Would highly recommend these folks for your plumbing fixes. Chad was my service tech and did a wonderful job explaining everything he found, everything he fixed, and made sure I didn’t have any questions before he left.He also was very helpful in explaining the separate repair quotes to me, which was a neat option. He fixed my water leak with ease and we had a nice worry free holiday!I don’t write many reviews but these folks deserve the praise!

Got my new sump pumps (main and battery-powered backup) installed. The guys were above & beyond pointing out other serious and non-related issues I had at home like with the water heater exhaust system, and were flexible in working things out to fit in my budget. As a small business owner in the service industry, I try to do business with only companies that share the same values and provide a high level of customer service. Home Heroes did not disappoint. I called just before they closed and they were in my home by 1030 the next day. They called in the morning to discuss my project and set a time frame. We discovered a gas leak on a Sunday and the gas company confirmed it and shut off the gas. I called Home Heroes on Sunday and they answered and got me on the schedule for Monday. When Kevin and Chad arrived they did an excellent job explaining what happened and giving me options for the repair. It was reasonably priced and by 12:30 on Monday (less then 24 hours) the gas was on and we had hot water. Great company and very easy to work with.

I had a very good experience from the first visit where my issue was looked through to the installation of my tankless water heater and water softener. Travis was very professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and explained everything to me. The coordination ahead of time was excellent, the arrival of the plumber (Travis) was as predicted and right on time and the work was very professionally done.Of significance to me is the fact that I was presented with three options for my consideration before work was started. The office coordinator/ manager took the time to explain each one to me and at no time did I feel like I was being sold a bill of goods. He still wasnt pleased with the pressure so he ordered a filter for the faucet returned Friday to install the faucet filter. This was the Friday night after Thanksgiving, and Travis worked past 10:30 to fix the leak.I can see why this company has a five star rating. They are fantastic. Well I was pleasantly surprised when I got the call.Sure enough, within 40 minutes Jared arrived. He found the problem & quoted me a price before he started the work,. Jared was friendly & professional. He wore a mask & put on booties while in my house. I was having a radon test done on my house so I was not able to have any door open longer than 60 seconds. Jared understood & made sure he did not have a door open longer than that.I used this company a couple of weeks ago & found them to be exceptionally friendly & professional. The plumber, Travis, was very knowledgeable and found the leak quickly. He was able to find the leak, replace faulty part, and clean up in less than a hour and half. Reasonably priced.
