Redman was great to work with. They were very prompt in their service and very knowledgeable working on my water heater. The tech was on time and called when he was on his way. He took the time to make sure everything was working properly before he left and cleaned everything up very nicely. I would highly recommend Redman to anyone. -

We had a major line issue an we thought we were going to be waiting over the weekend for the repair. Redmans (Don) made a point to get back to us a repair a very old pipe that probably had been a bad for a longtime. It’s fixed an my washer for the first time ever is not backing up into the utility sink. Thank you for fast excellent work ! -

After having no hot water since December 22 2017, and having 2 seperate plumbers out to look at the tankless unit (one tech was with gibsons plumbing!), we finally called Redman. they were upfront about the cost, they handled the warranty paperwork for the water heater, and had the new replacement installed in about an hours time. The technician (Don) was very friendly and professional. We will definitely be calling them again with any other plumbing issues. -
