Tron is very nice, communicative, Friendly and he gave me all the options to either put a new AC only or If I want to change the Old furnace (2004) tooI received a great discount for installing both! Tron gave me the estimate and he told me that I can think about the bid & sent me the link if I want to accept it & another link for financing Option since I asked (Other companies kept pushing to give them an answer immediately & I felt uncomfortable) but Tron was very professional giving me the chance to think about his offer (This is when you know that you will give the best price) and that was one of the reasons I worked with DVACTron told me that they can install my equipment next week (I will be honest, I thought he was just trying to make me take their bid:) ). I accepted the offer but I was delayed to pay 50% because of the bank. Also, I had to do some cleaning and leveling the area for the new AC unit, however I kept calling them asking for some more details and they were happy addressing my questions and concerns.Finally I paid 50%, Tron came by to check that everything is ready after the leveling work and collected the Check on 06/28 and I asked Tron when do you expect the installation will be (He said most probably it will be early next week)I was surprised that Melody was calling on 06/29 telling me that part of my equipment is ready and that the furnace will be ready tomorrow morning! WE CAN INSTALL YOU EQUIPMENT ON 06/30 AT 8AM :DThe team showed up on time, they were very professional and great, later the electrician came too and they completed the job in 1 long day. They really did a great job working hard all day!Later they gave me the permits for the electrical & Mechanical work and now I am waiting on the Labor and County for the inspection to close this projectThanks again for helping me to enjoy me ACMy puppy loves it too 🐾🐶Update: Again they exceeded my expectations when I asked about the electrical inspection, Melody took the lead and scheduled a virtual inspection. DVAC retrofitted of our old furnace with a modern heat pump that also supports mini splits, giving us the best of both, central air for the house and a mini split for my workshop, with one system. After we had some work done at our house, I wasn’t able to turn the system back on. DVAC came out the next day and figured out the breaker was flipped (doh!), and fixed it - no charge. Highly recommend!

Installation of my heating and A/C was fantastic, after 2 years my thermostat posted an error msg. DVAC came to my house within 2 hours. The initial diagnosis was my compressors was defective. carrier said they would recommend replacing the whole outside unit. One was ordered and when DVAC arrived with the unit their tech decided to do a more thorough check and discovered the thermostat was not communicating 100% with the outside unit. He replaced the thermostat and everything is running correctly. DVAC was prompt in their service and stood by the Carrier product line. Excellent service and support

Had them do an AC install and we were very impressed. Surveyed several companies and DVAC came away with clearly the best offer, both with price and with giving us the install location we wanted when some of the other companies werent willing to do it. They also got us scheduled very quickly for the install, and the process itself was incredibly smooth. Everything was completed on time, worked the first time, and the crew was very thorough in cleaning up after themselves. Cost was also guaranteed no matter what they found during the actual install as opposed to just an estimate. But as I said everything went great, with no hiccups or collateral damage to the house. Highly recommend!

I used these guys to install a brand new heat pump system for my home using the existing duct work after replacing my aging oil furnace. I got multiple quotes from multiple companies and the gang at DVAC impressed me the most. Joe the sales rep is awesome and based on his interactions with me along with the competitive pricing and honesty from them sold me. I was told I had to replace my electrical panel by one installer- not true at all. I was told I had to get new duct work by another - total BS.DVAC used my existing duct work, they installed everything according to how I wanted it, they took the time to open up my electric panel instead of saying nope needs replacing and found multiple unused slots with more than enough power for everything.Jacob and Alex the install crew were fast and courteous and things couldnt have gone smoother. I had just gotten new siding and didnt want conduit everywhere and they kept the outside work to a minimum.Thanks DVAC I finally have a cool house in the summer for the first time!FYI: I got the Daikin system and its quiet and runs smoothly.

