My grandson flushed a kids golf ball down our toilet and clogged our main drain. After calling numerous companies I couldn’t get anyone to come out that would give be a price upfront and wanted to charge ridiculous fees because of it being a Sunday. I called Mr Plumber, they were so polite and gave me an upfront fee. Their technician Ryan was here within 30 minutes. Got our line cleaned and everything went smooth. I will never call another company when it comes to cleaning a drain again.

My experience with the technician was quite positive. The negative thing I have to say about the complete experience with this company is that it was advertised to me that they would clean out my drain for $98. When the technician showed up, he informed me that it was $98 for the“diagnosis“ of the problem which I already knew, the problem was a clogged drain. At this point it got even worse because the technician actually told me that since the house I was having him clean was a rental that I actually got charged more than if it was not a rental. I find this practice to be absolutely abhorrent. The price is the price and it should not matter whether it is for a homeowner who is living in the house or releasing the house to someone. In the end, the technician cleaned out the drain for $98 because he played back the conversation between myself and the dispatcher where she told me it was going to cost me $98 to clean out the drain. The technician honored what the deal was so the inexperience was a positive one.

Excellent professionalism in a poopy situation! Our older home (new to us) has crawl space plumbing full of dead ends and false clean outs. Back up ruined floors, paint, etc. We did everything 2 old maintenance heads knew to do.He showed up when he said he would and did everything he could to get us running again. $93 or free in action when our goofy plumbing did not cooperate. Made us feel a little bit better about our own inability to fix it. They return in 2 hours. Will update later.

The work was done yesterday, and the installation crew (Chris S, Ricky, and Jeff) were an efficient team. They worked diligently over a long, hot day to replace the old copper drainpipes in my crawlspace, install new shut-off valves for my sinks, toilets, dishwasher and fridge, and replace two exterior spigots. They hauled away the old debris and cleaned up after themselves. **Bonus points to Seth and Chris for their on-the-spot, after-hours price update (reduction!) for one item in the quote that actually did not need to be replaced.

Gene from Mr Plumber offered an outside/underground solution instead of tearing up the floorboards. That was a relief because Id been avoiding the torn up house option for years. Financing was approved within minutes, w/ excellent terms. Mr Plumber pulled the permits, and 5 days later 2 teams were here in the morning, and all work completed by 3pm. We had excellent service today by Bill (apparently the only Bill in the organization) who had tons of experience in the plumbing industry. He serviced our grinder pit while patiently going over every mechanical aspect of the grinder and sharing his thoughts on maintenance. I most definitely felt at ease after his visit having been schooled on how the pit works and what to do in an emergency, and how to do it safely. Bill was very easy to talk to and was very thorough and repeatedly asked if there were additional questions he could answer. Im glad we have a yearly service plan with Mr. Plumber and hopefully Bill will be available on our next call.

Whats been great about Mr Plumber has been their pursuit to get things right! Unfortunately, its been a hard road with equipment issues or something else, that I couldnt predict as a homeowner. I highly recommend getting the extra $9 or $10 per month extended service because there have been many issues with the equipment we purchased through Mr Plumber that have called for additional service calls. All it takes is a call to Mr Plumber and they will have a technician out within a couple of days. We have had rocky start with their equipment, but their service has always been top notch.

They were very courteous, done the best job, so much better than the crew that done the work on my sewage project. Matt and his crew did professional work and they filled the trench with the dirt and Im very satisfied with the work that they did, opposed to the crew that had done the work 4 years ago. The crew had left me to hand Shovel all of the dirt and it took me over 2 weeks to backfill the open trench. I can barely walk, and they said that it was my responsibility to backfill the trench. I had to shovel all of the dirt myself. The 1st crew, I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. We had a plumbing system check-up w/water heater drain. We discussed two turn off valves on the water heater-one for the whole house humidifier which would poke a hole in the plex pipe first time it was used turn off the humidifier to change out the filter, which would create a leak; the second one was for the water heater if it starts leaking, except it would not work which means it was defective (one year old, installed by builders chosen plumbing company). Brennan did a great job answering all my questions, checking everything out, getting water heater drained and doing the two shutoff valves replacement, after giving me the quote and getting my approval to do the work. He cleaned up the area before he left. Very happy with the quality of work and with Brennan as our tech.
