete some minor tasks instead of calling for a service call. This is the type of thing that gives us extreme confidence in hiring a vendor. We expect to have long lasting vendor client relationship with Coe at our several properties. Excellent experience all around.

    I set up an appointment rather late in the tune up cycle for Fall 2023, so I had to wait a couple of weeks for an opening. However, it was worth the wait. Upon arrival, Justin was professional and courteous. Asking simple questions about how our furnace was operating. He adjusted the furnace for optimal performance.     My wife and I needed a new system for our house after our 20 year old water furnace finally gave out earlier this year. We decided we wanted to switch to a heat pump because of how efficient they are. I called around a few places and got some on site quotes. I knew once I met with Joe Tourney that we would be going with COE. I was very impressed with his professionalism, and how versed he was in the product and the industry as a whole. Their financing programs through Greensky Financial were a breeze to do as well. They just installed our new Daikin system yesterday and were very impressed!     Everything about our new HVAC experience with Coe was perfect.     December 2023Standard yearly service. Superior performance is standard with Coe, They have installed and serviced my furnaces for well over 10 years, and I see no reason to change.Early Spring 2023I can always depend on Coe H&AC. However this visit Jeff C was more than professional, he was patient and informative. I have had a recurring issue which has never appeared when the technician was present. I had a particular way of describing it that past technicians were confused by, but Jeff C listened carefully, informed me why what I thought was happening was not possible, then presented an alternate scenario which would give me the impression that I had. Jeff C made the effort and took the time.

    I cannot say enough about this company! I called them Wednesday and by 11am had Austin out to check to see what the problem was. He diagnosed within minutes gave me a quote of fixing the issue and replacing it. Told me the pros and cons between the two. I let them know I had appointment the next day and would need them to come between a certain time they did, did a wonderful job! Even gave my pup some love while they worked. The communication was outstanding and they had us back up and running with hot water within a day.