As good as it gets!My furnace stopped working and I needed help quickly without over paying. I searched for a company that was open on the weekend that had great reviews. I ended up calling DVAC Heating and Air and talking with David. David was very informative and understanding of my situation. Despite needing help fast David extended the current promotion on their best furnace and did not take advantage of my situation. Technicians come out first thing Monday morning and installed the new furnace.The technicians Alex and Austin arrived on-time that morning. They were very careful and did a great job. They tested everything and cleaned up after themselves then afterwards I had a nice new quiet furnace that should last for many years to come.Thanks DVAC Heating and Air for helping me get heat back in my house quickly and for a great deal!

I had an outstanding experience with DVAC, and I couldnt be happier with their service! Francisco, the representative I worked with, deserves all the praise. He was incredibly responsive, informative, and friendly throughout the entire process. He took the time to walk me through all my options and explained everything in a clear and understandable manner.They were willing to replace my heat pump to enable my house to have 4-splits. Everybody else I talked to recommendrd getting a whole new single split unit and stacking that on top of my current unit. It was also estimated to be a few thousand dollars more expensive.The installation crew that DVAC sent was top-notch. They were not only super quick but also remarkably non-intrusive during the installation process. The job they did was impressively clean, leaving no mess behind.Now, a month later, Im delighted to report that the unit is still working perfectly. We had a great experience with DVAC. Their customer service, communication, and responsiveness was excellent (especially Joe). Our heat pump outdoor unit stopped working during a cold snap and DVAC came out to diagnose. David was great and after taking an initial look at the unit and finding that two wires had been exposed and shorted out the system, gave me all possible options of how we could move forward. We took it one step at a time and thankfully it was a relatively simple fix and we were back up and running quickly. Highly recommend Joe, David and the DVAC team.

I have been looking into getting a heat pump/air conditioning since about February. I had a couple of companies out, but they spent little to no time explaining their estimate. They did not provide different options for different performance or goals. I ended up taking some time to research and reach out to companies on the Mitsubishi and Daikin site (two systems I was interested in).DVAC was on both lists! I am glad I found them.David came out to give me an estimate. He checked everything I expected an HVAC company to check: electric panel, outdoor space, return ducts, vents, space, etc. He provided 4 options at different price points and for different goals. He spent a lot of time walking me through the different options, explaining air handler vs furnace, sizing requirements and pointed out that my return/ducting might be inadequate.I was debating between DVAC’s estimate and another company. I chose DVAC because of their labor warranty. Most companies I researched offered 1-3 years. DVAC offers 12! This reassured me that DVAC stands by their work and I was totally right!Malik, Jayden, Alex and Andrii came out to install the system and clean the ducting in my house. They had tarps on the floor to keep the walkway clean.Everyone that I interacted with was polite, checked with me to know if I had any questions, and did a great job! My furnace is in a closet that had to be taken down. DVAC put it back together so well you can’t even tell it was taken apart!

I was really pleased with the service and assessment of my mini split system.I bought the house in the last year and David and Michael came out to assess the health of the Mitsubishi mini split system that came with the house. The units were inspected and serviced and they did a great job.In addition, I had an Alexa-ready/smartphone-app hardware module installed on the living room unit and it works great and is now programmable and on a schedule that offers a lot of options and a good interface (Kumo Cloud).I trust DVAC and was impressed with Michael and David. We needed Ductless heat pumps installed in our 60 year old house and we got over 5 bids. DVAC was by far the best value, the best warranty, the best financing and seemed like they knew the most out of all the companies we looked at. As soon as we were ready, they literally installed 3 of these ductless heat pumps the next week and they are awesome (they are everything they promised and more). Our house is finally warm and they are super quiet! Also, our air quality is so different - clean and refreshing! Stephanie and her Team have been so helpful and even answered some of our random questions weeks after our instal on just how to use the units, etc. We are thrilled!

Amazing customer service. Very throughly explains how it all works. Reasonably priced considering the price of units today and cheaper then competitors we had called around for quotes, and there’s several things that needed done. Most places the prices quoted was strictly the unit price. Not including labor. They also offered an electrician to work along side them to upgrade my panel to have an AC. We’re in an older house so it needed updated. They also clean HVAC systems! Ours needed it. Very friendly and I would recommend them to you. I’m glad they have a warranty because I won’t be hiring anyone else for any of our needs. Furnace too. We originally got it from another company but now I changed our future maintenance to this company.! 5 stars! Keep up the good work!

