I decided to wait until after the chilly season to write this review, just to see how the new unit from Eddies Plumbing would hold up through a full winter. I wasnt let down at all. The performance was top-notch! It did a great job at keeping my home warm and cozy. Operating the controls was a breeze, very straightforward and user-friendly. The plumbers, Samuel and Erick, were total pros and extremely polite. They left the work area spotless and well-arranged when they were done. They also answered all our queries accurately and concisely. If youre in Englewood and need a reliable service for your boiler and plumbing requirements, I would highly recommend these guys.

Calling all home improvement enthusiasts - This team of plumbers is top-notch! They masterfully set up our new shower, prepared the sink and toilet areas for the installation of new fixtures and flooring - all at a fantastic price and exceptional quality. I didnt need to guide them or explain any unique fixtures we had. They even refurbished our aged tub, now looking stunning with a fresh overflow and drain... Cant wait for them to return after our renovations (once the tiling is complete) to reinstall all the fixtures. I recently had an excellent experience with eddies plumbing! timothy was assigned to my case to determine why my water consumption had surged to 225 gallons per day, from my usual usage of around 50 gallons. not only did he successfully detect a leak in my toilet, but he also identified problematic connections under my sink and at my swimming pool. the pool issue will be handled by my regular pool service. timothy managed to rectify everything else efficiently, leaving no mess behind for me to deal with. he was also a very affable individual. should i require plumbing services again, i will definitely request for timothy. i hope your experience with him will be as great as mine was. kudos to timothy!

The crew arrived promptly, handled everything with professionalism, and were very courteous. They provided comprehensive feedback on the issues affecting our plumbing system, and outlined the necessary steps to rectify the systems deficiencies. They also replaced the air filters in our dual heating/AC units, reassuring us that they would follow up with us at the earliest opportunity. However, once the team left, we found that we didnt have any hot water. A quick check of our plumbing system displayed an error code 128, indicating the system wasnt functioning properly. We promptly reached out to the plumber. Unfortunately, the system wouldnt reset. UPDATE: The necessary repairs were completed as soon as the required parts arrived. Jonah, the technician, was punctual and identified a secondary issue, which was promptly fixed upon approval. Our plumbing system now appears to be operating seamlessly. We hope that the two power outages we experienced due to a winter storm didnt affect the boiler.

I was in a bind! The external faucet of my home had a major leak. I dialed in for help (it was a weekend) and a tech guy was dispatched to my place within two hours. As soon as Erick showed up, he promptly identified the problem, provided a quote, and got straight to the task! I didnt mean to hover over his work, but any time I had a query, he would always take a moment to not only clarify the issue and his procedure, but also give me tips on how to avoid this and other potential problems in the future. i was vastly amazed by his capability to fix the issue which, had i counted on the previous company i contacted or tried to handle it myself, wouldnt have been resolved so swiftly. Id like to spotlight Erick for his outstanding work. His superb customer service, commitment to expedite the task, and most importantly, doing it right, was refreshing and my family and i appreciated it greatly. Thanks once again!!!

I rang up a plumbing service to mend a leaking hot water pipe in my loft. Naturally, it was past business hours, so I anticipated a bill around $500-$600. The positive: They responded swiftly, and the plumber, Erick, arrived within an hour and a half of my call. The rest: Everything else. Erick seemed unprepared and disorganized for the job. He lacked the necessary tools, including a key to turn off the street water supply. I had to lend him some tools as he couldnt find his own. He was hesitant to turn off the water at the house valve for fear of breaking it (which was perfectly fine). He asked me to turn it off so that if it broke, he wouldnt be at fault. I declined, reminding him thats why i hired a plumber. He then turned off the water at the hot water heater and started working. It took him three hours to cut approximately 1.5 feet of pipe and solder a new piece. When we turned the water back on, a leak was discovered just three inches from where he installed the new pipe. He cut that section and soldered in a new copper pipe. To prevent water from interfering with his soldering, he used a white bread clog (which I provided). He reassured me that it would dissolve, but it ended up blocking my kitchen sink. He spent another 30 minutes dismantling my kitchen sink to clear the blockage. In total, he took four hours and charged me $850 for a 1.5-foot copper pipe. Two days later, the pipe was leaking again. I called another plumber, Timothy, as I didnt want to deal with the previous company. Timothy examined the previous work and criticized it. He pointed out poor soldering and suggested that the entire section should have been replaced with a Pex line. He also noticed leftover flux on the old pipe, which could cause issues. Timothy cut out approximately 12ft of faulty copper and replaced it with Pex in about an hour, costing me $175. He also avoided using a plasma torch near the attic insulation, which could have caused a fire, and used a clamping tool to attach the Pex to the copper. I wouldnt recommend the first company unless you want to overpay for mediocre work. Update: Two days after my review, a nice man named Asher from customer service called to discuss my experience. After a polite conversation, he offered to refund me for the initial job since I had to call in another plumber who ended up replacing all of their work. I appreciated the call, Asher. Despite the disappointing initial experience, they did their best to rectify the situation. They earn four stars because, even though they refunded my money, i still had to deal with getting a second plumber. Excellent customer service though.

We were in the process of putting up a fence and needed to ensure the underground gas line wouldnt pose a problem. The gentleman who arrived, Asher, was extremely pleasant and polite. He made it clear that since they hadnt been the ones to install the gas line initially, they couldnt verify its exact location. However, he proposed a solution to relocate the tank to the side of the house and establish a new line on the same day. This meant we could proceed with our fence installation without any concerns about the gas line. I must say, the company is under new management now and their service is simply outstanding. We are truly grateful, guys!
