Awesome fast response Action! Im new in town and started calling the closest service providers on the map. After a horrible first experience with another co, I was dreading more calls. Action Air was the best of 6 calls. They were at my door with a new furnace before half of the other guys even called back. First of all: free second opinion. The only co that was willing to come out for free (and almost immediately on a Monday morning). Second, they listened to the customer and didnt argue with the needed repair. Finally, special thanks to Josh H. for not messing around and giving me a fair price quote straight away. Instead of an emergency replacement motor repair on an old dusty dog, we installed an entire new furnace set up just hours later the same day! The install team was good too. They did a nice clean installation. Much better ductwork than the original system. Easily one of the top 10 best service calls of my life. Thanks!

WOW! Their name says it all! They took quick ACTION. So far, so good. Dylan and his assistant did a beautiful job doing an involved plumbing issue for us for a reasonable price (nowadays). Dylan was very professional, hard working and knew his stuff! He explained, everything, very clearly and respectfully so we could understand every aspect of the job.

Wednesday evening we discovered that we no longer had hot water. I left a email message for Action Air around 9 pm that night and I heard back from them before 8 am on Thursday. Dustin came to our home around 10:30 am. We ended up needing a new water heater which did not surprise me. The price quoted to us was market appropriate and the next individual (Dallas) was at our home about 30 minutes later. By 12:30, we had a new water heater. This company is extremely responsive and professional. I won’t hesitate to call on them again.

We had an AC and Furnace installed by another company. It did not work as expected and the company gave us the run around about getting it fixed, blaming the issue on duct work and other things, but not checking the actual product they installed. We called Action Air, who sent Mike out for a second opinion at no charge.Mike found the issue immediately and gave us the information needed to take back to the company who we purchased from. He was kind, polite and clearly knew what he was talking about. We were very impressed and will, without a doubt, use Action Air for any further HVAC needs. After this interaction, we wish we would have used them for the initial purchase and install.

After I submitted the following review, I found that one of the bathtub faucets was not connected to the pipe correctly, so it could be spun on the pipe. This was, it seems, due to the difficulty with access, as originally mentioned. Action Air came out today and appear to have fixed it, using a different means of attachment to the pipe. I assume that there will be no additional issues.Original review. I have lowered my Star rating since the original review. --- Dallas and Larry did an excellent job replacing the old bathtub and shower fixtures in both bathrooms, despite the difficult layout of the interior of the walls that had to be accessed. It took longer than expected, due to things that kept cropping up, but they were always pleasant and diligent in getting the work done right.

Update: Spoke with manager, they offered to make it right. So far theyve been out a couple times to make small adjustments. Things seem better, but the humidity is still high, and local temps have been down. Bumping to 4 stars for now until I can confirm the issue is fully resolved.Original Post:Have really high upper floor temps compared to downstairs (10 degrees over starting at 6pm and going down to 3 degrees over by 6am)I knew a system replacement would be needed within a year, which I informed them that wasnt quite in my budget at this time and asked what could in the meantime to make things more comfortable.They quoted cleaning my air exchange at ~500 but told me that wouldnt help much and only a full system replacement would get the temps noticeably down upstairs. I caved, not wanting to waste too much on a bandaid solution.They come in, replace my system while downgrading my brand new smart thermostat for some reason. I spoke to the manager about that and was told they would make it right on the invoice.So there I was, dumb thermostat, new unit, budget expended. Still have much higher temps upstairs. (8 degrees over starting at 6pm and going down to 2 degrees over by 6am) Slightly better, still miserable.Tech comes back, puts my thermostat back in, and now it seems I need new ducts run. That would have been something that could have been done before replacing everything else, like I had originally asked about. But now Ive already expended my emergency fund.I hate to leave this review so negatively. Everyone was super nice and the process was /mostly/ painless. But the fact is, they cared more about selling me a new system than fixing my issue.So I get a whole summer of not being able to sleep in my bedroom until i can save up to have some of my ductwork replaced.Oh, and that dumb thermostat installation they said they wouldnt charge me for, that was a lie. They backtracked and said they didnt charge me for the tech putting my thermostat back in, you know, that thing they messed up in the first place.

Had an issue with a water heater that was 3 years old. I was convinced it was a dip tube (a $20 or so part). After looking at various things they finally decided to check the dip tube and sure enough that was the problem. At 1st they quoted me $870 just for labor to replace the entire water heater which Rheem would cover. Then they came back and said Rheem would not cover so they will go ahead and just replace the dip tube $20.00 part. They did this operation but still charged me the $870+ labor, which is crazy as it is a simple replacement. I have no idea how they justified charging me the same amount to replace a simple part as what was quoted for replacing the whole heater. Also, this final charge was not quoted to me until the job was finished. If I would have know I would have declined. They then tried to tell me how many price breaks they were giving for only charging $870+. Very unhappy....both the Rheem water which they installed which has been nothing but trouble and lack of transparency in the cost to do a relatively simple fix. Only positive is the service tech was a nice guy.Edit and Update: The owner reached out to me and we had a courteous and professional conversation. He made things right financially. Things happen.. kudos to them for acknowledging and correcting after the fact.

Ive been dealing with Beau who is wonderful, very knowledgeable. Answering service has been very friendly and helpful as well.Beau was able to go to my house within a day of making an appointment; replace the parts needing replacing, even though he said one was not urgent right now i went ahead and replaced it now before it got worse. I appreciate the non- pushy to get things replaced. He helped me by showing how to replace batteries in the thermostat and brought some for me to do so. Action air was recommended to me by my cousin, who she says their school uses as well. and Im so glad she did. I opted in to their annual club membership which is very reasonable since i am renting out the home i know it will now be taking care of.

Action Air installed a new furnace and A/C unit apx 6 years ago. I am a long term customer with Action Air. All the gentleman that have provided annual HVAC annual maintenance are professionally dressed in Action Air shirt, put shoe covers on upon entering home, remove debris .. old units and clean up. They are all professional, respectful of homeowner and their home.Lee is scheduled to replace 16 year old water softener and 16 year old water heater. Action Air is honest. The techs explain what issue is, show you issue if you want to see and will explain the new product upon installation. Thank you for providing peace of mind knowing that you repair what is necessary now, what can wait a couple of more years and and do not try to upset what is not needed.