My old furnace was nearing the end of its life, so I contacted DVAC to look into replacing the furnace with a new system and also adding AC to my home. The DVAC teams estimate was the best in terms of both price and the quality of equipment that I received. The installation was expected to take one day. However, when the team arrived, they noticed an issue with ductwork that would require a few updates to support the new system. This turned a one day job into a three day job. Despite the extra effort, the DVAC team stayed true to their initial estimate and remained helpful and professional throughout the process. David and Michael came early as a request of the diagnosis for AC not controlled by a new switch. The switch was installed last winter with the new furnace by DVAC. John and Shawn were out for the electrical work are really knew their stuff. They know and easily explained the codes and why we were having our issues and are providing a few options for repairs. Austin and Trevor were out for the HVAC inspection and project planning. They made sure our furnace was up and running in tip top shape and made sure we knew what the additional AC projects entailed. We appreciate all of the hard work and knowledge from the DVAC team!

The team at DVAC and especially Cameron made the DVAC operation number one.After needing to replace our 22 year old furnace I shopped around 5+ HVAC companies. At the end of the day it came down to DVAC and Greenwood. Carmeron from DVAC and Kris from Greenwood were equally incredible- they were both knowledgeable, professional, on time, and made it feel like they were fighting to get me what I needed and wanted.We ultimately chose DVAC because of the price at least 20% more affordable than the others. Cameron was also a significant factor, worked with me on several revisions of our proposal and was always prompt with responses.I heard about DVAC from a neighbor and now after using them I would absolutely do it again.

We are so happy with our new AC and furnace!David made it easy to do the consultation remotely and answered all of our questions quickly over text and phone calls. Because of his prompt and proactive communication, we got our AC installed about 3 weeks after our initial conversation, during July. Many other companies were unable to even do a consultation until September or later.Because of high demand, the unit we were originally quoted for (Daikin) was sold out. David upgraded us to a better, pricier unit (Carrier) with a better air filtration system for the same cost as the original quote. Highly recommend DVAC!

What a great group to work with! DVAC was one of five five star companies that I asked for bids to solve our heat and air conditioning problems. After a few quotes from others, I knew at the onset that David, the DVAC rep was the one I wanted to work with. All five perspective companies offered about the same equipment, but I chose American Standard am and glad I did. The minute we turned on the unit there was a noticeable difference to the good. Now, after weeks of a trial period, the equipment is still amazing. (after 30 years in the house, it is hard to believe we put up with the poor equipment others sold us) We could have had any equipment, but what DVAC installed turned out to be the best.As far as the installation, DVAC was the best. No problems and talk about being quick! fabulous! David was available any time I had a question or change, not like a lot of others. They did everything possible for a great install. They were clean and the installers were pleasant and worked hard. DVAC was not the most expensive and yet others were cheaper. DVAC installed my new Carrier heat pump and thermostat. They were easy to work with and were able to get equipment faster than several other companies despite supply chain issues. The overall process ended up taking longer than planned due to my home electrical panel needing upgrades due to being out of space (not the fault of DVAC obviously) and they were great with getting everything done on my timeline.

Aaron came to service my gas furnace. DVAC installed it just under a year ago. After the summer, it had started making noise which became progressively worse over the next month. I called midday and they were able to send Aaron out today both to look at the problem and do the annual maintenance. Aaron arrived in quickly and was extremely helpful and professional. He wore a mask and shoe covers. He looked at the problem and tried to fix it by replacing some rubber gaskets/washers (not sure of the technical terms) and tightening things down. That didnt work so he needed to replace the part. He found it in Kirkland and actually drove out there, picked it up, and came back to replace it. He said it was likely a manufacturer defect in the part. It works great now. I am super impressed that everything was fixed in one day and covered by warranty. DVAC honored their warranty without me having to do anything. Aaron was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, professional, and stayed late to fix my problem in one day. I will definitely keep all my heating/cooling business with DVAC. I am super happy that I chose to go with them. I would definitely recommend them for your needs.

