West Coast Plumbing has come to our rescue twice this year. Another company wanted to sell us on a hydro jet service for our home, so we called West Coast for a second opinion and turns out there was a minor clog in one of our pipes. Saved us well over $1600 that was quoted by the other company.Last night, they came out after hours within an hour of my call to them. Honest work and fair pricing for an emergency call.Kenny N. has been the tech to come out both times, he is professional and knowledgeable. Will continue using and referring West Coast Plumbing!

Okay .... so, I was doing a DIY project in my home and hit a water line while drilling. After turning off all the water, I examined the damage and decided I needed a pro to handle this repair. I called West Coast Plumbing and spoke with Vicki (Who was so incredibly nice) and described the situation to her. She told me shed get someone out as soon as she could. Not long after, Nate and Kenny showed up. Both were not only extremely competent but also very courteous and friendly. They got the repair taken care of, cleaned everything up, and got me back on track. I didnt even think twice about giving them 5 stars. If I ever need plumbers again, theyll be the ones I call.

Chris serviced us today. He was very nice and did a great job.I called and scheduled our appointment for a new water heater as well as an issue with our guest room sink. The office gal was very efficient. I received an email yesterday with the technician’s name as well as informing that he would call when he was on the way. He did exactly that. Chris told my husband that the problem with our guest room sink is the cartridge and that Moen has a life time warranty. Chris told my husband to call Moen for the cartridge and showed him how to install it.My husband was very impressed with this experience and he’s not easily pleased. Thank you.

Our water was always yellowish brown, we decided to call Brian he came out tested our water told us what the problem was (iron and tannin). Brian recommended an experimental new water system and told be that if it didnt work he would charge me the difference and install the two tank system they normally install. needless to say Brian was dead on with his assessment the new system works great, clear beautiful water. its been 6 months now and water is still crystal clear. best price (especially over kintico) and great service. 5 stars only because i cant give them 10.

I cannot say enough good about these people. No..I am not related. However, when you come across a company of people who not only know what they are doing, but also care as well you have to tell the world! They genuinely care and do a great job! I had a problem that stopped me from having any water. Within minutes of my call (on a Saturday)Kenny and his wife showed up and fixed the problem. I am disabled and require water for some treatments and without them I could have been in real trouble. . They take very good care of my plumbing needs. I recommend these great people 100%.

West Coast Plumbing did such a great job with helping me get my water pump replaced. When I called they were very helpful and the next day they had someone come out and diagnosis the problem right away. The next day they came back and replaced the pump and now it works great! Thank you again!

West Coast plumbing replaced our Water system a few years ago, and what a noticeable difference it made! Since then we use their monthly service to check on the system. The service is not only affordable, but its a peace of mind not having to worry about filling the salt, changing the filter, cleaning the tank Etc. Brian, Stephanie, and Cody are amazing and always answering my questions! They go above and beyond customer service! We also use West coast for our plumbing needs and they replaced our hot water heater as well. I highly recommend this family owned business to anyone!

I have used this company about 10 times in the last 8 years, for repairs and replacements on four houses in Lee County, Florida. Three of the houses were built in the 70s and the third in the 90s so repairs to the plumbing were naturally due from time to time. Their work is the best. They are responsive, efficient and polite. Their charges are reasonable. Their plumbers are patient and helpful. I have worked with five of their plumbers in the last 8 years. I never hesitate to call this company when I need plumbing services. I have never been disappointed.

We called West Cost Plumbing on a Sunday for a leak in our building. We were greatly impressed with the fast, courteous service, and the charges for an emergency service on a Sunday no less! Technician Dennis was great. We had additional issues the next day, Brian Mc was here in record time, assessed addtional issues in our building in the course of a few hours and half a day later (5:30a-11:30a), we had 3 new water heaters installed with difficult access! The professionalism, knowledge, and courteousness of West Coast Plumbing is above all the rest. We will recommend them to ANYONE we know with professional plumbing needs.

I just recently purchased a house and was nervous about which company to choose as I have heard some bad stories from people I work with. Brian came to my house, tested my water, and told me what needed to be done. No sales gommicks, no run arounds. I have since purchased a new filtration system for my well from West Coast Plumbing that not only came in under others estimates but works spectacularly; no smell, clean taste, perfect.These guys do it all too, I am having my entire house repipe with them soon to replace all the old poly lines that are now out of code. My hot water heater also popped as soon as I left the house yesterday morning. Brian had someone out that day and I had a hot shower when I got home that evening. Very clean, professional, and personable crew that is always welcome in my house.Bottom line: if you need an honest and trustworthy plumber in the area you cant go wrong with these guys.
