Weve had trouble with our fireplace since it was installed in 2018 (new house build). Turns out it had not been properly setup to use propane and was set up for natural gas. Later In 2018, we had it checked and the propane conversion changes were made (we thought). However, apparently there was one key correction that was an oversight--the burner assembly had not been corrected. The burner air shutter was fully closed when it should be removed entirely for propane. Therefore, for many repairs before, the fireplace kept overheating and melting control, wires, and transformer plug components, requiring a complete replacement part by part of the fireplace. Marco, a new employee to Cape Coral Plumbing came out and had it diagnosed and corrected within a short time. He previously worked for a propane company and he knows his stuff. He adjusted the flame to burn the most efficient and its working properly for the first time since original installation. THANK YOU MARCO! You were kind, thoughtful, respectful, knowledgeable and professional! APPRECIATE IT GREATLY!!

What a little gold mine my wife and I found in Cape Coral Plumbing. Have used them several years for basic plumbing issues. My wife found out they also did kitchen and bath remodeling so we set an appointment with Tony. Wow, Tony brings 30 plus years of experience along with the multiple options in all the fixtures. Tony advised us on how to spend our limited budget and get the most out of it. The final piece that closed the deal for me, was that they do their own Install. I love that, cuts out the middle man and I know the installation will be done properly.Tony, thanks for helping us through our remodeling and keeping my wife on budget. Having a party next week and cant wait to show off our kitchen and bathrooms...

Excellent Customer Service!! Our hot water heater was not working, so we called Cape Coral Plumbing. Diane was very sympathetic and sent a technician quickly to assess the problem. The required part was not immediately available from the manufacturer and since it was a Saturday, it couldnt be delivered until Monday. The folks at Cape Coral were creative and identified an interim solution to get us hot water. Diane was very helpful and the price was very fair and reasonable. First contact was with Diane. She was incredible! I installed an 85 gallon Rheem/Marathon water heater. Before the installation, she sent a plumber to check the water heater to make sure that the water heater arrived in good shape. Incredible company, excellent workmanship, and very competitive pricing. I would recommend this company to anybody who needs plumbing work.

Our water heater started to leak. Manufacturer said it was under warranty and gave me a plumbing contractor to call. I was advised they were not accepting new customers and I asked for any possible recommendations. They suggested Cape Coral Plumbing.When I called and explained the situation to Diane, she was very understanding. Here it was just after Noon and she said she would try and get someone here but it could be late. She called me back within 30 minutes and told me a tech would be at my home within an hour. The tech arrived, assessed the situation, stated the heater was shot. Surprised me when he had stopped on his way and picked up a replacement water heater, as he had seen this many times before with this specific manufacturers product. 90 minutes later he was finished. New water heater installed and old heater removed and taken away. Amazing customer support and response. From now on if I ever have a need, I will ALWAYS call Cape Coral Plumbing!

After dealing with cold water at the far end of our home I finally gave up and called Cape Coral Plumbing. My inquiry was answered right away and a sales rep came out. I was very pleased with the recommendation to solve our problem and the price. When the Service Technician, Gene, arrived on time I was so impressed with the image of this company. Clean well cared for trucks, polite and well dressed employees and efficient. The job was done in no time, they cleaned up and I would recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! I am not even a customer of Cape Coral Plumbing -- but they took the time to help me try to solve a big problem. The County knocked on the door to advise our water meter indicated we were going through 400 gallons of water and hour! Yikes! My Contractor and regular plumber were both out of town, but my Contractor suggested calling Cape Coral Plumbing (very reputable) to see if they could suggest a leak detection company that would be able to come QUICKLY. It is a Friday afternoon.The wonderful Diane at CCP walked me through a few self check steps and also gave me contact information for American Leak Detection. I called but they had no appointments until Monday. I called Diane back for another recommendation ... Diane called ALM again on our behalf and they are on the way. Diane was incredibly knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help us. This is service that goes above and beyond! Thanks Diane!

My Hot Water Heater was not working after return from vacation. Gene the technician was very honest and told me he could fix the problem without replacing. I did not need a new Heaters. He spotted the issue immeadiately and made a recommendation on how to not only solve my issue but to take care of it in the long haul. I recently moved into my new home and had my water heater die on me. I called 4 different plumbers and got estimates all over the place. One company came out and the plumber was very disheveled and didnt look like he knew what he was doing. I sent him packing! I called a friend in the area and they told me they used Cape Coral Plumbing and LOVED THEM. I immediately asked them for a quote (it was the most reasonable of ALL of the quotes I received). The plumber came out and he was very professional. He used booties as soon as he came into my home, he laid out a blanket to protect my new floors and even did a few small extras that were not in the original estimate. Thank goodness I called Cape Coral Plumbing! They saved the day for me and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services!

Would definitely recommend. Even though they did not arrive during the time they quoted, I called and they got someone to me within the next hour. The employee who came was Mike and he definitely changed my attitude for the inconvenience. He was very nice, friendly and understanding of my annoyance. He got the job done quick and efficiently. He helped move the shelving and put it back in place when he finished, he also made sure to clean up any mess that was made.

Over 11 years ago CAPE Coral Plumbing where the PLUMBING contractors for a New Contruction Home located in Lehigh Acres,FLI purchased the home in February 2013through Home Path (Government Foreclosed Properties)Approximately a month ago my 6year daughter who loves playing in the on suiteMaster bathroom broke one of the ACCESS panels.I had searched the internet, went to Home Depot, Lowes, mom and pop PLUMBING stores etc. to locate this ACCESS panel.Finally, I looked inside of the tub.Where the PVC tubing.There was a sticker which had dates of an inspection, signatures ,and MOST of allCape Coral Plumbing.I immediately called. My first point of contact was Chela. Customer service Superb.She gave her email address,she suggested that I take a picture of the tub and forward it to her. HELPFULTHEN she stated that someone would call me back to further discuss if they would be able to locate an account from 10 years ago.Approximately an an hour later.Diane called from Cape Coral PlumbingTHIS COMPANY IS AWESOME ....THEY RETURN CALLS☺Diane is GREAT!!!! and definitely RESOURCEFUL......Diane provided me the name of the manufacture and the tub.Kudos to Cape Coral Plumbing for having an EXCELLENT Service and StaffThank you againDenise Thomas
