We received EXCELLENT service from Doug Arnold at Next Plumbing. We had a short toilet and had a new higher one installed along with replacing the plastic water line with one of steel. Great experience! Never thought I’d say that about a plumber! Came on time and was so knowledgeable and helpful. Took time to explain what he was doing and show me. Found and Inspected our French drains. Also did an inspection of the home plumbing when we signed up for the platinum protection plan. Figured we should as we are new owners of a 20+ year old house! Checked BBB and they were A+ rated so feel good about that too.

Matt Smith of Next Plumbing and Drain came to my house today to do my semi annual maintenance.He was very thorough, checking all my drains and cleaning out my hot water heater.I had been thinking of getting a water filtration system for a couple of years, since I had to have my house repiped because of a silent leak. I was out of my house for 10 months, while my house was reconstructed by a contractor.The water in Florida is very bad on our pipes and appliances. I have lived in Florida for over 30 years this time, as well as a few years in the late 1970s.Matt tested my water, as has been done before. It was very bad.Fortunately for me, Matt explained about a new system Next Plumbing has now that doesnt involve me getting an electrician, and my hedges didnt have to be removed.It cost must less than previous options and Matt installed it today.He answered all my many questions, and showed me the water test before and after he installed the filter.I was very happy with his professionalism and work.I recommend Next Plumbing and Matt Smith.

I have been faithfully using Next Plumbing since I bought my house 8 years ago. When we finally came to the point of needing to replace our 60 year old pipes, Next Plumbing and Junior was our first and only call. Junior patiently walked us through all of our options which ranged from just repairing the section of pipe that had failed, all the way to replacing everything and reconfiguring our space. To say we’re happy with the end result would be an understatement. So happy to finally have the bathrooms we always knew belonged in this house and to have the peace of mind knowing things were done well. Our pups enjoy Junior’s visits as well!

I had a plumber come to my home to cable my sink drain. He did a horrible job and got his cable stuck. Then I had Ron with Next Plumbing come to my home and he informed me that this previous plumber of 30 years of experience did not do his job correctly. I then kicked that plumber out and had Ron cable my sink drain from the roof vent. He had me running again and quick. He also offered additional services and a home inspection. Im over the top satisfied with Next Plumbing and Ron.

Best Conpany EVER!!I had an issue with my toilet so I called Next Plumbing. Junior was at my house and ready to fix my problem. He gave me several options and I elected to have the toilet replaced. Junior went got my new toilet came back and installed it and I’m very happy with it. Junior explained to me that had a 3 inch flush valve as well as a 3 inch trap. I have no idea what this means because all I know now is it flushes everything I put down . He wore booties the entire time in my house cleaned up the area better than it was before and left me with a CPP brochure, which I’m sure I will be doing in the future. Alec T. has been out twice this month to fix a drippy outside faucet and to replace my garbage disposal. He also solved an ongoing toilet tank issue that has plagued me for a long time. He has always come even earlier than I hoped and has taken care of business! All Next employees are prompt, courteous and careful not to make a mess.

John completed a very comprehensive set of plumbing jobs in my home today, Jan 4, to make my plumbing fully functional after Hurricane Ian damage. He connected all plumbing in the kitchen and bathroom, installed and hooked up my refrigerator and dishwasher, installed a great garbage disposal, two new faucets, and a toilet. I really appreciated the way John and Ron handled this job. I bought this house 2 years ago and had another plumbing company that relined my drainage pipes which was an expensive proposition. My husband was alive then and did most of the negotiating. But after relating the information to me after all was done I. Felt that there would be more problems. John saw things that I felt needed to be investigated and was happy that he was willing to do so. After John came by I got another call from a plumber and when I told him that the house was built in 1960 he hung up the phone without a word.This was a difficult job and it was not a job that one drain could be fixed without doing all the drains . The drains were also not properly vented. Tree roots and broken pipes were also found. I could use the toilet as long as I didnt put toilet paper in the toilet. I had my grandsons rent a snake and I also had a smaller snake that I used few times since the other plumber worked on the drains.I have been around construction home remodels a good part of my life. My husband and I have remodeled three houses. He was a Florida State licensed contractor whom I worked with, I was also a jodbsite secretary for a construction company. I am familiar with the various trades and construction.After the tub was out, I evaluated the situation as there was no water damage to the studs. To tear the rest of the tile off the wall which was attached to stucco mesh and concrete would take more at least 4 or 5 hours or more I asked John if he could put the shower surround up on top of the tile. After prepping the walls where the tub was the surround had to be modified and he was successful making it look great. Thank you for sending John and Ron. They were professional, courteous and personable and honest.I will recommend your company to my friends. I feel confident in the work that they did.

First things first they waved the $88 service fee because I am a disabled veteran. I have a family of seven and I have been without water in my house for 5 days. I had had a company come out and inspect an evaluate and they wanted to charge me for a well water pump replacement $2,600. Then comes next plumbing and upon inspection they found that all it was was a switch that cost me $245. By doing the inspection the right way the technician ended up saving me $2,355. They have just become my go-to plumbing company. And I will be recommending them to any of my friends that need a good plumbing company.
