REPEAT CUSTOMER: The communication was fantastic throughout - Freddy explained everything that was going on and was PROMPT. He quickly came to my house and easily diagnosed the issue. It turns out they had to replace the lift station pump and float... and then another job came up, they were able to fix my water heater and water pressure. I so appreciate Alex scheduling with me immediately. He is very calm and professional!SECOND job: originally had my water heater installed not up to code, and this meant that the breaker would trip often. Hot and cold lines switched, etc.They were able to schedule with me per my schedule and come out and fix all in one go.THANK YOU!I will continue to recommend you and your services, and I’ll continue to use you myself for all my personal and business requirements.

I cant really say enough positive words for this company! Had water pipe leaking and my last plumber couldnt figure it out, so I was referred to Empire by a friend, and Im So glad I called them! Freddy, Omar and Alex were all Outstanding from the beginning to the end! From amazing communication to Outstanding work and true honesty ..You dont find that anymore. I met Freddie Ferreras a couple of months ago and my first impression of him has grown even more solid: he loves people and is out to serve them. Within the first week I had a business next to ours that needed a roof repair…I asked if he knew anyone and Freddie jumped in and helped.The next week Freddie volunteered to lead a group of kids who happened to show up the wrong night and did a hands on project helping the kids creatively dream about their future. Another time Freddie was talking to an artist about their mural and shared some ideas along with encouragement. Yesterday, our neighbors had an urgent plumbing issue and they could not get hold of the plumber that had installed it. So Freddie came to the rescue and not only inspected it but also repaired it, leaving the site much better than he found it. YES, I highly recommend Empire Plumbing for any of your home repairs.

We had a problem re-occurring in our kitchen. Seems like there was a constant infestation of roaches and no matter what we did we couldn’t kill em fast enough. Turns out the plumbing was letting in and inviting these critters because of the way it had been done. Empire plumbing came in and in 15 min had it figured out with a couple changes and piping and problem cleaned up! Amazing and grateful for speed, knowledge and execution!

After the hurricane they came right away. Staff was friendly and very efficient. They replaced my water heater within an hour.. They were also the most reasonably priced and told me that they gave me the hurricane relief discount. Thank you so much I would highly recommend them to anybody

Knowing that Empire is a small business and even located in downtown Fort Myers is to trust the company. They are located next to my office, and I couldn’t ask for a more thorough, trustworthy company to know, do business with, and spread a good word about. Freddie and Stephen were on point with communication. They were fast, explained the process, and made it easy - literally. Plumbing made EASY. It’s a novel concept, there’s a reason Empire has a growing reputation in the area. Do yourself a favor - call them if you need them. In service based businesses, all we have is our reputations. Please excuse my Google name, its for my kids YouTube channel...I called Empire to do work on the restaurant I run, Joes Crab Shack. They came out quickly, gave me a great estimate and made arrangements for the repair. Grace in the office was very kind and helpful. Freddy was friendly and explained everything that needed to be done clearly. Very professional company, Had an issue with a creaking tub and after i have done everything i could to stop it, it continued creaking. Called Empire and they ordered me the same tub and installed it the next day. No problems or miscommunication. Freddy with Empire Plumbing is very experience and knowledgeable. It feels great when you explain a plumbing issue and the technician knows exactly how to fix it. I explained the issue to Freddy and he said: I know exactly what the problem is. That evening when I went home I sent a couple of photos and he sent them back showing me the way things should have been done in the first place. Next day he was at my house fixing the issue. He was very polite and left everything nice and clean. I would highly recommend this company!
