I would absolutely recommend Bath Fitter (already have) for anyone needing or wanting to upgrade their bath. Jim, the design consultant, did a great job with showing all the options and explaining the differences.Tiffany was very helpful when I stopped by the office to see the displays before we made final decisions on corner towers.To accommodate our desire to have new flooring installed in the bathroom between tear out and install, she worked with our time table inscheduling.Will, the installer was amazing!!There was NO mess with the tear out or the install. I didnt even need to sweep the floor. He was concerned with laying mats down to protect the path through the house and was extremely cautious when bringing items in and out. While we put grab bars in, we did not add a seat. Anticipating that future addition, Will put blocking in before installing the shower wall. He was very courteous, explained when we asked questions and took a break to eat a little lunch with us. He is considered a friend now.The shower is absolutely beautiful and I didnt realize how roomy it would be in comparison to the original.

I never thought I’d get rid of the killer bath tub and have a walk in shower. In less than a month I had my quote from Kyler, and Caleb carried out the tub, then one two three Will and Caleb installed our beautiful shower. Clean polite and fast! Highly recommend.

Completed my new bathtub before end of day just as promised! Wonderful installer, professional and friendly! Would recommend to anyone looking for professional job. Very pleased with start to finish!Sadly this 5 star is now a 1 star. Had it 2 days and took 1 shower before my new tub on 2nd floor filled my wall with water and soaked down to floor underneath on my 1st floor. Beyond frustrated and very hopeful they will earn my trust back quickly.Updated score is back to 5 stars! It was a defective part and Jessica and Tyler were at my home within hours of my reporting it. They took the time to investigate, fix and assist with any necessary information being sent to all appropriate parties. I am so impressed with their customer service on this!

I dont know if it was the pandemic or the fact that we live in a tiny town but Ive been trying to get somebody to replace my bathtub for about 3 years. Ive had people make appointments and not show up, Ive had countless people just not answer the phone. The only company I could get to even come to a consultation was rebath. They wanted nearly 10 grand and told us that it would take like 6 months to come replace the tub. I happen to be over at my aunts house one day, who has cable, and saw a commercial for bath fitters. I sent an email to bath fitters that evening and within 24 hours they had called and made a consultation appointment. After the consultation not only was their estimate half of what rebath wanted but it would only take 4 weeks and it would take less than a day to get the new tub in, which was extremely important seeing as my house only has one bathroom. The guy showed up right on time, much earlier than we had expected him, we thought hed be late, he was highly professional, very friendly, and got it done in exactly the amount of time he said he was going to. My husband noticed something as he was pulling out of the driveway and when he ran out to ask him the question he immediately got out of his van and came back in to check it for himself and answer several more questions. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anybody who asked.

My experience with bathfitter of evansville was great! Scheduled a consultation through chat on their site. They responded immediately and sent out the consultant within a couple days, and it didnt take but maybe a week for them to make the bathtub I needed. Next, the technician (Caleb) came to install the new bathtub skin, and was professional, courteous, and informative. He did great work, and answered every question I had about the process. The final product is amazing, and Caleb did great job! We are very happy with our decision to use bathfitter.
