I cannot say enough how pleased I am with the work done by In-House Electric. It was a joy communicating with Heather at the office from the beginning of the project until the end. Our whole house remodel started out with the replacement of our decades old electrical panel. They then ran all new wiring throughout the house, and added at least 35 new ceiling lights that did not exist before the remodel. Timothy and Steven were a pleasure to work with and they dealt with issues and challenges with grit and grace. If I ever have any electrical issues, and I doubt I will for quite some time, In-House Electric will be my first call. Thanks to all the guys, and Heather, for a wonderful experience!

Fantastic service by Murad Atayev. Could not be happier with our end result. We hired In-House Electric for a total rewire of our home from the 1940s. Murad was excited to begin the project and very communicative with us throughout, calling at the end of each work day to update us and ask if we had changes or questions. The project started a few days late because the original person assigned to our home project was ill, but Murad and his team were able to finish earlier than anticipated, even with two holidays in the schedule work weeks. Highly recommend based on our experience with Murad, his team, and his work.

John arrived on time and did an excellent job.He moved a switch from one side of a wall to the opposite side without creating a larger opening. Then he replaced 6 garage lights with LED light fixtures and a sensor. Finally, he replaced two outside light fixtures. He cleaned everything up. I couldn’t tell anyone had been here. Not one scrap was left behind.John made sure I knew how to change the sensor and operate the controls.He is very knowledgeable and is quick to share when asked. I will definitely work with John on future projects.

I’ve been doing rate shopping to get a decent quote for Tesla Wallcharger installation. Even though price was a key factor, the quality of installation was always my utmost precedence. Thats when I got bumped into In-house electricians. The process was as smooth as it could get. One phone call, a technician was at my place, he gave the estimate and scheduled the appointment for the wall charger installation. On the day of the installation, the process was even smooth. Daniel knew the drill and it seems like he has been doing this for a while as the entire process was finished in almost an hour including guiding me to connect the wall charger to my phone. A expected a few things here and there but these guys are absolute professionals. What I had forgot was to move the stuff in my garage to pave the way for Daniel but he did it all himself, finished the installation and put them back again in the same place as it were. They didn’t have to do that but they did. These people know their game and could finish the job with utmost precision.

Today Luke went above and beyond to not only install the outlet I needed. But he also found something concerning and was able to make the repair needed at the same time. Throughout his time here, he listened to some concerns and checked some things to help give me some piece of mind that we werent likely to experience a dangerous electrical situation. We will be calling In-house Electrical for all future needs.

The 4 instead of 5 review is strictly because of pricing. Our home was built in 2016 - is ludicrous to charge $300+ for a tripped circuit breakers. cest la vie.I am removing the pricing picture of In-House electric services since the owner reached out to me so as not to help the competition. I will do so. In the future, It would help your future customers immensely that instead of charging $300+ for a tripped breaker you charge the visit fee $69. That would be fair.Excellent service but beware: they are EXPENSIVE! My problem was simple: our washing machine tripped the circuit breaker. Even though I like to research these issues, I did not realize that to reset the washing machine breaker, I had to move it all the way right and then left. That was it!!! Granted Trace did check the circuits etc., but really, nothing to fix! The first quote was $501 (see level 1 pricing attached) which included a show-up fee of $69 (not waived with repair). At least Trace lowered the total fee to $317 - still - hard to swallow because nothing was wrong. My fault of course...

For various reasons, when I need professional work done around the house, I generally contact three (sometimes four) companies to discuss a project. This time I got lucky finding In-House Electric on first call for my electrical project: installing a matching ceiling can in existing recessed lighting. For my appointment, they contacted me via email and text and continually kept me in the loop with absolutely no surprises. My electrician came on time; managed to find project components hard to find (no longer carried in big box stores); engaged with me on what was being done and how through attic access; cleaned-up the work area; all done before breakfast! It was very easy to schedule with In-House Electric. The company does a good job updating you on arrival times. John arrived on time and was very experienced and helpful in ironing out the details of what we wanted to accomplish. He worked up an estimate on the spot with an option to start work then or to schedule for the near future if we wanted to review further. This was a project we had delayed for a year due to the unavailability of recommended electricians. In-House was recommended by a plumber we trust. John was able to quickly replace 25-year old can lights that were flickering or just stopped working. He installed fan timers for us and installed a whole-house surge protector. He was able to provide us with pros and cons of various lighting options and with practical advice on how to tailor the project. I would highly recommend John and In-House. We plan to have them back for future projects.

Needed some troubleshooting done in my house due to a loss of power on a bank of switches. In house electrical services picked up on the first call and had technicians Tim and Steven at my house within two hours! After some initial inspection and troubleshooting they were able to locate a damaged GFI breaker that was replaced resolving my issue. They inspected and fixed any connection issues in they circuits they looked at including the main breaker panel. The issues were fully resolved and areas restored and clean in around 2 hours. This company and their techs were courteous, professional and passionate about their work and I would definitely use their services again.

