Stephan Spanninger is one of the best plumbers we have ever worked with. He came out on very short notice and thoroughly diagnosed our suspected water heater leak. He communicated his findings clearly. He replaced our old water heater in a very professional manner, and gave us a shut off that would be easier to use. His prices are very reasonable and he is easy to work with. We plan to hire him again for more projects.

We were having our garage floor coated and Stephen came the afternoon before and removed our old water heater and installed the new unit as soon as the floor was ready. Those who experienced hurricane Ian would agree that was an event not to be repeated.. Watching on TV as Ian blasted through Charlotte County and unable to contact anyone after power failed I prayed that God would protect everyone. Thankfully, there weren’t many deaths.After the storm, picking up the pieces became the greatest challenge. The aftermath is where reality hits. In the midst of the chaos with debris everywhere, and construction and demolitions needs, finding reliable honest help was almost impossible. Living out of state and overseeing our parents condo had its own additional challenges. My husband and I help oversee their condo and serve as advocates.During my 4th trip in after the storm, with limited time available and following an 14 hour drive, I arrived at 12:30 a.m. When we turned on water to the condo, I just happen to be walking in the back when I heard a rush of water coming from the storage room in the lanai. Apparently the water heater had developed a massive leak. After some outrageous estimates, the president of the condo association suggested Spanninger‘s plumbing. He told me Stephen was a reliable, honest, and trustworthy. After speaking with Stephen, not only was he remarkably professional and explained what was needed with patience.Stephens earliest available slot wasn’t until the following week.During the aftermath of the storm, unfortunately, people are taken advantage so it is difficult to know who to trust. Stephen delivered the work with excellence, demonstrating integrity, patience, and a willingness to go the extra mile, even repairing a spigot on the lanai at the condo. Thank you Spanninger plumbing and Stephen! In the midst of the chaos, you demonstrated character and integrity. I will recommend you to anyone in need.

Very professional and customer service oriented. Responded to phone call within 20 minutes. ( I had no hot water). Set an appointment, kept it, and performed the work. I needed a new water heater and the price was reasonable and fair. I was not “gouged” because it was a holiday weekend. I recommend Spanninger Plumbing without reservation. Excellent!
