    CM Heating did such an amazing job installing our new heat pump. They were quick, paid attention to detail, and arrived on time. All the technicians were super friendly and professional. I was already recommended to use them from someone else and I would recommend them to anyone. They did an excellent job and our heating and overall air equality between rooms has vastly improved (our house was built in 1924 and the heating was already in need of replacement).We havent been able to properly test our cooling system since its the middle of December but the installation of the lines came through easily and from the outside they look very clean and kept together. 10/10!

    Marshall Martinez of CM Heating came out to fix our stand alone vented gas fireplace. He was so diligent and careful and focused on solving our situation. We cant thank him enough for putting so much effort and care to figure out the problem. He is quite extraordinary. He cares so much about customer service!

    He was so friendly and even greeted our Great Pyrenees who insisted on saying hello even though he was restrained. We had no idea we had the wrong size filter in and he let us know and where to find the filters for a good price and even informed us we should change them every 3 months because of our dogs fur. He was very knowledgeable. Weve always had great technicians from CM heating but he was by far the best we have had out. He spoke highly of the company and its work environment. We love to work with companies who treat their employees well :)

    Edgar and Nate put in a solid shift at our house. Lots of work at the main panel to make space for a sub panel to be installed on our back porch to provide for an infrared heatlamp / light, and a sauna. The routing of the wires to the back required some effort to be done to our satisfaction and they delivered. Thank you for helping us to get it done.

    Thomas provided very good advice and service to our home and made sure our electrical needs were met for our new heat pump and air handling unit as well as our new main power panels. It was an expensive, difficult install, but we needed it to not only update our house but to fix a protentially hazardous situation with our electrical system. Since Im a construction professional and have been for a long time, I can appreciate what it took to do the electrical installation correctly and pass inspection the first time. Thank you, CM Heating, Thomas & and Lance, for doing your best.So far, weve received good timely follow-ups and ongoing service to ensure our heating system is working properly. Tobin came out today to follow up on an error code that is now resolved and verified as such. Tobin offered some very good advice on the operation of our heating system and what to expect as the weather gets colder.Systems check occurred as follow up, and Adam said everything checked out.We are happy so far with our new heating system.

    Thank you to the entire team at CM! First, Michael Pompeo was the salesman who helped us choose our new heat pump system. He was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer our questions. He always promptly got back to us and was patient as we weighed our options. We had 4 companies bid our job and CM rose to the top. Best warranty as well. Prices were all similar but CM stood out and we felt so confident moving forward with them.Hunter and Riley were a pleasure to have in our home during the installation. We appreciated their hard work. I didnt get to meet the electrician but I appreciate his work as well. And the next day Adam came to put a finishing touch on the system.The office staff was supportive and so organized! I highly recommend CM.

    Dane was fabulous. He was kind, very knowledgeable, honest, and left us with no questions after his thorough explanation. Although we were not ready to purchase today, we know we have to buy a new furnace in the very near future. We will definitely be purchasing from C & M and not getting any other quotes. This was in large part because of Danes knowledge of his company values, products, and overall mechanics of the product he was quoting. I would definitely recommend this company.

    Matt was awesome. He showed up in time, diagnosed the issue and told me he would be able to get the part and come back tomorrow. He called a little while later to tell me he was able to get the part and could be back in about an hour. Quick and easy and everything is back to normal. Great job!

    I had just gotten to the house as he was finishing his work. Even though it was the end of his workday and had ever right to say that it was done and leave, he stayed for another twenty minutes explaining the repairs and backing it up with picture of my unit before and after the repair. Super friendly and professional the whole time. Even when I kept asking questions during his off time. Highly recommend C And M Heating and Cooling as long as they have techs like this. Truly knowledgeable and made sure I felt good about the repairs before he left.

    Joe walked me through the whole project. He pointed out things that were needed and things that were optional. I felt very informed in making a choice for our heat pump.Update: 6/19/24We had our equipment installed on 6/17/24. The installation looked great. However, there was a problem with the communication between equipment. I set up another appointment for 6/19/24. They did try to get someone out the next day, but I was unable to keep that appointment because of work. The tech found the problem fairly quickly, and his solution was easy and clean.Update: 7/5/24The fix on 6/19 was short lived. It had the same error several hours later. They sent an after hours tech out the same day. He was unable to diagnose the problem, and Daikin tech support was not available at that time in the evening. He did grab us a portable AC unit to use until the problem could be diagnosed. Tobin came out and suggested that a control board or thermostat was bad and had the parts ordered up. He came back on 7/3 and the parts did not correct the communication error. He spent some time with tech support, and came up that our communication wire from the thermostat to the control board was bad. He set up a temporary fix to be sure there were no errors, and the next day, 7/5, another set of workers ran a new line. Everything seems to be working well now. Although, this was a bit frustrating, CM Heating stayed on top of the situation until it was resolved. We appreciate all the hard work from sales, installers, technicians, schedulers, and managers.

