Paul was professional yet friendly. He assessed the situation, explained it to me, gave me an estimate, and completed the work in a timely manner. I give him a five star review. However, the company gets only 4 as they never returned a call I made to them 5 minutes after they closed.

Just experienced an informative, professional technician for the unclogging of my bathroom sinks. Paul was timely and professional on arrival. He appeared to be competent and keep us informed thru out the process. He completed this plumbing concern in an orderly, clean manner. I cannot recommend Zoom Drain highly enough. We had a whole house clog at our rental property. After receiving a recommendation for a plumbing company with weekend hours, I was given by them a referral to Zoom Drain.The woman who answered the phone was kind, thorough and informative. She assured me someone would be there today and I would receive a text when the tech was on the way.Within the hour Warren arrived and got right to work after quickly assessing the situation. He snaked the main sewer line, found a foreign object causing the clog, removed it and restored the plumbing.We were amazed at the speed of resolution and impressed with the professional manner of all we encountered.

Paul came promptly, was professional and seemed to enjoy his job. The equipment used was new, up to date and very effective. The pipe was cleaned as estimated and another issue was found also. The new repair was estimated and completed two days later. I would definitely call this company again.

Paul did an excellent job providing detailed information on what he was going to do (with estimate) and what he was doing throughout the process figuring out what was happening with a clogged line. The camera and sonar are 2 high-tech tools that really helped with the job (and that most plumbers dont have). Paul was a real problem-solver and was polite, left everything clean, and was super knowledgeable. Kristi in the office was very professional and informative when I called to set it up. HIGHLY recommend Zoom Drain!