From quote to install a quality 5 star job. After getting several crazy high quotes from those guys who advertise on TV, I reached out to In-house based on a recommendation from Next Door Neighbor. Not cheap but a much more reasonable quote (25% less) than what i had received so far.As part of a kitchen remodel, I needed a new 50 amp circuit and 20 amp circuit run from my panel in the basement to the main floor. Brett (what a gem of an employee! I hope they recognize how good this guy is at his job) and Cory were very careful about minimizing any sheet rock holes required to run the lines. In addition the under cabinet light install and under cabinet sockets were installed wonderfully. The lights were all aligned and Brett was very detailed about how they needed to be done. He provided excellent suggestions on canned lighting placement. They were on time and cleaned up very well after doing all electrical work. They also handled all the permitting required by the city and didnt up charge the permitting like the other companies bids. My only complaint would be the back office billing is very confusing since they bill multiple times on the work performed and dont tie it back to the original bid. I believe this is more about their system and larger electrical jobs. All in all, I am very happy I went with these guys and love the quality work they did on my home!

This marks the third time I have used In-House Electric. In 2011, they rewired two sides of a duplex I owned at the time. In 2018, they rewired the duplex I currently live in, and they just completed rough-in of a remodel on one side of the same duplex. This time, I was treated to Brett and his team; and they are fantastic. They are efficient workers, and very good about communication and making sure that they are accomplishing the job and installing outlets and lights in my preferred locations, while keeping in mind house + cabinet drawings. The estimator quoted my job at 9 days, and the rough-in was done in 5 days. I suspect the trim-out will take about 1.5-2 days. In the meantime, I would not hesitate to recommend In-House for electrical work, and have already referred their company to several friends looking for reliable electricians.

Trace was at my home in about one hour after I had spoke with the company. They had given me a two hour window.Trace measured that one phase at the main switch panel was about 22 V and should be 110 V.He mentioned two likely causes.The utility (PSE) was not delivering the appropriate power, which he thought would be the most likely. And, PSE diagnostic electrician confirmed this.Otherwise it would be a panel issue.He wrote up notes about the diagnosis, and provided a quote for a new panel on the spot.Excellent service. In-house has done a fabulous job putting back the pieces of my 50-year-old house. Ive had a new electrical panel, multiple new wiring projects, and even when stuff goes wrong they are so quick and responsive to get me a fix. When I have other contractors over to the house, they are always impressed by the level of work that in-house has done!

A previous electrician had installed a baseboard heater at my home but didn’t do the wiring correctly causing the heater to not shut off even if I turned the thermostat off.Brett and Trace came by and fixed the issue quickly. They were professional, polite and respectful and answered all the questions I had. They even fixed an outlet with an unrelated issue.I will definitely use them again if I have any issues.

So thankful for the In-House team! What a bummer to have our outdoor outlets stop working right before Christmas! Rochelle got us scheduled quickly to have the problem diagnosed and we received reminders beforehand with a text the day of to let us know the electricians were on the way. Nate and Matt were on time, communicative, and extremely efficient! Turns out we needed some seals replaced and they were able to repair everything same day. If I could give them more stars I would!

The office was super professional. I’ve had people not call back to set up a time or push me back weeks. They immediately called me, got someone out ASAP for a free quote, and set me up an appointment within two weeks. The man that came out was very easy going (despite my crazy dogs) and professional. I will definitely be hiring them again!Oh and he cleaned up after himself, that alone deserves five stars. I hate how many companies will to do a job for me and leave a mess in my yard or house.

I had them come out to remove 2 track light fixtures and install 4 canned lights. They were out for a quote at 9 AM and had an electrician out doing the work an hour later! I had 3 other electrical companies lined up for quotes, but In-House came out the gate with an extremely aggressive number, so I approved the work on the spot. My real estate firm also uses them on our properties so I also know from my associates that they consistently do great work!

These guys were great! They were clear on what was needed and did amazing work! They routed their work around almost all of the drywall they needed to cut because they took the time needed to fully inspect the scope of work...relocated boxes, upgraded panel...all kinds of stuff. I had lost powers to one side of the main living area after my grandchild plugged hlin her tablet, and I had a bathroom outlet that had no power to it, also had and outlet that made noise when it was used i was very worried about having a house fire. I was able to get scheduled right away, and not only did they fix all the problems they took the time to reassure me i was safe! Thank you so much for fixing everything, and giving me peace of mind. Cost was reasonable and I will use again for my electrical problems. And they were earlier then scheduled.