    Customer service after 2 years of new install is still great. My heat pump was not heating well & tech came out & fixed it under warranty- I definitely feel like I can’t trust them , they could have told me it was not fully covered and because I’m not familiar enough with the technical aspects of the whole system. Anyway I really appreciate that they are thorough in their work & always pleasant & very professional experience- thumbs up!

    Nathan and team were great. Straight forward and to the point. Explained everything he was doing and why. I asked if there was anyway he could come for the install early,to let me know, and he definitely delivered and arrived here a day early. Him and his team were efficient, and by all observations and the delivered product, a master in his trade and craftsmanship. He found another problem during the install with our PRV, which I was totally unaware of. Awesome team and highly recommend.

    Jack was everything you want in an elec technician. Thorough, on time, excellent installation, didnt leave until my generator was running and I understood all instructions. Im very satisfied. I highly recommend. The office staff were thorough also.

    C&M has been the best working with them. I sent an email on Saturday and got a call on Monday work completed on Tuesday. Jack the electrician was very thoughtful and walked me through all options and completed the scope of work in a timely manner and it all looked great. I will contnue to use C&M in the future. Rates were also reasonable.

    Everyone that I communicated with throughout the process of diagnostic checks, consultation, and the install team for our furnace and heat pump upgrade was EXCEPTIONAL!     Dane was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, conscientious, and detail oriented. He answered all questions that my husband and I had thoroughly and made us feel like CM heating will take care of our needs in a very customer focused and personalized way, now and in the future.Jacob and his partner did an amazing job on our installation of the new furnace and heat pump. They arrived a little after 8 AM and had completed the job by 5 PM. They were very respectful of our home and property and were very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all questions we had and gave us a thorough walkthrough of the new system. I can already feel the house cooling down to a comfortable temperature all over instead of the uneven heating and cooling we’ve been dealing with for the last few years.The whole experience was amazing from the initial quote, all the way through to installation.     Wade and Mark were great to work with. They came out to our home to look at our boiler when no one else would. Our system is complicated and they knew what needed to be done and really showed they have the knowledge and experience. They know how to run copper lines! It wasn’t an easy task and they worked well over 8 hours to make sure our new boiler was put in properly. Customer service was excellent and I will definitely be only using these guys.     We had our furnace just stop working this company got us in the next day! We had the pleasure of having Josh come to our home he was super friendly he explained everything that was wrong and also gave our furnace a yearly maintenance service! We explained our situation w Josh hubby just diagnosed with prostate cancer and hasnt worked in 4 months Josh went above and beyond explaining to us that we could save some money if we signed up for the companies yearly maintenance plan!     Another visit to try and fix my short cycling problems on my heat pump . After diagnosing the problem a bad circuit board was found on the heat pump. It was ordered and will be replaced in a couple days. As always Tobin was very friendly and glad to help with this recurring problem. Now I am sure this will fix the problem. Thanks again toTobin and CM Heating. After the new part arrived Tobin came back up to finish the repair on my heat pump on January 6th. As before he did an excellent job. Very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Heat pump is back in good working order now. Very pleased and will request Tobin when any future needs arrise . Thanks again to CM Heating. They do make sure their customers are satisfied.

    I had a really great team from CM Heating. It was really nice to see how great they worked as a team. They were very courteous and made sure to clean every little thing up.     I’m going to start off saying that I’m extremely impressed with the work that Matt did installing my new water heater. I sent out a request late last night to CM Heating for a price quote and I was contacted immediately in the morning by Amy and she set up an appointment on the same day (she is also pleasant to talk with). Matt arrived soon after and he ran through the parts needed to install the new water heater (I had already requested my preferred brand) and provided a very reasonable price estimate. Matt went back to the shop to gather up the water heater and parts and went straight to work installing it. All in all, I think it took three hours or less from the price quote to the final install. I also have to say that Matt did an awesome job doing the work and he was very knowledgeable and pretty cool to talk with (super chill). He is now officially my No#1 favorite contractor and I will definitely contact C&M Heater again for any heating or plumbing needs.

