Water heater went down on a Sunday morning, called early afternoon thinking weβd get a voicemail and they not only answered, but had a new water heater installed and corrected the poor plumbing (no way of bypassing water tank) by 5pm. Did I say this was on a Sunday?! Easy choice, just call them. -

Lucas did a great job getting our new water heater installed. Realized the heater we picked out was not going to fit in the space our old one was in, so he recommended a smaller sized replacement that would fit. He came out again the next day and had it installed in about an hour or so. -
