I had the pleasure of working with Rivers Edge Construction and Remodeling in 2020 during the challenging times of COVID-19, and I couldnt be happier with the results! They transformed my home by building a stunning two-car finished garage attached to my house, along with a beautiful bonus room that includes a walkout deck overlooking the picturesque Cherry Hills golf course.From the start to finish, the entire team was professional, attentive, and committed to ensuring my vision came to life. We hired Rivers Edge to build a major addition to our home. We could not be more pleased with the results. We found the entire Rivers Edge team and its subcontractors a pleasure to work with. Without exception, they were consummate professionals. They kept the project on time and on budget. Communication was excellent, both during the planning stage and through the course of the project. We were kept informed every step of the way and they responded immediately to any questions we had.While constructing the new addition we continued to live in the older section. They did an excellent job of minimizing any inconvenience while the project was ongoing and kept the amount of dust entering the rest of the house to a minimum. They even swept the street often to minimize the impact on our neighbors.Everyone who has seen the end result has commented on how well the addition blends in and looks like it was part of the original house.We would unreservedly recommend Rivers Edge to anyone considering adding a room to their existing home, or even those who are contemplating building a new home.

Rivers Edge is a joy to work with. Everyone is so professional and detailed. We had a large exterior project and they did an amazing job. We expanded the scope mid project and they were able to accommodate so easily. I could not recommend them enough for any sized project. We had a nightmare remodel that was half completed and all incorrectly and they came in and exceeded every single one of our expectations! We worked with River’s Edge for a 4-season room addition, a kitchen renovation, and flooring changes throughout the 1st level of our home. From the initial meeting to discuss scope for a quote, River’s Edge has been wonderful to work with. The time invested in planning and choosing materials and finishes with River’s Edge before the first demo began was worth it in that the demo and construction was completed efficiently and quickly. A new repair was even added on in the middle, and the timeline still did not change. All the staff with the company are kind, knowledgeable, and want to make sure that the work meets our needs. Communication was timely, clear, and frequent to ensure everyone was on the same page regarding the process. Due to the level of communication, any issues that arose during the build and remodeling stages were minor and easily remedied. We highly recommend River’s Edge for construction and remodeling!