    Overall experience to have an entire HVAC system installed by CM Heating has been a pleasant experience. System included furnace, heat pump and controls for a 4 zone system in a 4200 square foot house. Those additions to what I expected were done to improve future performance & possible problem prevention even at their expense, I define that as customer service. We had some challenges that resulted in having to cut some drywall in a closet, and apparently someone will come out and fix it for us, so that’s good to know.     CM Heating was very patient during my questions and mulling over my descision on which route to take with the new water heater. They even came to do an in person quote free of charge, the other company charged me $120 and wanted $4k more that included extra plumbing upgrades that were not necessary. I ended up going for the more expensive of the tankless option and felt no pressure in making this decision. Though I am still baffeled by the high cost of the install, I am please with the end results and after inspecting the results can justify the high cost of the install. The techs did a very clean and well designed install of the unit. My extra questions about the unit were answered before leaving the site. This may sound strange to say about plumbing, but the routing used for the installation is very pleasing to look at, very clean, precise and quite the work of art. I hope the unit lives up to its reputation because CM Heating has. If the unit does not, I am confident that CM Heating will make things right with their extensive warranty that goes into great detail, in writing, about their work and the product they sell and install. Just shy of $8k for a recirculating tankless water heater installed for not a penny more than originally quoted. While a big sticker shock, I feel it will be worth it in the long run and Im happy to have chosen CM Heating to purchase from and to install the unit. I thank them for their work and highly recommend them for a no pressure experiance.

    I started out by requesting estimates from local installers that had high Google and Better Business Bureau Ratings, CM met the mark. When I made the call to schedule estimates-- CM Heating had the second quickest turn around for an estimate-- a month, (most places were booking 2-3 months out). I had one quote in hand when CM heating came out, so I had an idea of what to expect time wise and financially. Here is where my review may start to sound like I was paid, 😀 but I wasnt, I would have never accepted that in exchange for a review! Sean Mitchell my Comfort manager as they call themselves, was extremely informative without being sales-e. He told me about their comfort satisfaction guarantee that simply states that if you arent 100% happy with the product and installation work, they will come and remove the system and place it back to stock and refund the full cost of your invoice for up to 2 years. That was a nice peace of mind perk for me. Sean asked me some questions about cooling and heating needs. My task was to pick the most important aspects of heating and cooling based on my familys needs and desires. I told him that in the end, if the estimate wasnt agreeable to me as well as my wife, both practically and financially, then we would not be doing business. Sean responded with positivity and support with wanting to make sure we were both satisfied. Finally, the last aspect that I requested of Sean, was that we not only know the cost of labor and parts, but that we have 4 different options assembled: A/C and Furnace, Heat Pump and Furnace, Mini-split ductless system and Furnace, Mini-split ductless system only. He was more than happy to give me all the quotes (something the first place that had come to my house wasnt willing to do). In all, the appointment took about 1½ hours, however, a lot of that time was my questions. Sean was so confident of the products he was presenting-- as well as the service they were providing-- that he gave me his personal cell phone number for follow up questions.The installation turn around ultimately happened within a day (long story short, I had texted Sean at 1 in the morning after I had a conversation with my wife that late evening, she didnt really want to endure another sleepless summer due to heat). He responded that morning at 7:30 that he was On it. He had an appointment for installation booked by 10:30 that same morning. Thats what I would call extra-mile service! The other aspect that I have to mention, was that everyone from the installation team, to the electrician, to the appointment managers, were extremely friendly and cooperative giving their 💯 percent best to ensure we were satisfied. That is an aspect of customer service that is hard to find these days!

    Our toilet would not flush and none of the pipes in our home would drain, everything was backing up into our tub. After hours of trying to plunge and snake drains myself we decided to call CM to have them find the problem. Mike Sullivan came out, we explained what was happening and he sent a camera through our pipes and discovered a major blockage in our side sewer. Upon his recommendation, they sent out Joseph Romero and his helper to hydro jet the line. They cleared the line out to the mane and everything is working again, better than before! I highly recommend CM, they are professional, they have excellent communication and a very skilled team.

