We hired Fee Construction for window replacement on our historic home, which is anything other than a straight forward project! Nothing is plumb and you never know what you will find as the layers are peeled away.Rick & Ryan were fantastic and really aspire to do a job well done. We had Fee Construction build a bump out in our living room that housed a recessed 60 inch fireplace and a recessed TV mount, and it turned out amazing, exactly how we explained it to the team. Huge thanks to Adam, Kyle and everybody that helped, easy to talk to and people you can trust in your home. With neatness and quality there really wasnt anything that could have been done better no matter who we wouldve had do the job, crazy thing is price wise they were the cheapest out of all the quotes we got, thanks again Fee 👍

We have used Fee Construction for both our upstairs remodel and to finish our basement. They are a small family run company that does excellent work. The owners are involved in overseeing the project the entire time. The team is small so you get to know everyone relatively well, and you are dealing with the same people every day. They are small but they work efficiently and take pride in knowing that their work is done right. I would highly recommend Fee Construction for any project big or small.

We contracted with Fee Construction to build a 15x20 room addition Spring 2024. Fee and their subcontractors installed the foundation, framed and roofed the room and we finished the interior/exterior. Fee was helpful in the design, suggesting some modofications to improve construction. Their carpenters were skilled and worked quickly to complete the framing. The cost was reasonable for the scope and I would highly recommend them for this type of work.

When a pipe burst in the front wall of our house, we had to restore the entire basement: flooring, walls, ceiling , and lighting. We also installed a sump pump. There were some things that were not communicated from our initial meetings to the guys doing the work. But Jeff and Rick were great to work with. Rick was our everyday guy and did a wonderful job communicating the plans and potential issues. He was polite and respectful of our family and our space. He was patient with my 5 yo son who had all kinds of questions. And he always cleaned up his mess at the end of the day.

His first and strongest recommendation was Fee Construction, who we previously had no experience with.Fast-forward to selection and remodel completion, and we could not have been happier. The completed master bath is a complement regularly within our family unit and expanded friend and family base on a regular occasion.Needless to say, when we decided to embark on an even more ambitious complete kitchen remodel, Fee was the only firm considered. Wall removal and demolition followed by new flooring, plumbing, electrical, cabinets, countertops, lighting, appliances, tile, fixtures.. the Fee team discussed, addressed, and complete every element. Ive been burned by a lot of construction companies before, either doing poor jobs or not showing up when they agreed. Fee has been the most professional and well priced Ive worked with. Im also the guy that will ask 1000 questions. Adam answered them all and gave me regular updates. They never tried to upsell me and were good honest people who kept to their word. I dont know what my next home repair need will be, but I know I will call Fee.

Fee Construction is great to work with and provide high quality work. Adam Gann makes the process much easier than I was expecting and always was responsive to questions or calls. But the biggest thing I appreciated was the honesty up front when quoting the project. Unlike other quotes that were bided low to try and get the business, just to increase the costs throughout the project. Adam provided an upfront, honest quote. It made planning for the financing costs easier and gave us the peace of mind we wouldn’t see a huge increase at the very end. Would recommend working with Adam and Fee Const to anybody!

I’ve worked with Fee on a number of projects and they’re always at the top of my list when I have clients looking to start a new project. They’re incredibly responsive and attentive during the bid process as well as the construction process. It can be difficult to find a GC that’s responsive before and throughout the construction phases. I’ve certainly had projects where I’ve regretted not calling Fee in for the project.

You can tell their experience and expertise as every detail was accounted for.HGTV might make you think you can DIY things, but ultimately, utilizing Fee Construction resulted in a coordinated effort with the best sub-contractors, supplies and materials in the area. Their knowledge of ALL aspects of a remodel (flooring, cabinetry, plumbing, electric, tile, paint, etc.) and the order installation must happen to have a flawless end product, made their service truly invaluable.Our neighbors are envious of our custom kitchen and we are already saving for our next project!
