Rays Plumbing is awesome! I had an emergency in my home in Venice and I live in Rhode Island. They were very responsive being there the next morning to find the leak, it was the hot water heater. The made it usable (cold) till I can install a new heater. They also gave me the number of a great water restoration company, that showed up promptly. Thank you all!!Bonnie

Rays Complete Plumbing and John the plumber on our job were able to handle our emergency hot water repair. When others offered us appointments next week (one next month), Rays offered to provide immediate service if they finished another emergency that day. We hoped they would arrive in the late afternoon but John arrived at 12:30.He assessed the situation, quoted a firm price and completed the installation by 3:30. His workmanship was suburb (much better than the formerly installed water heater). He was friendly, informative, quick and professional. We discussed several options and their positives and negatives. John want me to make an informed decision. There was no pressure to make a quick decision. He knew that we would live with the decision for years.Rays price was more competitive than the best price we had been quoted over the phone (but phone prices are at best an indication - however they rarely go down).

Rays plumbing has been our choice for a long time. They send immediate help in an emergency. Just recently, Pete did a great job installing our new water heater. We would highly recommend Rays!

Mike the employee that came out to check the “backflow” check/prevention valve we had to install for The Englewood Water District. He was a great worker and arrived on time and left with everything taken care of. Very professional and we will use Ray’s and hopefully Mike will get the job done again.

Very good, but expensive he found a small leak on bottom of garbage disposal and put a container under it, could only fix leak by getting a new disposal. cost me $170.00