Also, I had this water heater installed by another company when CM Heating wasnt offering that service a couple of years ago. :( But Im glad you do once again along with vent cleanings!! Its also comforting having everything checked out to assure the other company did a good job (which they did), but they did try to upsell on something I didnt need, which you guys dont.     I cant thank you enough for sending Vince to our rescue! He diligently examined our system, listened to our observations and considered prior technicians findings. Vince worked on and tested our system extensively....spending a lot of time in our gruelingly hot attic space and determined that our water pump was the ultimate problem.     Once again the CM Heating Team provided excellent white glove service. Dan Detschman, Technician arrived early Sunday morning. He did a thorough inspection and service of our HVAC heating unit. He cleaned up the dirt, grime, and leaking oil he found in the unit. He also ran several tests once he was done with the inspection, testing for proper temperature, air flow, and power flowing through the unit. He also shared that the leaking oil was from the HVAC motor, which needed to be replaced. We have had the unit for 15+ years and looking to extend its life for another 5-10 years if possible. Dan sent a quote and estimate for the replacement motor and service repair. CM Heating also offered a 15% discount as a member. This saved us time, energy, and money. It also offered peace of mind not having to worry about the HVAC breaking down during the cold winter months. I am always impressed with CM Heatings Team from their customer services, sales, and technicians. They are honest, transparent, fast, reliable, and provide excellent quality service from start to finish.

They handled the upgrade of my 40 year old air handler and furnace into a nice new American Standard A/C Heat Pump and Electric Furnace and they did such a great job that I had them back out to install a 240v circuit for an EV charger; Thomas did an excellent job with the EV circuit and the entire time that worked on the HVAC upgrade was top notch. It is quite likely that I will be calling on CM Heating for all of my future HVAC, electrical or plumbing needs.

Please BEWARE!Im writing this as a resident of the affected home/daughter of client.PLEASE if you value your home, DO NOT trust CM heating (especially Lyle)!! After $30,000 worth of damages done to our house that they PROMISED to address, our emails and phone calls have been absolutely dodged. Each tech that has visited our home (at least 10 over a year and a half) have assessed that the fault is on CM HEATING, however, MANAGEMENT REFUSES to return our attempts at resolution.Here is my most recent e-mail to them (which was sent last week and has gone read but unacknowledged!)I had a verbal agreement with Lyle regarding the water damage that the unit has caused my home. We urgently needed to mitigate the situation with an outside company who had to perform duties as outlined in the invoice attached. I was informed that there was no need to file an insurance claim as CM Heating accepted liability per Lyle. The total owed to the mitigation team is also listed on the attached invoice.Now, I would like to state that I have scheduled two contractors to come to my home to give me construction bids. I would like written confirmation that CM Heating would assume that financial responsibility as well.The weekend that the water damage team arrived at my home, immediate measures were taken in order to prevent secondary damage. The laminate was removed and flood cuts were made in my grandson’s room. They created a containment for the affected area where they placed 2 large, loud, industrial fans to dry the 99% saturated wood in the attic and drywall. The equipment required to dry the affected area was: four fans in total - 2 in bedroom, 2 in the hallway, 1 dehumidifier in the hall, 1 in the attic, 1 air mover in the attic. You can imagine this would not be a satisfactory living environment for my two grandchildren, daughter, and her husband. I felt the need to send them off for the weekend as this disruption in their daily life should not have had to concern them.Regarding the Satisfaction Guarantee, here is a list of grievances:It took well over a year (and repetitive requests, visits, and calls) to have the drywall cuts and pencil marks cleaned/repaired from initial installationSeveral technicians were dispatched and each assured me that the issues were resolved, however your records should indicate the many visitswe’ve had due to “faulty equipment” and “faulty installation”Upon initial yearly follow-up inspection, we were told everything was fine. A short while later, our unit shortedPan was not evenly installed, verified by the mitigation team and CM techniciansPer CM techs, duct work was not properly routedElectrical wiring was installed too far from the unity which caused initial failure, per CM techSump pump was placed on the opposite side (the higher side) of the panI have complained numerous times about the air in my room not being as cool as the rest of the house and having been told that’s “just how it is”Being told by technicians that the install should have been a “spider install” and that the unit was not placed in a spot conducive to optimum efficiencyAnd their reply? NOTHING. After promises of repair and promises of resolution, CM HEATING has left me with a damaged home, a bad taste in my mouth, and the sincere desire to give palpable caution to those even LOOKING for HVAC services.

    Kyle McAlister is great! So far, wonderful experience!Kyle coordinated two furnace installations for our two rental properties, as we live over 300 miles away.     Our new home had AC problems and CM was recommended. Their customer service team was great and gave us some troubleshooting tips before sending a tech. Determined we needed a tech. Their tech was there the next day, on time, and diagnosed the problem and explained everything. Due to the extreme problem he was having another tech come the next day to make sure he evaluated the problem correctly. Our HVAC will need some work but we feel good with CM!
