    I have had a terrific experience in a repiping project. I saw how Matt Moen demonstrated honesty, integrity, and excellence in every phase of the project from bidding, installation and cleanup after the project completion. Because of corrosion, the copper pipes under the slab of my house sprung a leak. I chose to abandon the corroded pipes and to replace them with Pex piping fed from the attic as a permanent, more reliable solution. I was amazed that he was able to repipe 3 sinks and 2 showers in 2 bathrooms in one day without breaking any tiles or slabs. Repiping is a plumbing job, but achieving no appreciable damage takes creativity and careful planning. I have horror stories to tell in dealing with 2 large plumbing companies in the area. Do yourself a favor, before you say yes to a bid, call Matt if you want satisfaction on a complex plumbing job.

    Had a lateral clog backing up drain and shower, plumbing nerds wanted $680 and they did it for $335. Came same day and left the bathroom as good as new. Im a thrifty guy so if you want the best deal its these guys!!!

    I called Moen Brothers at about 2:00 p.m. in the afternoon explaining that I had a shower control that was not putting out very much hot water. They explain that they happened to be working in the area and after their job was complete, they could swing by at around 4:00 p.m. At 3:45 I received a text telling me that they were on their way and they were here within 5 minutes of their designated time. After looking at the shower they quickly assessed that it needed a new cylinder and told me what the price would be and approximately how long it would take. They did an excellent job of getting the old one out and replacing it but it took a little longer than they thought because it was corroded into place. But the price still remain the same. They were very polite, very clean, very prompt And the price was fair. I would recommend them highly.

    I was very pleased with Moen Brothers Plumbing and Drain. I had my hot water heater replaced in addition to replacing my master water shutoff valve. They were on time and left everything in the work area very clean. I would highly recommend this company.

    I had an issue with a toilet constantly leaking from under the toilet even after repairing wax rings. I selected Moen from other plumbers due to their reviews and I was not disappointed. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it within a short amount of time.     Moen Brother Plumbing is a phenomenal company, who we have had the pleasure of utilizing a few times now. When our water pressure was low and we werent receiving hot water, I was told by another company that we needed a whole new water heater and filter. I then go in touch with Moen to validate this, and they were able to come out and diagnose and repair our current water heater, clear out the sinks and pipes in our whole house - all while saving us thousands of dollars in the process!     They were referred by my neighbor for being honest. And indeed they are very honest which is a quality I look for when hiring for a service.When I called the gentleman gave me a tip over the phone that I was able to do on my own and fix it myself. Not many companies do that . The other problem I had was a water heater not heating up the water ..the gentleman rebuilt my water heater and changed all the moving components. 2 thermostat and 2 of something else . But it was a reasonable fee and my water heater is working perfect.I’m so glad I found these guys and will definitely recommend them to anyone and I will use them again in the future .Honest people fair price, true professionals

    This is the third time I’ve used this company for different issues. 2 of the 3 visits were pretty much as close to perfect as you can get. No rookies here! These guys are fast and know their stuff. The third time I did have to call them back for a reoccurring clog in the same drain. However, it turns out the previous owners of the house poured a lot of grease down the drain and this next time we had to water jet the pipes. No problems after that.     We had to repair a leaking shower head caused by an old cartridge in our fixture. We took the opportunity to replace our aging shower head with a new handheld system. Matt Moen of Moen Brothers responded to our request for service and a solution for the handheld very quickly (as he had in the past). No surprises.When the shower head began leaking two months later, Moen Bros. came back to replace the faulty cartridge within two hours of being contacted and installed a new replacement cartridge.Their service and response cannot be beat.

    I cannot recommend Moen Bothers Plumbing enough! I am a new condo owner who experienced problems in my guest shower due to lack of use. It only ran hot.     I am a disabled Vet and had used another service for a recurring problem with my main drain line in the past. I stumbled on this web site and since it is Vet owned felt an obligation to put my money with people that had great reviews and were Military Vet owned and operated. Matt explained my options and gave me suggestions on things I could do to prolong a call back. My problem is that I have a belly in my drain line and the cost of repair would be huge and no guarantee it would work.     Called and spoke to Matt. I explained how another company was out the day before and said we needed expensive hydro-jetting, but that I had doubts. Over the phone, Matt quoted me the price for hydro-jetting and rodding, but suggested it would be best to run a camera through it first. Matt was out a few hours later and determined we only needed rodding, which was half the cost of jetting. Not only that, but his cost to jet, had we needed it, was 6 (yes, six) times lower that the price the first company quoted me.