He helped me with a new exhaust duct for a new Island Hood and a new gas line for a gas cooktop. For the hood, he was able to install the duct without leaving any openings in the ceiling (it was nice not having to do any patch work) and even helped me lift the hood in place so he could make the final connections on the same visit. For the gas line he came back two months after the initial install to make the final connections (it took me that long to get the cooktop in place) with only one day notice. I really appreciated his approach to a small but somewhat challenging project. He talked through everything that would need to be done, finished within the time estimated, and charged me a fair price even with a couple special requests thrown at him. David always made me feel like an important customer and I will be using him for all of my HVAC related needs in the future.

DVAC installed a ductless heat pump system with ceiling cassettes. This review was written closely after install- if things change, I will come back and revise. From the sales process to completion of the project, their team was attentive and on point. Melody called me within minutes of putting in a request on a Facebook ad, and later was very responsive via email with regard to the billing and other questions. Joe, the sales guy, made the time to come review the proposal with us on his day off because it was the only day my husband was off work. Other companies only emailed the proposals and some didnt even follow up. The install team, led by Oleks, showed up on time when they said they would and worked efficiently to meet the deadline. There was one snafu at the end because there was a problem with one of the parts inside the outdoor unit not working, which delayed completion, and the owner, David, showed up with Oleks to fix the problem; he spent most of his day at our house or working with suppliers to get a solution or the part we needed. We didnt have heat for one day because the baseboards had been disconnected to connect the new unit, so they brought loaner space heaters for us to use as well. David clearly explained what was going on and took personal responsibility for troubleshooting and fixing the issue, as well as a small communication issue that had occurred. That shows true ownership to me. Equipment issues are out of his control, but it was within his control to work to resolve the issue quickly and effectively. They even let us keep the loaner space heaters over the weekend just for peace of mind, even though the system was working. Finally, I was really worried that having guys in our home working would leave a mess, but I think its actually cleaner than when they started. Were super happy with our new system, which is much quieter and more even than the old baseboard heaters we had.

DVAC was able to schedule consultation for a quote in less than 2 days from when I called. This was by far faster than the several other HVAC companies I reached out to. They were also the only ones who were able to schedule me for new AC within a month time, whereas the competition was giving timeframes of 3-4 months out.Cameron from DVAC came out and provided several options that could fit our need and our HOAs and was extremely responsive and helpful continually reaching out to make sure everything was going ok, and equally as responsive at answering any questions I had same day.The installers arrived on time in the morning and were very professional and quick. The entire install of a new furnace along with AC was completed in the same day. Our home finally has AC and both my wife and I love it. We are extremely happy we found and went with DVAC for our install as we now have AC just before the summer time when no other HVAC company could offer the same.I would highly recommend DVAC if you are looking for AC and Furnace install/replacement and are looking for a quick turnaround and extremely responsive staff.

David and his crew did a great job installing my AC system. We had a few scheduling hiccups caused by my remodel project, but they were super helpful and always willing to schedule around other contractors. They are extremely responsive to messages and are one of the easiest contractors I have found to work with. When the system was having issues Everett showed up the next day at no charge to take a look, quickly identified a manufacturer issue, and repaired the unit at no cost to me. Awesome company to do business with. Don’t hesitate to give them a call.

Comments: I’m very impressed with DVAC and would highly recommend David and his staff for several reasons: most importantly to me, reliable service. His staff were very careful with my 100 + year old house and cleaned up after their work. The Daikin unit recommended by David looks great in my bedroom. David was very responsive to my needs throughout this process. I asked for many references from David as he is fairly new to the Seattle area and David complied with my every request. My Daikin ductless air conditioner is quiet outside and inside. David’s electrician was also outstanding and he worked around my need to use my oven. I can’t say enough about how happy I am with DVAC’s service and I’m pretty picky.
