If I could, I give Waltower 10 stars and here is why. We always strive to use local businesses in our area/surrounding area of Bedford. We want to support those people whose livelihood depends on the local community. After 7 bids on a new heatpump that bordered near insanity on cost, I called Waltower Enterprises. Wes gave us a bid. Not only was it WAY more affordable than the other 7, it also was a much better unit that suits the needs of Pennsylvania winters. Jordan and Joe were our installers. They treated our house like it was their own home. They were informative, friendly, professional and a joy to be around. I think they left our basement cleaner than it was when they arrived! There was not a speck of dust or any sign a new furnace had been installed other than that pretty new unit. They even moved our electrical outlet for us from being mounted on the ceiling by our ductwork to the wall by the furnace just because my husband mentioned what a pain it was to plug items in where it was located! They were conscientious about the door to the basement being close when they came upstairs to test the thermostat so our 2 kitties wouldnt get outside since they are indoor-only cats. From today forward, Waltower Enterprises gets all our business, regardless of what we need to have done. We couldnt be happier with the service we received.

Purchased split ac/heating system. Installation techs were very respectful of our home while installing. Put disposable flooring down to reduce installation dirt. Quick, thorough and efficient with installation. System is exactly what we needed and works wonderfully.

I was having problems with my water flow in my water radiator heated house. Waltower Enterprises did a great job in diagnosing the problem and making the repairs. I would highly recommend them.

We have used WEI multiple times for our projects. I can’t say enough about their professionalism and knowledge of heating systems. They helped us to save on our heating cost by installing a more efficient heat pump and we even saved taxes with an energy credit with the installation of the new system for our house. We used WEI again to install heat and Air Conditioning in an addition and received the same professionalism.

Fast Response! When my oil forced air furnace quit working, the Waltower staff had a new furnace installed and operating within 24 hours. To get me through the night, they supplied me with heaters.They even walked my dog while installing my furnace.Awesome professional service.....five stars!
