When I called for an estimate, I received a callback after hours, with text messages and emails to follow. I had a deadline that I needed the structure and they helped me out by working me in, the building crew showed up on time and did a professional job, finished on time, and cleaned the job site when done. The materials and workmanship were high quality and I would highly recommend them.

Jeremy and his work crews were fantastic to work with. From the beginning planning stages Jeremy listened to our requirements and offered suggestions where they were needed. His work crews were friendly and courteous. They kept us informed of any problems they encountered as well as answered questions about concerns we had. When they were made aware of what may not look right to the customer they made sure that there was a remedy to the situation before they left the site.

When I started preparing to build my shop I knew exactly what I wanted. Even though Jeremy didnt have the exact plan that I wanted, he put out the effort and designed my shop exactly as I had planned. Jeremy was more than helpful upon designing my shop. The building program that he used was instrumental in providing calculations and specifications that I needed to design the shop without any structural flaws.Cledis and his crew, that Jeremy sent out to build my shop, were also top notch builders and completed the task with far more expediency and professionalism than I had anticipated.If you want to make sure that you have a quality shop, barn or garage when you are finished, be sure to use Sutherlands Custom Barns and Garages with Jeremy at the helm. Jeremy and his crew are amazing, we were pleased with the whole process. From purchase, to install, and post sales. Jeremy really cares about his customers and their happiness with the end product.Other folks have told me horrible stories of pole barn builds on their property, Jeremy and crew are respectful of your property and efficient In not wasting the materials you paid for. Other builders would just waste product you paid for because it is not their money.

Great Service, Great People!! We Will be back! We love our Shops!!! I would not go anywhere else for a metal shop or barn!! These guys know exactly what they are doing and do a great job!! We have 2 shops and my dad was so impressed with ours, that he had Sutherlands build his shop. We are going to have one more built and we can’t wait! Terrific service from jeremy edwards. he was thorough and attentive, answering our numerous questions and walking through the entire process. we had one issue with a door ordered along with our 30x40 building and although it was the door manufacturers issue, it was no hassle with jeremy to exchange it. not many people these days live up to the gold standard like jeremy and sutherlands. thanks guys!
