They were very accommodating and had their tech Mannie come right over. He’s so professional. Explained everything, did the install. I am impressed with the exceptional service provided by Aztec Plumbing. Our technician Chandler came out in the middle of the night and worked tirelessly for over an hour and a half in the dark to clean our clogged pipes outside. Our kitchen sink, bathtub, and toilet were all clogged, with water overflowing everywhere, and he left everything completely fixed and working. His professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail were outstanding. I can’t thank him enough for going above and beyond to resolve such a stressful situation. Highly recommend Aztec Plumbing for their prompt and excellent service!

Aztec came out to asses a leak and confirmed we had a hot water leak under our foundation. Adrian and his team came out a few days later to re pipe the whole house. Quick and efficient team, very knowledgeable and informative, very courteous and maintained messes to a minimum and cleaned up whatever mess was made. Great duo!Javier, the drywall technician, was beyond excellent! Very courteous, very skilled, and thoroughly knowledgeable when explaining to me everything he was going to do today and always asking if I had any questions or concerns. Also, he cleaned up after himself and left the spaces he worked in better than they were prior to him arriving! Best plaster work Ive seen in ages! Both Alexis Jarquin and Tyler Pitt from Aztec Plumbing and Drains were exceptional. Alex spent the time needed to determine what and where our home leak was and made arrangements to have it fixed that day. Tyler came on time later that day and spent the time and effort to fix the very bad leak in the wall behind our master bath shower head. He cut out an area of the wall to gain access to the badly leaking pipe and made the appropriate fixes. He left the area very clean, which was appreciated by both my wife and me. Had a sewer backup on Thursday morning. Called Aztec and Chandler was here by 9:30 and cleared the drain. Told us price included a camera inspection. Joey showed up 30 minutes later and found the issue was Comcast who buried a new cable under our driveway on Monday. They went right through our sewer main. He wrote up an estimate to excavate the driveway and make the repairs. Mike and Roilandis showed up at 8:30 this morning and had the whole thing repaired in just over an hour. The entire crew including the office staff who scheduled it all were very courteous and professional. Their service was impeccable they did what they said theys do and resolved a bad situation very fast. Will definitely use them again. Greta company.

We were incredibly pleased with Brandon, the Aztec technician that came to install our whole home water filtration system. We felt that Brandon was incredibly knowledgeable and answered any questions or concerns we had. He kept us informed throughout the install process, which was very much appreciated. Its rare to see someone truly take pride in their work these days, so it was refreshing to see how much care and dedication he put into what he did. We experienced a main drainage issue in our house. Aztec was able to send out Chandler the same day to diagnose/address the problem. He was very knowledgeable and professional! I was impressed by the professionalism. I was given a free service inspection. Very punctual and courteous. Jonathan checked all my plumbing connections, checked both toilets and repaired my one running toilet . He double checked everything to be sure my water meter was no longer showing any water usage once repaired. The price is reasonable and inline to what most other companies charge for service.I would recommend AZTEC plumbing and if necessary use them personally again.

On Sunday morning we woke up to a house wide, serious backup in our plumbing system. We called Aztec immediately and within an hour, Alex arrived at our door. He very efficiently diagnosed the problem, showed us images and set to work. This was a time consuming hard job and he worked hard for several hours. When he was done, he had fixed our problem, and left every room he worked in spotless. On top of that he was a wonderful, pleasant person who communicated what he was doing, never complained about going in and out in the heat, and kept a smile on his face. He fixed our problem and his attitude was so wonderful it immediately convinced me to sign a service contract with Aztec. I suggest you do the same.

Day after arriving I realized we had a bad water heater, called a friend who recommended Aztec and spoke highly of them. I called at 1045 am and spoke to a very nice woman who said no problem they will have dispatch call me shortly. 15 minutes later dispatch called and said Tyler was on his way, 20 minutes after that Tyler was in my driveway.Real nice guy, good at what he does and ended up repairing a few other plumbing concerns we had. I called at 3 pm with a plumbing emergency and they were out in about an hour. Charlie and Frank were great. They arrived in a well stocked work truck with the parts needed to fix the problem, communicated the proposed fix and associated costs, and went straight to work. They finished in less time than quoted, took payment, sent an invoice, and went on their way. They were pleasant to talk with, and listened to my concerns and made sure that they were addressed appropriately. And they did that in a 120º attic under difficult circumstances. Great job to these two young men, as well as the receptionist who was professional and obviously made me a priority. Aztec is not going to be the cheapest plumber in town, but if you want a hassle-free repair job done in a professional and fast manner, I would highly recommend them.

The technician came out at 7pm to see what they could do to get us hot water. We decided that instead of making holes in the wall to see if the pipe was accessible to cap off temporarily that I would be better off repiping the house instead of chasing the leak. The copper pipes are 24 years old and with the water in Florida I didn’t want to place a bandaid on the situation only to have another leak in the future. They are able to come out in three days to start. Will let you know the results when they finish.

This is a really good company and we highly recommend using them. Brook and Michael came out to our house right away after calling them about a slab leak. They explained the process of drilling through the concrete or Re piping the system. We opted to re pipe and the team was sent out as soon as possible. We were so impressed with the hard work of the team, especially Adrian Ruiz who we cant praise enough for his hard work and dedication to the job. He came a little early to go over everything with us. He kept us informed through the entire process. Working quickly, professionally, and carefully. His team completed the project in record time and cleaned everything up. This is an older house and his care and compassion for doing the job right kept us from any further problems. After determining that we did not have a leak in the home he checked externally and could not find any issues. And he then helped us explaining all the items you would get for the yearly inspection, which we then signed up for. Then we asked him to look at our kitchen faucet, and basically he was able to be Johnny on the spot and had a faucet in his truck and put in a new faucet in the kitchen, which was totally corroded and, rusty. Aztec PlumbingI made an urgent service request for a visit on Wednesday 10-23-24 (late morning) that was answered courteously by the dispatcher - scheduler with a technician sent out in less than 1.5 hours, to my surprise from my call placement.Drain technician, Tarique Bodrick arrived and was respectful of the property, well-equipped and quite knowledgeable. Toilet backed-up and located remotely (about 60 feet) from outside PVC plumbing drain and access. A more direct, proximate approach was decided upon - to remove toilet in the problem secondary bathroom and clear the problem with a “snake” rather than approaching the clog from outside (front) of house. After repair, the toilet was reattached with new wax rings. Area vacuumed, cleaned and left in good condition. Videography was done next day by Dillon Green, drain specialist, showing segmental sludge build-up. Of note, the house was built around 1998 so we will clean-out lines.I have used Aztec plumbing in the past and they always exceed my expectations - So, Thank You!

My first plumber told me to call someone else because it would involve cutting pipes, etc. I wish I would have had this company when I had an expensive sink and faucet put in. Most likely would have saved me hundreds because I had to call a second plumber to fix the simple, simple mistake the first plumber made! I will have a new shower going in next year and I will be requesting Geandrey! I’m also posting this on our Community Park FB page!!!

I had the best service possible from Aztec. They arrived as soon as possible (I didnt have to wait but two hours from the time I called them). Brandon and his associate were extremely polite and helpful. I wish all services were as great as this! I strongly recommend them!

Had a confirmed scheduled appointment yesterday, with another company, for a water heater replacement between 9-12. When they didn’t show, I contacted Aztec. The technician, Anthony Giuliano, arrived in 1 hour, and completed the installation within 2 hours, and that includes cleaning up the work area! Anthony was incredible, very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Aztec is blessed to have Anthony working for them.
